I recently purchased a 2011 Tiffin Allegro motorhome. I did not care for the way the motorhome drove particularly in windy conditions. I contacted B&B for a recommendation and they spent the time to test drive my motorhome, recommend corrections and to complete the work. From start to finish they were outstanding. I had a few concerns with the steering after the work was completed and they promptly got me back in, made a few tweeks and got me back on the road. The folks at B&B stand behind there work. They dont call for updates or anything else except to collect money.Its been close to 1.5 month since leaving the vehicle there to get it repaired for them to take it to the West Hills dealership less than 10 minutes away. The car is still broken as of this writing this review Aug 18, but at least the one thing B&B did right for us is to tell us theres an extended warranty for the problem.My husbands car had a transmission problem where it couldnt get up to highway speeds. B&B Auto was one of the closest auto repairs so I escorted my husbands vehicle there onto their lot after hours Wednesday July 6, 2021.They have a key drop box, which was one of the reasons my husband chose this auto shop. From a quick glance there appeared to be 30-40 cars during initial drop off, with about a dozen of them being RVs. Hopefully they have a way to keep track of all the vehicles in their lot. If they do, it failed us.My husband didnt receive a call the next work day in the morning (before noon) from the shop acknowledging theyve received the vehicle. Its only been there less than one work day so were not worried yet. He eventually gets a hold of someone during the next work week. A mechanic has looked at the vehicle and its something the dealership will fix. It seems like a B&B Auto will work with the dealership to fix the car and my husband moves onto weekly calls.Third week in, my husband still hasnt gotten an estimated repair date. No communication initiated by B&B. At this point, he gets a hold of someone on the phone to tell him the car was dropped off at the dealership 2 days prior to the call.5 weeks in, still no call from B&B or the dealership. We would expect the dealership to update the shop since they dropped off the vehicle. My husband calls for his weekly update, which the response is, were waiting for a call from the dealership oh wait, its still here in the lot. That afternoon, we get the FIRST call ever from B&B Auto saying diagnostics was performed on the vehicle and itll be $157. The lady on the phone also politely lets us know they can take it to the dealership so they dont need to charge us for a tow truck. My car had maintenance at the West Hills Auto Complex (different car brand) so my husband tells the lady hell check on his car then.My car maintenance appointment comes and goes. (4 days ago as of writing this review) We look through the dealership lot, twice, at West Hills and didnt see his car.We drive to B&B Auto. The car is STILL at B&B Autos lot. So, its been in their lot from July 6 - August 14, and they had promised during the payment collection earlier in the week to take it over.Maybe its a good thing they still dont have a voicemail box. The phone just rings forever. My husband gives up calling and leaves a new drop box card asking them to either call him, and either return his car keys or take it to the dealership.Tuesday August 17, 2021, the DEALERSHIP calls my husband saying his car is there. B&B did not update us on moving the car over.It took their tech less than a week to diagnose the car and know the dealership has an extended warranty on the issue, upon customer calling for an update.3 weeks to say they moved the car to the dealership, upon customer calling for an update.5 weeks to realize, upon customer calling for an update, that the car was still in their lot. Payment for diagnostics was requested that afternoon. The ONLY call B&B initiated.6 weeks to actually move the car to the dealership.To whoever spends their time reading what happened to my husbands vehicle and still chance their service here, I hope their management improves.

6 weeks and 1 day ago, my husband David dropped off our van to get diagnosed and get fixed. Today finally by the Grace of God and a tad bit more patience we finally got our van back fixed! It was a very much longer road than I anticipated, and I admit this morning I was at a breaking point.They made it right though and worked so hard today to give me my van back and I really appreciate it. They fixed the passenger doors and now they both have new cables and motors and the price was very reasonable. I am thankful in the end they made it right.Hopefully next time, repairs wont take as long.

I dont know cars, but I got the best advice about them from an old friend in Florida: You know what the most expensive repair is? The wrong one. I trust B&B to give me the best value for my money, not some bargain bin repair that may or may not be what I need, and costs more in the long run.

