Went there to get Covid booster after making appointment. Upon checking in was asked if I was imuno compromised. To which I replied no. This was after filling out full questionnaire online that said we were eligible. The girl at the pharmacy the said, Well, youre not eligible for the booster. I said You didnt ask about underlying health conditions. After much arguing, the pharmacist stepped in and said we will give them the shot. Do you watch the news? It been all over the news that 89% of people qualify for the booster. Even former smokers qualify. They all want you to get the shot and then you gotta jump through hoops.

RiteAid pharmacy has gone DOWNHILL since Nancy left. The staff look and act unprofessional. The pharmacist do not care about the patients. The pharmacy looks dirty and unclean. I am switching pharmacies.

Had the rudest experience here today. Ive spent a lot of money here in the past few years. Andrew, supposedly the manager on duty had someone following me and my GF around thinking we were stealing. Ha!! Ive never stolen anything from here. Im taking my business elsewhere and my friends better check your personnel!! This is going up the management chain.

Not real happy with the sporadic service at the pharamacy. Some times its great, other times it leaves allot to be desired. In additon they dont have their holiday hours posted at the drive through, only the front door. Miss when businesses use to put them below their light up big sign.Thursday I missed the cutoff time for the holiday, because they had no hours posted other than the normal ones, so returned today but my prescription had been put back on the shelf. So I either had to wait 30 minutes instead of fast tracking me due to the hour issue, or return. I went home. Came back at 7:50 and they were closed. So now I get to return a 3rd time for the same prescription. Guessing I wont get a fuel credit for all the trips. Please post your hours and Holiday hours on the window of the drive through and you might consider on the Internet as well as many sites report your hours with the contact info. Also maybe include them on the txt alert from the pharmacie. That would be good so a person knows how long they have that day to get them.And yes I have run into the its too soon to fill your perscription line, come back 2 days before. Doesnt do any good when your leaving for a vacation etc

Not too busy, has a drive through pick up for RX, and the pharmacy staff is always helpful. However, a few times the pharmacist has told me that under state law its too early to pick up my pain meds, even in an emergency situation. I just read another reviewer who said this happened to him, and its not state law, its a bogus company policy. So I may be going to Walgreens or someplace else from now on, even though this pharmacy has been very friendly, on other issues. :( Can the pharmacy please answer this question, once and for all?

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They get my prescription wrong EVERYTIME. The pharmacist are ALWAYS rude. Unfortunately, this is the only Rite Aid in Bremerton. Looking into switching to a different pharmacy because of how unprofessional this location is.

I was able to get my medication filled within 10mins. Best pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. They do less then the minamal to help you. I wont be waisting my time with people who dont care about doing there job right. Your a pharmasict do your job and help people dont be layzy.

The definition of racism is discrimination a person or group of people because of their race, color, descent, national or ethnic origin or immigrant status. For example, at Rite Aid on JAN 26 2019 at approximately 9pm when my friends and I entered the establishment and were followed around the store by one of the employees who was practically circling us and kept asking us if we needed help, but then continue to be impolite by questioning why we were there in the first place and stating that they need to make sure why we were there and why one of my friends was eyeballing like that, making us uncomfortable and left feeling disrespected. the employee named Lisa, who was at the counter was watching our every move, staring and watching us as we were walking out the store. if this behavior is corrected, I will delete this review.

Everyone in this rite aid was rude. I went in for razors & after I asked one of the workers where they were, she was very rude & implied that I couldnt read.

Worst pharmacy and what they dont mention is that they open at 7 a.m. but the pharmacy doesnt open till 8 a.m.
