It went in to buy a helmet today just to find out that my bike wouldnt start in the parking lot. Mechanic seen struggling and came out and helped me diagnose the problem. Hes found out that the starter died but that guy didnt have to come out and help me but Im very it grateful that he did. They got some good people working for them I would recommend stopping by.

The whole team at Brothers Power Sports was so helpful. I had tried for a month to find and purchase GTI SE 170 jet skis for my husbands birthday. Other dealers didnt return calls, werent in when they said they would be, and jacked me around on prices (3k higher on invoice than advertised? really?). My last call should have been my first. Tyler answered my questions and called back when he said he would and made everything happen (including delivery) in time! Turns out, Dave the GM also lives about 5 houses away! Happy Customer!! Good service and lots of models on display. Drove an hour to get here to look at the cb500x but wasnt allowed to test ride unless purchasing. Totally understandable because it was their last model apparently but a little disappointing. Would recommend this shop.

I was looking to purchase a 2020 Indian Roadmaster and since I had purchased two bikes from Brothers in the past and was treated quite fair, I thought I go see them first as they paid fair prices for my trades in the past. Well, It did not turn out that way this time. After several emails between myself and Able, and a 3 and a half hour drive, they were only willing to offer me $8,500 for my trade and I was trying to get to $9,000. Able really had a way of making me feel like I was not worth his time. The finance guy I spoke with about a GAP contract was way more professional than the salesman Able. I ended leaving and stopped by Destination Harley-Davidson to see what they had. I ended up getting $9,700 for my trade on a 2021 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Limited (Harleys version of the Roadmaster). During the process, they lowered the price of their bike and increased what they were giving me for my trade to get as close as they could to my numbers. I wish i could have received this treatment for the Indian I actually wanted. I was told by Able that all the aftermarket parts that were on my trade did not translate to the trade in value even though I had receipts to show the value. The Harley dealer did not agree with that statement and was willing to work with me. I will definitely think twice about going to Brothers if I find myself looking for another bike.

From the moment we walked in the door, we had a great experience at Brothers Powersports. Amber greeted us warmly and made us feel like part of the family, Seth (our salesman) was low key/no pressure, and even texted me exactly what the Metropolitan would cost me out the door - so helpful in making a decision. Lorne was great in finance (very thorough) and got us in and out of there in no time, which was not at all what we expected! James did a great walk through with us and made sure all of our questions were answered about how the Metro works. I bought a little Honda Metropolitan, but this dealership treated my husband and I like we bought the most expensive bike in the store. It was an awesome experience, and we are still shaking our heads that this was such an easy and fun transaction.

Parts department informed me ‘05 Yamaha FJR 1300 had a recall on the TPS. Is that Tire Pressure Sensor I asked. Yes, all FJRs have them was the person’s response. I didn’t think my FJR have tire pressure sensors. Turns out TPS stands for Throttle Position Sensor and yes I had mine checked.

I was looking for a 2021 Honda Goldwing DCT Metallic black and I talked with Sales Associate Tyler. He was extremely helpful and willing to work with me! I did put down a deposit, and ultimately had it refunded only because another dealership had the exact bike for sale In stock. This particular model and color for this year is a HOT item with the pandemic & low stock. Great sales team experience.

I had bought a motorcycle that, while I lived in the area, was only serviced at BPS. I live in SW now and sold that motorcycle but needed the service records for the new owner. Amber didnt know initially how to find records that were stored on an old system but she took the time to find them, make copies, and mail them to me and the new owner! These guys are top shelf! I mean that kind of service for a customer from 10 years ago, amazing!

We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable sales representative. He wrote up our order for a CRF50F which wasnt in stock noone has any in stock right now. The finance guy happily took our deposit, warned ys that helmets would be back ordered by the time the mike arrived. And, we were off to the accessories department. Very helpful fitting the kid with the right helmet.

First time using them for maintenance. Overall they were nice and helpful. Only taking a star off since it said on the website they do wash and dry each bike that is serviced and that was not done.

We had a situation with an aging parent, and the sales team took the extra time to notify us of their concerns and send us back the deposit. It was not about the sale, it was about service and doing the right thing.

I dont know how my reveiw got taken down as I had already posted it. My mom and I went into the brothers motorsports to purchase a side by side cash in hand......we where greeted by no side by sides not even one in their inventory, and where told that it would be 3 to 4 months at least before they can get anything even after we flashes a stack of cash to the dealer.....this is unacceptable servive i dont care if you have to call around and find a dealer with what we are looking for gone are the days where cash speaks and they didnt want out business that badly. Professional service has gone the way of the dinosaurs.