Never got work done here, but my car was totalled and towed to this place. And my insurance company came and picked it up a few days later. Everyone was very kind, and even took my key to give to the guy picking up my car. They were not rude, or rushed me to get it off their property. And for that, I am appreciative.

I dropped my vehicle off with them at 10:45 am and picked it up at almost 5:00 pm, I stated the car wants to stall when coming to a stop. I never received a phone call from them period. I had to call them multiple times with in the 7 hours they had my car. Only to find out they couldnt see anything wrong with the car. A person with no knowledge of vehicle repair could sit in the car for 30 seconds and know something isnt right. Anyhow, they were going to try and charge me. But after i informed him that i knew what the issue was he changed his mind. Never going there again.And to respond to the owner. My car was diagnosed and repaired in 3 hours at buckys. Doing things right for the customer..YEAH! Trying to help? No... Id get more help from a paraplegic mechanic on a winter night with one wrench. I think its best we just part ways. 7 hours for a simple diagnosis? Should never take that long. P.s. everything would have been different if your front counter person did his job and kept a customer informed. Peace.

Did a good job installing my five pin trailer tow plug.

I consider myself a decent repairman. I usually fix things on my own vehicles, from headgaskets to brake jobs and everything in between.But when I came across an unfamiliar problem, with an engine I didnt know, and after a long while of being burned out trying to fix it myself, I finally decided to humble up and send it to a mechanic. I was skeptical of what I was told the issue was, but went along anyway. Low and behold, they were right.The problem was fixed. The price was decent. And a happy review was made.

They serviced my jeep for the 60,000 mile service. Great Customer Service! Its comforting to know that they are honest and dont try to take advantage of you. I highly recommend them!

The sad part is I have 8 vehicles. They all need maintenance. So they lost out.I had taken my vehicle to a mobile mechanic who found the job out of his scope. Found b &b online. I knew there was 5 things wrong with the vehicle. ignition, heater wiring, neautral safety switch, exaust leak, and windshield wiper motor. They charge me 134.95 for each of the 5 items just to tell me what I already knew. then gave me a bid for $2200 for these 5 things. I reluctantly gave the go ahead as I needed the vehicle to travel back and forth to mid west. Then I get a bill saying 2900. I call to say I never oked anything over 2200. I get a excuse that they didnt want to bother me. Well the bother is being 700 over the bid. Then the lady precedes to tell me the heater blower motor is faulty. although my mobile repair guy tested it. And I heard it run. They then charged more for this. All and all I spent just under $3100 for what should have been 1200. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM. Already found a new guy that isnt looking to retire on my 1job.I feel ripped off. As for a response from B & B dont bother you know you ripped me off.PS. never fixed my wiper motor. the wanted 414 for the part called auto zone it is a $212 part. So they make money on the delivered parts as well. Complete rip off.

I took in my diesel to get the fuel filter replaced, because the place I usually take my cars in refused to do it. B+B took me in as a walk in and had me on my way in like a half hour! They definitely gained a new customer. I will not be taking my vehicles to my old place anymore!

Our first experience with B&B Auto Repair was not five stars but Joel the owner followed up and made everything right so when the transmission needed servicing we decided they were the place to go. I Placed a call to see when they could work us in and Mike who answered said let me look up your information came back with a firm quote and day to do the service which worked perfect for us. Dropped off the RV the morning of scheduled appointment Mike said he would give us call when ready for pick up which he did shortly after noon, sooner then expected so said we would pick it up the following day as we were in Seattle. Next morning went, RV was ready Mike said they checked the RV over test drove it and everything looked good for up coming trip down south. N time at price quoted so we are happy RV owners and will use B&B for all our future work. Thanks Mike and Joel for running a quality business!

Excellent service. I showed up with a blown cylinder without an appointment and they still go my truck fully repaired with 48 hours. The price was far under what i expected. I highly recommend to all my friends and coworkers.

