Do not do business you are better off mailing packages through the mail or fedex they take no responsibility for the packages that are they loose. Mailed my package 9-17 reported lost 9-28 UPS approved refund 9-29 I’m still waiting on 11-01 for my refund. A simple $68. Refund and they give you such a run around.

I checked their hours before I went in today to make sure they would be open before I made the trip. When I got there the doors were locked. Youve got to love when employees treat the hours of operation like suggestions.

I can honestly say I’ve never once left here and thought to myself “that was wonderful customer service”.

Let me start by saying that I have used this store on a consistent basis for a number of their services for the past eight years and have never had an issue. They are always polite and helpful. They deserve a much higher rating. The issues from a number of the one-star google reviews for them would have probably occurred at any store, likely having more to do with the customer and their situation then the store.

I use this UPS store frequently. They are always kind and efficient. I had a couple deliveries busted up and not only did they fix the problem, they took awesome care of me.

Nasty personnel working there, the mid-age guy with glasses.I went there to ship something, I have box and label. I just need to ship it.At first, he told me to purchase a box, but I already have a box.Then he asked me to purchase tape. But I just need a piece a tape that is half feed long to seal the small box. I asked him if he can tape it for me, so that I can ship it right there. He said no.Now I have to go back home to tape my box and come back, just because of a small piece of packing tape.This is a very bad experience, and he is definitely the most not-nice person I saw in my life.

I had to wait in line for a bit because there was only one guy working, but once it was my turn he was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond my expectations. Definitely would come here again.

Despite the website and store signage stating they are open until 3 pm on Saturday, they are closed---1:18 p.m.

Stopped to drop off a package and ask a question this morning. The young gentleman behind the counter greeted me with a smile, scanned in my package and answered my questions. On my way out the door he wished me a wonderful weekend!For some reason I hadnt even known that store was there (thank you google maps for pointing it out to me). It will not be the last time I do business with this UPS store!

Staff was pleasant and helpful. I had a complicated order and came in right before closing. They assisted my needs and were very easy to work with.

Dale was friendly and helpful. No issues at all. Came in expecting the worst based on these reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. He even assisted a woman who mistakenly came to drop off a USPS parcel and he offered to put it in the mail for her. Would come again.

Never a problem when I go to drop off a package! Unlike other posts I get a receipt every time even when it is prepaid! The guy with the blonde hair is always friendly and helpful!

This place is now the last place to ever use for shipping. Worker was unable to complete a simple shipping request. Beware of this front!

Unlike some of the other people there, Ive had a pleasant experience at this location. The staff have always been friendly to me, and Ive never had any problems.The products and services there are very pricey. Any of the products/services there are overpriced compared to the Wallgreens or Marcs not to far down the street. The pricing for UPS is more business tailored, not consumer based. Its a premium service, and therefore, pricing is at a premium compared to say USPS. However, the people there are friendly (at least to me), and Ive had a positive experience at this store.

I stopped in today and had a great experience. Very helpful. I will visit again.

Abysmal customer service. The owner clearly has mental health issues. Pick another UPS store. Any of them are better than this one.

I am at the UPS store 2-3 times per week and I have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is professional, courteous and very helpful

I refuse to patronize this store anymore. It is a shame, because it is the closest UPS store to my house at less than a mile away. However, I have had repeated bad experiences. One instance, I was told I couldnt get a receipt for several items that had pre-printed, pre-paid labels. I was told it was because It takes too much time and we dont make anything on it. Another time, I had a label that was printed by someone with a bad ink cartridge and it wouldnt scan properly. They suggested I re-print the label on their public use computer terminal, which I did. They never mentioned that there would be a charge for it and charged me $4 for Computer Usage. When I asked him why he didnt tell me in advance he said The sign says there will be a charge for computer time. Another time, I brought in boxes that had the word Wine on them and he refused to ship them stating We cant ship wine. I offered to black out the labels and he still refused, trying to sell me a new box. I told him to f*&k off and went up the street to ship them at another store with no issue.

Charged me $20 to box my 2 boxes into!1 box,said it would be cheaper,didnt think it out,got took. Good business practice !

Stopped here out of my way to ship a package before work. Sitting there past 830 and still not open. Looks like a trend here and they should sell their business if they can’t staff it.

On September 23-rd 2019 the store was still closed at 8:45.

I got there at 9:05 on Saturday and the store was closed sign says open at 8 a.m. please update your hours.

Not worth the money. I was not happy with how long it took to get me an outside key so I could have access to my mail after hours.

Terrible customer service. Extra charges. Just plain nasty. Stay away from this location, and other Ups stores in area available.