Just called the service center of this place. Why bother!? Was told they couldnt swap tires out on my 1200 Suzuki unless I brought just the tires and mags In! Tell me again why isnt called a service center!!?

They are up front with there prices for service as well as timely with any recommend extra service. I’ve bought 2 motorcycles from here, niko helped me. Him and the sales team deserve a 5 star rating. However, I give 3 stars because the last time I came in to grab some gloves, someone in the parts department made a very rude and disrespectful remark. I’m not sure who it was, but it’s not the man the usually helps me at the parts desk, it was my first interaction with this man. I was with my son, and my son was looking at some helmets that were $600 plus and the man said “sorry, I don’t think your dad can afford that”Given that I’ve spent a lot of my money here, I don’t think that an employee should say anything like that. Let alone any customer.

I’m so happy with Brothers. When I bought my R6, I was advised by the seller that it was the only place he would recommend taking the bike. They have not disappointed. Bought a set of tires and a visor since. Friendly, courteous and helpful.

Bought an Indian 2020 Chieftan Dark Horse there and am already planning on getting my daughters bike there soon. Anyone in the market for a bike should at least give them a shot.

Every time, every stinking time I order parts and/or have service done there is a problem! Ordered a new tire 4 days ago, they said it was there, I pull up and now the tire is lost and they have to order it....we have a ride scheduled.You never fail to let me down, dont have parts that are supposed to be there, cant complete the service I need, its ALWAYS something.

I bought a used bike from them, the sales team was super friendly and out going. They took care of me from start to finish.I rode the bike home and after a week the bike had a pretty big issue with the drive train. I called them and they said bring the bike in and they would take a look at it. I left the bike with them and they took care of everything to get it back on the road. They had no obligation to fix the bike for me for free but that speaks volumes about their customer service and their reputation. Even when the repair was taking longer than expected they offered me a loaner bike so I could still get out and enjoy the nice weather.Huge shout out to Anne, and the whole service department.They could have just said too bad its a used bike but they went out of their way to take care of me and make sure I was happy. I will continue to shop here for as long as I am in the area.

On my way to Brothers, my motorcycle broke down and I called and asked if they provided any kind of tow service, was told they do but couldnt because their driver wasnt there, ok, no problem. Called a tow company, who got me to Brothers and upon arriving NO ONE came out to help or greet me as Im unloading my bike. Went inside to look for some sort of human interaction and when I was finally connected with a sale rep, I explained to him my situation and was met with a condescending attitude and remark of Well we wont buy a bike that wont start, had they told me this when I first spoke to them on the phone initially after breaking down I would have saved myself the trouble and just took it home. Only positive thing in this situation was that they did take the bike off my hands. I walked away from there feeling very unwelcome. I think the mentality there is unless you want to buy a bike, dont come here. The pros: they were still willing to do business with me, the cons: the attitude and the atmosphere. I wish my experience was better, but I am the wiser and will NOT be doing business with Brothers again.

This updated review completely supersedes my previous one related to the purchase of a new 2020 Indian Roadmaster motorcycle, where I posted an overall score of just 2 stars.Since then, Brothers Powersports staff has far exceeded my expectations customer service-wise for their efforts to rectify my previous disappointment regarding a windshield order mix-up and two concerns regarding suspected low tire inflation pressures and low battery voltage at delivery of my Roadmaster.Nothing and no one is ever perfect - including me. That said, for me the most important factor when people confront their imperfections and failings is how they react to them. Do they (1) deny, get defensive, and/or make counter accusations, or (2) do they seek to understand, admit the failing, and then attempt in good faith to rectify it? In the case of Brothers Powersports, I’m here to say it is most definitely the latter. They have set the bar for outstanding customer service.Special kudos/5 stars to Dave, Amber, Heather, the service techs, and the delivery driver who trailered my serviced Roadmaster to my residence at no extra charge. (NOTE: I understand that Brothers Powersports offers fetch and delivery services on a case-by-case basis, and not as a matter of routine.) 2 stars to Abel, however, who disrespected me in an email after the sale. I wont be associating with him in the future.One item in particular worth mentioning here that is not specific to Brothers Powersports regards Deltran’s Battery Tender Plus battery chargers in general, which I just learned about as a result of my original low battery voltage concern. Without getting into the boring details, my advice is to make sure you get/use a charger, regardless of the brand, that is designed and programmed for your particular battery type (e.g., conventional lead acid, valve regulated lead acid (VRLA), absorbent glass mat (AGM), gel, lithium).