I am new to RVing and was looking for someone to work on my old Winnebago and a friend recommended B&B. He said that they had trouble shot and fixed a problem that the RV manufacturer could not find or fix. So with that recommendation I had to try B&B. My friend was correct, B&B is great!! I have been under hoods for over 40 years, usually in an effort to save some money. But also I gauge myself a fair wrench. The folks at B & B listen to my car and me. They let me explain where I want to be when they finish and where or when I could expect to go with my Lincoln resto-mod project. Since my funds dribble in, so do my project completions, they support that. They finish the work with good results on time for a decent cost. And they are courteous enough to say good things about the old car. When I pull out of the shop with that grin and hear the old motor pull us away I get the same goofy laugh I had after the first car I put together from junk yard parts as a teenager. Very impressed with the service at B&B Auto Repair. They replaced the clutch slave cylinder on my Ford F150 (with 163,000 miles) and the truck drives like new. I will be recommending B&B Auto Repair to everyone.

It is absolutely possible to be an auto mechanic shop AND to be professional at the same time. Not many shops in Bremerton have figured this out, but these guys are one of them. I did walk away with an pricey repair bill, but at least I know its been done right. Car repairs arent for the feint of heart, anyway.

The battery died in my car and I was in between two very important meetings. B & B got my car in, a battery delivered and installed within an hour and I made it to my meetings on time!!!

Went to these people to remove some springs from my struts to switch them over to the new pair of struts (2) struts. They charged me a full hour of labor $130 bucks! Plus tax! This should have taken them no longer than 30 minutes to completed. They are completely unfair with there labor pricing. Went to Less Schwab for my other pair of struts and the quoted me 1/2hr labor (an honest quote). This actually ended taking then 15 minutes and up paying nothing for the spring swap over.

They service all of my vehicles and will until Im dead.They have been providing service for our fleet and personal vehicles for several years now and well never go anywhere else.

Took my Toyota Tundra in here twice for problems. They found and fixed the problem in less than a day. They called and recommended a tune up and so minor maintenance issues. Since the last tune up was 70,000 miles ago, (which they did); I gave the ok and away they went. I now have a truck that runs well, headlights that actually light the road, and better mileage. I feel B & B is more concerned with my safety than they are with padding the bill. I recommend them without reservation.

These guys are dishonest mechanics!! In November 2018, I made an appointment for an oil leak to be repaired on my 2012 Kia Sedona.I knew that the leak was a seal. I had just taken to the dealership and had a laundry list from them what needed to be fixed. I had thought that taking it to a local mechanic would be better. My daughter took the van in for the appointment and when she returned to pick it up the check engine light all of a sudden is on!! It was never on before the seal replacement and it was just seen at the dealership!! The gentleman at B&B also preceded to say that the brakes were bad and need replaced. Which I just had done 1year prior at Les Schwab!! B&B ran a diagnostic for the check engine light only after I demanded over the phone that they tell me what the engine code was to make the light come on! They said it was a sensor that was out and it would be an additional $350-$500!! These men thought that my daughter was a push over they were rude & treated her like she was dumb!! I made the appointment I own the van and I pay for the repairs and they never even called me to update me on the appointment.. That same day after my daughter got the van back went immediately to Les Schwab based on what B&B said that the brakes were bad and Les Schwab took a look and said “No way those brakes are still in excellent condition!!”. I took the van back to the dealership and guess what B&B had disconnected my air sensor when they removed the oil pan to replace the leaking seal, and left it unplugged!! They wanted to fix things that were not broken and get more money out of me!! Very disgusting dishonest business!! Do not take your car here! You will get screwed over for unnecessary repairs!!

Such a bummer. Called once, and I was told by David he was with customers and too busy to give me any information about a fix. I can understand that, so I stopped by a little later.No other customers were in the office. I said I called earlier and David told me he is still too busy. I asked if we could set up an appointment so we could talk about this fix or if there was a quote sheet or anything and he said no. He just flat refused to help me, even when I was amicable with his crazy two week out time line.I am a customer service professional and I walked out with my jaw on the floor, because I tried to give them my business and they flat said no. What? So I would say to anyone that asks, dont be bothered. They sure as hell wont be.

