Replaced my old speakers which one of them was blown out. Great customer service. Was quick and efficient. Going back again to get a new amp and subwoofer. Can’t wait!

I went in with a specific item in mind that was double the price point I actually purchased. george actually listened to what I wanted out of my purchase and was able to suggest a comparable unit when if fact he could have just ordered me the double the price one i was set on and took my money.Instead he listened to what I wanted and got me into a unit for half the price and the same quality as well as same day installation! I appricate the helpfulness and saving me money!!

Won’t refund deposits even when no work is done or parts bought, go elsewhere several other shops come with lifetime warranty and full refunds if you’re unsatisfied with anything. These guys don’t even give you a full year of warranty and if you decide to tune your audio on ANYTHING they void your non existent warranty instantly, also don’t explain fees or what you are spending your money on, claim “they don’t have time to do that” terrible practice in general.

If I could give them zero I would. My husband went in there to have his stereo system installed but instead he was made fun of and told that it would cost 800.00 and that is not a way to treat a customer so we will not go back and we will definitely go to someone who treats my husband much better because first off he did his research second not everyone can afford high end stereo equipment and third my husband is a military vet and this company talks about how they treat military and vets great yeah right. More like only if you get what they sell you so they can price gouge you. Keep your money and get it done some where else cheaper and with less attitude. Also if they think I am take this down not happening see don’t disrespect my husband and you won’t get a nasty review!!!

After spending so much money at other shops this place, Extreme audio has got it right. System sounds the way its suppose to than and these guys know what they are doing. Customer service is outstanding and so is the work they put forth. The balance to go for quality sounding..... thank you guys your the best!!!!

This place has an awesome staff who give great advice that fits your needs and do not try to push things on you that you dont want. They will go the extra mile to do special things for installations. The prices are more than reasonable as well. This is my favorite car stereo shop on this side of the water.

The work was good and the customer service was good but the main reason I went to a professional to get my stereo put in was so it would be done right and explained to me how to use it. After a month I noticed a usb hook up in my console that I had no idea was there. Wasnt explained anything at all. :(

Ben and Jorge were super helpful and made my car stereo system sound 100 times better after they were done with it! They got the work done quicker than they anticipated it would take and I couldnt be happier with how the new speakers sound in my Honda Element. Booking the appointment was easy and they were both so personable and friendly as well. Ill definitely be back for more work on my system in the future!

I got a subwoofer system from them. Very knowledgeable and demonstrated what would sound the best in my car. And when they installed it, it was flawless. You can’t see anything not even the wires. I’m going to continue to go there for all my stereo needs:) awesome job guys:)

I had a stereo installed in my car after mine quit after fourteen years. I was so impressed by the friendliness and quality of work the employees did.cant remember the name of the person that helped me but thanks for being so honest with this old lady, I’m enjoying my radio so much. My grandson was coming there today to get a system for his truck.

Bought a radio and speaker system there. Folks were knowledgeable and fast. Had a issue a couple weeks later and they took care of issue fast. Im going back with boat and have them put in stereo.

Kind of over priced

This is a mom and pop car audio store that has great prices and quality equipment. They were very helpful when my amp blew out. They gave me sound advice what product would best fit my stereo with out a lot of pressure to upgrade. I will go back.

I trusted these Guys with my 2017 Outback 3.6R. I was nervous, they installed dash speakers, door speakers and a sub amp with control in the dash. They did a great job, nice clean install, very professional. Cost was very reasonable. Super nice Guys, They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was done. Highly recommended!

Took my car in yesterday for noise coming from my stereo that sounded like a bad ground with a prior install(not Extreme). Within an hour the tech had the system diagnosed and fixed. Explained to me exactly what he found and fixed. Great customer service and awesome prices compared to Car Toys and other competitors. They have always taken great care of me/family members and highly recommend them for car stereo/alarm installations. My car alarm installed 6 years ago is still going strong with no problems. Thanks Extreme for keeping up the outstanding work and taking care of our community with fair process for us! Cannot wait until Christmas to see your specials!!

I went 3 times looking for driving lights. The third time I went the guy was nice and took my number. Said he will order and call me. Two days went by and no phone call. So i went there. I guess him and somebody who I assumed was the owner saw me pull up and he said, we were talking about you and we couldnt find anything for the model of my car. I wasnt looking nor did I ask for any light for the model of my car. I was looking for universal driving lights!?! Then this guy who i assumed was the owner took over. Went behind the counter and said we only have these, which were the lights I was looking when I came in on the previous visits. He said they were $50.00 and if i wanted them installed that would be an additional $80.00. If I wanted them hooked to the fog lights, that would be an additional fee. If I have wires, cause I have other lights hooked up that I was replacing, he said to pulled them, that would be additional fee. Already Im at $160.00 plus. I told him that the friend who referred me said it would cost me $65.00 total. The lights I wanted only cost $10.00 to $20.00 on Amazon. They wanted to charge me $50.00. I left and never came back!

HONOR YOUR PRICES! Got a quote a couple weeks ago to have my car cameras hard wired. They are already installed I was just tired of unplugging the plug from the cigarette lighter. Guy quotes my $30 as I had two cars to do. Literally as simple as hooking up two wires. Pops took the first car over today and now the price is $50 each. He tries to explain to the guy there without luck so ended up leaving. Nearly an hours drive for my elderly father only to get the run around. Wont be back there again!!

This place has super quick turnaround, is reasonably priced, and does an excellent job! Took 4 hours to install a new Alpine deck and speakers and afterwards the guy showed me how to connect my iPhone via Bluetooth. Customer service here was great and most importantly my new stereo system sounds amazing. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went in to find an aux cord for my stereo for my new (used) car, I was expecting to have to spend some cash as this was a newer stereo and was WAAAYYYY more advanced than Ive ever used. Raphael came out to my car and showed me that the stereo can be paired with my phone to listen to my music AND that I can answer my phone and showed me that my car came with a microphone!!! It cost me zero dollars!!! I am beyond thrilled and Raphael went above with customer service and I will refer anyone to him for their car stereo needs!!! Thanks a ton Raph!!!

Extremely over priced, also inconsistent with the prices. I went multiple times to ask about the same job and recieved a different quote each time. I must say their work is great and they stand by it.

After shopping all around Kitsap, I decided to give the guys at Xtreme a go. I was surprised at the prices and extremely pleased with the service. Super helpful and a great selection of quality products at better than everyone else in Kitsap prices.If you are looking for any car stereo services or a new system definitely look here before you make any decisions. The staff is not only rude but also cheats. After you are done paying them they will not help you at all. I got a bass set . they installed it wrong and are not fixing it. Keep saying later. Been 2 months now. STAY AWAY ! SCAM !
