Worst T-Mobile ever. Whoever trained or is training “John” the Associate Manager at this store needs to come back and do a better job. Rude, condescending and overall a horrible TMobile rep. We have ALL of our phones they T-Mobile and will be taking our business elsewhere because of this experience. Buyer beware!! DO NOT!! go to this store! Nothing but aggravation and poor customer service. TMobile do better!! After 24 yes with your company we are done .

So I was able to get 2 phones under one phone number, however a few months later when one phone couldnt send calls or text I brought it in to see if they could help me they said since I had the cameras taken out that the only thing they could do is have me buy a new phone. So for me there goes $500 down the drain for a nice mini tablet. So if you go for this deal buyers bewear get your nice phone for going out/home how you like but go for a cheap phone if youre taking out the camera. BTW The monthly payment for me was about $160~$140

Could not fix my very technical and complex problem but spent a lot of time trying and sent me to the technical support people who always are terrific to work with.

Store assistant closed store 30m early, denied us entry while laughing at us for knocking during (updated) store hours which are listed on the front door, worst customer service Ive ever experienced, do not go to this store.

Had to make three trips to the store to correct and start a return on store ordered item. Friendly staff but not very knowledgeable on T-Mobile policy and procedures. Go another 1/2 mile to 1 mile to the corporate owned store.

The employee who helped me totally messed up my order and now I cant have my phone. He ordered the phone for me and put in the complete address for billing but didnt bother to put in the complete address for shipping. After waiting three days for my order I found out that UPS cant deliver my order because he didnt put in the complete address. UPS wont allow me to correct the address and sent my shipment back. when I went to the store to talk to them about it I was told that I will get my refund when their warehouse receives the returned shipment and that there is nothing they can do about it. Now I dont get to have my phone and I will have to wait for weeks to get my refund, all because John didnt do his job right.

If you are going to update the hours of the store be sure to update the hours on Google. Drove an hour to get to the store yet they are closed

My mom and I went into the T Mobile store on Wheaton Way in Bremerton and had the pleasure of working with Mike. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. I would definitely give Mike a 10 out of 10.

I stopped by yesterday purchase a new phone for my husband and the in-store representative Chuck was super helpful and knowledgeable. After playing with the phone and experiencing an issue we came back the next day and were lucky enough that Chuck was working. He fixed the problem for us immediately and I was out of the store in 5 minutes.After having so many negative experiences calling the T-Mobile reps via phone, this restored My Hope in great customer service.

Awful. went to get new phones. spend 1150.00 and they wont let you use the rest rooms.i had to drive home. If these stores are going to be open they need to let them use the rest room.But covid-19 says they dont want to wipe them down.My husband did the deal because i had to remove my self from the building

So i walked right in and both girls where busy with a customer..One of the girls recognized me and stated she would be right with me. Dre is her name. Great smile and great attitude. She understood me without a long explanation and really liked that. I just wanted to say I really love customer services like that.

Absolutely great customer service from Chuck! He scheduled an appointment with us on his off day to make sure our phones were gtg! We sincerely appreciate the service, value and time! Check him out if you’re there! He’s also very knowledgeable and patient.

I was in that store today7/8/20.the people are very friendly. The manager, I think her name is Andrea.if Im wrong sorry. She helped me in many ways. I thought I needed a new phoneit wound up being a new charger. Thanks saved lots of money. Youre the best

Robert, Vivian, Kori and Andy were freaking AWESOME!!!. I busted my phone, couldnt even get into it. Robert figured out not only how to get into the phone but also how to get all my data transferred to the new phone as well as get the old phone data erased so that i felt confident no one else would be able to get into any of my apps or passwords. They are the best. If I need anything from T-mobile this is the only store I will go to. THE BEST GROUP AT ANY T-MOBILE STORE HANDS DOWN!!!!

Andrea was the best at helping me with my phone, very easy to talk to, great at multi-tasking, good energy at this store! Will return soon!

I just to thank Yvana for helping me. Shes so sweet and helpful. From start to finish she gave me great customer service. She knew everything about everything and anything. Also, there was a gentlemen that walked in and she asked me politely if she can help him because my phone was taking an hour to back up. Sweet gal. Would highly recommend her. Awesome branch! Especially John and Chuck but everyone who works at this branch has treated me kindly and patiently as they helped me through issues from dis functional and new phones to billing issues, come here for T-Mobile service, avoid the Trails at Silverdale

A Raina (sorry if I butcher your name) helped me on the phone and was super informative and kind on telling me about the iPhone 8 and when they would have it in stock.I showed up this morning and was helped by an Alex and he was very nice. I unfortunately left without an iPhone because they didnt have any space greys. He did let me know they could ship it to me and I could do the order from the store but I wasnt interested. He then called another store to see if they had the grey but they didnt. Super helpful nice store!

Yes they are cheap!Yes their service is beyond terrible!!!But you know the saying.You get what you pay for.More than happy to pay the extra money for some actual phone service else where. T-Mobile service in the peninsula is TRASH!!!

Went in recently for a new phone. Spoke to the manager Maria and Chuck I believe. Fantastic service. Warm welcoming environment. Organic conversation. Gave me the information I needed and assisted me in purchasing my phone. Salespeople sell, but at this particular store, I never felt like they were serving their products on a sheet metal platter and slingshotting it down my throat. So thats always nice. Hard to find fault in the operation, this was probably my most pleasing experience in a T-Mobile store. Thanks guys.

Very unprofessional staff!!! Dont bother going into the store for any technical problems, they are not trained. This is a statement the company customer service reps confirmed. Will be canceling all service with this company. Wont pay for defective equipment or incompetent customer service.

Great service...unlike port orchard...the girl there seemed like we were a bother and wasnt helpful at all...told us to call apple and let them deal with it so we went else where ..and u guessed it....the best service ive seen...and they fixed the problem we had very quick....so....thank you guys so much

I walked in there and I thought I was walked into the humane society due to the loud barking coming from the back. When asking the store manager if there were animals in the back she denied it. She was also very rude when asked about different phones. Overall not satisfied with experience guess I will pay extra and stay with Verizon with better customer service.

These guys need to be retrained, they dont ask questions, they act like they know what they are doing absolutely not happy after leaving and having to call 3 times and go into another store to fix a mistake one of the girls did. Never going back!

Canceled my service with T-Mobile over a year ago and I still cant get them to stop sending me bills. I practically beg them to take my money just to leave me alone and they just keep coming back saying that I owe them more.