Nice people, but they missed the main underlying problem of my cars issues. They helped me with a surface issue and sent me home with wrong diagnostics. A month later I am back to the same problem with my car. So maybe not so helpful with long-term issues, for my situation at least.

Well, where to start. I will say that at the very least, B and B has shown me that there are truly no good auto mechanics in the Bremerton area, as I have tried quite a few of them.Was told that the vehicle would be ready by 330 after dropping off at 0800 for routine maintinenece. Spoke to the shop around 130 after calling them back because I saw I had a missed call from them. They told me they accidently called me, however the vehicle would be ready soon.I arrived at 330 to pick up the vehicle and see it sitting out front. Im told by the front desk that they still had to put the thermostat on and that it would be ready within a hr. Great! Thanks for the update B and B! I left, came back about 45 minutes later and the vehicle is still not done. Sat around for another HOUR and finally was told it was ready.All in all, pretty typical of the businesses in this area. Service was pathetic.

Follow up after posting this review earlier today is once Joel the owner was aware of this issue he called to let me know he had not been told of the issue after returning from being away and yes I was correct and he would make it good by sending me a check for the difference in what should have been charged and what I was charged. Thanks Joel.Yes I will continue to use B&B again and refer friends there.First let me say B&B Auto repair does quality work, now for the reason for the one star review.On 26 May 2017 I took our motor home in to have the dash air checked to see what was wrong with it and late in the day Mike called to let me know that both the compressor and expansion valve were bad and cost would be $1410 to repair which I though was high but did give them the okay to continue and repair it. On 1 June Mike called and said the motor home was ready for pick up which we did and everything worked as promised. After getting home I looked to see what the cost of labor was which was $666.27 which seems high to me to remove a compressor and expansion valve which should take no more then 3 hours but then again I was not the tech doing the work so not sure what he experienced so accepted that charge. Next I looked at the cost of the compressor and noticed that the part number was for a a NAPA part and having a NAPA dealer account called to see what dealer cost was which was $188 and list price which is what most repair shops charge and it was $300, I was charged $423, dealer cost for the expansion valve was $26 List was $41 and I was charged $118 yes four times their cost. I called B&B on 3 June and spoke to Mike about the cost of the parts and told him I felt I had been over charged he said they just but part numbers into their computer program and what ever it comes up is what they charge. I requested he speak with Joel the owner and get back to me which he said he would, two days later called back and Mike said he hadnt had a chance to speak with Joel but would the next day and call me back, well a week later and still waiting for the call back. So moral of story is check the price of the parts they will be using and make sure they are not OVER charging you and never expect them to follow up if you have any issues as they do not call back.Normally I would do my own work as I have for the last fifty plus years on all our vehicles but time did not allow me to this time, next I will make the time so I do not get ripped off like I did this time.

We have taken our car, RV and passenger van to B&B Auto and have been very satisfied.

Went as a vendor in the past and have to tell you that the owner was rude. He had asked me to adjust certain product to a lower amount and confirmed with him if he was sure that is what he had wanted. He said yes. After a couple of weeks when I arrived, he barged into my truck calling me names, cursing me out because of the low amount of inventory of product he had, was very unprofessional, rude and if it wasnt for me possibly losing my job, I wouldve put him in his place, he pretty much verbally assaulted me in his uniform bearing this shop name. Would not recommend to anyone

Went in for a few fixes and came out after more than 3 weeks my car there with a over $2000 bill. All I wanted was a tail light fixed and manifold changed and look at exhaust. They also said they would keep my classic car stored inside and it was stored outside.

I was on my way to the beach with my family when I started to hear a squeal coming from my truck(pulling a camper btw) and then my temperature gauge started jumping around. I pulled off at the first Bremerton exit to a church parking lot where a nice woman informed me of B and B which was located a block away. We limped my truck up to the shop. We had no idea what the hell we were about to walk into and all we could think is that our vacation to the beach is going to be cut short and our kids were going to go nuts.We walked into the door and were totally wowed by the excellent customer service and their willingness to get us fixed and back onto the road the same day. They went above and beyond to take care of us and I cant tell you how lucky I am to have found this place! Thank you B and B!