Search: I was looking for a Ducati Diavel, and found that Brothers Powersports (hereafter BP), had what I was looking for posted on CycleTrader. They had high quality pictures of the bike, and some preliminary information about it. They could have added more in-depth info like the number of previous owners, a copy of the carfax, etc. But I don’t remember those detailed information. But I’m sure if I had asked then and there, they would have provided me with the info.Dealer accommodations: I didn’t have any prior knowledge of BP and being a Ferry ride away, I didn’t really want to spend $30 for a trip back and forth to their dealership “Just to look around”. So, I emailed them in advance with a trade-in value of my Kawasaki that I had in mind, and told BP that if I come over, I want our numbers to be agreed upon prior, so we don’t waste anyone’s time. They emailed me back pretty quick accepting my trade-in value and agreeing to some extend to my offer on the new bike. Since it was a rainy day and they knew I come from afar, BP told me ahead of time that due to safety reasons they can’t allow me to test ride the bike (new tires, rainy day, etc.) which sounded fishy to me, but BP said we will write in your contract that you can return the bike after purchasing it for full refund if you don’t like it for any reason. That’s where I figured these guys aren’t your typical dealership dudes trying to scam you, they actually care about your safety.The day of purchase: When my wife and I showed up at the dealer, there was a breast cancer awareness run where a ton of motorcyclist had showed up. There was pizza and stuff to eat and the sales manager specifically brought a whole box of pepperoni pizza upstairs just for me and my wife. He realized my wife is vegetarian so he ran downstairs and brought another box of cheese pizza so she can have some of that. Honestly we were mesmerized by how nice these guys were but we didn’t let our guards down cuz at the end of the day, we were in a dealership so we had to watch out for sales guys famous for not being honest people. Seth our salesman however was one of the most down to earth guys you ever met, a polite not talkative young family man who wasn’t there to push you towards buying. He was there to answer questions and generally help you navigate around your new bike and the dealer. He pretty much agreed to all my prices on the trade-in and the new bike and next thing you know we were in the finance office.Finance Office: In every dealership, this office is known as the shark tank of the dealer. This is were the top trained salespeople sit to rip people off their money, add bogus charges and fake fees to their contracts (anti-theft system, reconditioning fees, astronomical doc fees, and etc.) and make the most profit for the dealer. But not at BP. Due to my short employment background (only 5 months) we couldn’t get a definitive answer from credit unions. But Lauren managed her way around and suggested we can use both mine and my wife’s employment together to get the deal. So that’s what we told the credit union, and they said that is completely acceptable to compile your marital income/years. With Lauren’s help we got a great finance APR (5.29%) on a used bike and with Seth’s help we found the perfect used bike, and with the manager’s help we had a great free pizza lunch!This dealership was so friendly and earthly that when I was about to leave on my new Diavel, I went by everyone’s cubicle and thanked them for helping us whatever way they could along the way.I recommend this place and will definitely be back for future purchase.

Cant recommend this place enough! I typically avoid dealerships at all costs due to their high pressure sales tactics, but The Brothers Powersports provided the most stress-free experience Ive had purchasing a vehicle. I live in Seattle, and the sales team went out of their way to send me pictures and videos before I made the trek out to their shop.

I purchased a Motorcycle from these guys last week. I found the bike I wanted on their website. It was a blowout special they had on leftover stock. I called to make sure they still had it for sale and confirmed the special price. I dealt with Nico in sales. Very friendly and helpful on the phone. I did some paperwork via e-mail, he was quick to respond and took care of business. I wanted the financing all ready when I showed up as I was coming from further away and they completely delivered on my expectations, it was well worth the extra miles to deal with these guys. I was in and out of finance in minutes. Financing with them was a painless experience! I was then explained my bikes features from top to bottom. The gentleman teaching me about all the functions/features was very polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable about the actual bike. I got a quick tour of the place and it all seemed great with a very polite crew working there. I definitely recommend giving these guys a chance to earn your business. A+!

Wanted to be sure I took the time to leave a review for this company. Recently we purchased a 2018 PW50 which is a very sought after beginner kids bike, that are very hard to find used and new. I had posted on a motocross Facebook group page that I was looking for one and an employee (Kendall) of this company commented and said they had 2 of them. Literally within minutes of her posting that I got a private message asking if I was interested in a sales person contacted me, which I confirmed I was and within a few minutes after that I got a call from a sales person. I was super impressed with how quick of a response time these guys were on it!!!! That women being so on top of her business saved me more time than I can even describe. I am a super busy mom of three small boys and was overjoyed that the process of purchasing this bike was so easy. The salesperson we worked with was Nico, who was absolutely fantastic as far as communication, helping us figure out paying out-of-pocket versus financing, and was extremely personable. Nico was never pushy. He also waited a week for us to get back from a vacation we were on and still stayed in contact with me updating me as needed as far as which of the 2 bikes were still available so we did not waste our time driving more than an hour to pick up a bike that was actually sold already. Nico was super helpful at helping us wrangle our two small kids (Who of course were besides themselves to want to see all the bikes and toys) as we tried to wrap up the deal with the paperwork processing. All of the employees that we had contact with today were great besides just Nico, especially Sam in the parts department, he was absolutely stellar also!!! Now as far as inventory I was pretty impressed with the spectrum of toys that you can purchase at this company. I would highly recommend looking at them as they carry a very wide range of brands and products which is awesome!! After we left we got some lunch at one of the restaurants right down off the water, it was a beautiful location!! Thank you all for a wonderful experience at Brothers!!!

Recently purchased a used boat from Brothers Powersports. Upon getting out on the lake noticed the boat was overheating and Dave reached out immediately to try and resolve the issue.Between Daves follow ups and his service team they not only kept me well informed they somehow managed to get the boat working as needed before this major holiday weekend! The engine issue was something they couldnt have foreseen. My families memorial weekend will now be complete and we will be returning to Brothers Powersports for their Outstanding Service. I picked up my 2014 CTX1300D today. The staff was great and very helpful and I feel I got a good price on the bike. When I got home I noticed the fairing plastic parts were not on properly after they installed the battery. I called and they said they will fix it in the morning.Good service.

I have been a customer here since December 2015. Between two bike purchases, maintenance, and a lot of parts, I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Sierra was great during my financing portions, Destiny is always there to help with my parts and has gone out of her way to make issues Ive had right again. Mike is a funny guy and very knowledgeable in service, and never fails to make me feel welcome. Lastly Nico, who has guided me through both buys, consistently called me during his off time to ask how the bikes were doing and eventually became a friend. I received help with loading and unloading, I didnt feel rushed in explaining what was going on with the bike. They took a thorough report and helped assess what the problem was. I was so happy with my experience at Brothers, I made my way to sales and spoke to a couple of awesome salespersons about another bike and possibly watercraft. I have purchased 3 bikes, a side by side, and have all my service work done at Brothers! I even have my boats worked on by them. They are always great to deal with, friendly, and unlike some reviews they do give you a great deal! Last time I checked they are not a non-for-profit... They are the go to people for powersports in our area! The sales team is fantastic to deal with and their service dept is always on top of it! I get phone calls updating me on progress and eta of when it will be done. The service is always competitive for pricing too. These guys know their stuff and have a customer for life with me! I had stripped out a screw hole on my throttle when replacing my handlebars, and I came in an hour before closing. They were nice enough to get me in anyway so that I was able to ride worry free. Cant recommend them enough! I also have to really thank Seth who sold me my bike. He never pushed me but just kept me informed as I asked questions. Sky also really helped me pick out a helmet that best suited me. What an awesome team they have there!

I own a Kawasaki, so when it comes to bike parts I have to go elsewhere, but for all my gear this is the only shop Ill use. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices are usually within a couple bucks of Amazon.

Just got my first break in service on my 18 r6. Had my slip on, frame sliders, and axle sliders put in.They are very friendly and great people.I wasnt asking much questions or snooping the lot because it was raining and all I wanted is my bike to be done and go home lol.They finished way earlier and didnt charge me for the estimate since it got done earlier.Will be doing all my service here and recommend coming here.Maybe buy my next bike here if the price is right :P

Brothers is a great little shop for powersports vehicles. The sales staff is knowledgeable and does not pressure you into any particular bike or ATV. They have a small selection of riding gear. I would like to see them price match like other stores do.

Good place to buy gear but thats about it. Ive been in multiple times and I make sure that when I do I go straight to the gear section, they are helpful and have a good selection of products. As for the show room and pre owned section outside, they are very pushy and rude. They want you to buy what THEY want you to buy, you can pretty much throw what you go there to look at out the window. Also its just about impossible to get them to let you test ride a bike your interested in. Good luck is all I have to say if your thinking of going in there.

It now sell see indian motorcycles. Gave the place a facelift to ro this, so it is not as old looking. Service department needs some improvement though.
