I own a 2020 GMC and my back window began to leak. I had to call 3 separate times and talk to at least 5 different people trying to get a straight answer if this would be covered under the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. And I still didnt get a straight answer because NOBODY knew the answer. I called the Tacoma dealership, talked to 1 person and they were able to answer my question. Hire people who know how to answer simple questions instead of transferring your call to someone else.

Evan was great. I guess my deal was a bit unique and there were some restrictions on my part, so it did take a bit longer than anticipated. Plus we live about 60 minutes from the dealership. At the end of the day, I really appreciated Evan and his coworker driving my new truck to my home the next day. Traffic and all.

Jesse was extremely helpful. First I had an appointment, I drove up there and there was no rental car, so I rescheduled for a month later. I called to make sure there was a rental car, and they did not even have my appointment scheduled! Jesse tried to find out what had happened, and he rescheduled and paid for the rental car. I really appreciated his service.

I would refer a friend for sure, the staff is friendly and the dealership is clean. however there were no vehicles available to clients receiving service that day. They no longer provide courtesy details. I did not need a detail per say I just asked if they could clean the INSIDE of my windshield. Nope! There is apparently a special type of person to do that and they were no longer available. So there I sit for 1hr 45 min. That being said they did a great job giving my Encore a top off and filter change.

I like how the quality of their work matches my own standards. Im also thankful for the service specials they offer as well as the long term mechanical history reports they provide about my truck. The first repair for a temperature sensor didnt fix the problem. They also had to order a part for a windshield washer fluid pump to replace. After the part came in I had to wait 6 weeks for the next available appointment and to look at the first problem. I dropped off my car and 2 hours before closing I had to call to ask for an update. They called me back and asked me to keep the car overnight because they didnt have a technician to look at the temperature sensor. I had work the next day so I asked for a rental and there was non available so I needed my car. Then they finally looked at the pump replacement and realized they ordered the wrong part. So I picked up my car after 6 weeks of waiting and nothing happened. I was told Id be called when the new part came in to reschedule but thats been over a week now.

I consistently tell people to not come here. From the sales floor (to include management) to service this dealership is terrible. The reason they have business is out of pure convenience due to location. EVERYTIME i have done to service I have been greeted, but asked to wait (even with scheduled service) and I stand there as they (usually 2 or 3 members) type and stare at their screens with multiple people waiting. I will however just speak on my last experience. I ordered accessories for my vehicle back in April, paid to have the dealer install them and it wasnt finally in July that I had a scheduled date to get them installed. Part of the wait was the back order, sure, and I dont hold that against them, but the communication once they did in June is why Im upset. Trying to get on the phone with anyone is difficult and I have yet to EVER receive a call back. The receptionist has taken my information and I have left many voice-mails for managers that always seem to be in meetings (even on Saturdays) but still, no call backs. The issue was figuring out who would be responsible for installing my stripes. Service said it was detail, detail said it was service and there was literal back-and-forth until I was told they would sort it out and get back to me (of course, that didnt happen). I called back multiple times for the next 10 days to get no resolution and never in touch with a manager until I did speak to a representative who was able to help. After finally getting the date, I dropped off the vehicle and per the new norm they have no rental or fleet loaner to give so Im without a vehicle for that and the next. I called the next day because I didnt get one, and was happily told the vehicle was ready and looked amazing. Upon arrival, I inspected it to find the lines both front and back are uneven, there is a bubbled area in the back and Jesse my service representative explains, he has no papers for me, that because I paid in advance through Chevy, they have no way to track it and no way to produce paperwork for it. He did assure me he would find out who is responsible and how they want to proceed to handle the mistakes made, that was on Tuesday it is now Saturday and still nothing. The reason for the prepaid installment fee through the dealership is to have this done professionally, this far, there has been no indication of professionalism nor did it appear to be quality work or effort. This, and the other terrible times, both through service and sales; is why I will always try to avoid using them and always recommend against anyone going to them for anything. They have been constantly going downhill since 2016 when I got here and I cant wait to deal with a different Chevy dealership. I know Chevrolet isnt aware of all of this and I hope that is becomes known because I know they would not conduct business like this nor would they want a dealership to handle their customers this way.

The service department was great with scheduling, updated, and completion of the required service. I do have two concerns. First, on the report it shows red for Fluids: Oil / Coolant / Power Steering / Brake Fluid / Washer but nothing to indicate which one is low or needs attention. Second, upon returning home I notice grease all over the drivers side handle and surrounding area. Then I walked to the passenger side and there was transmission fluid and hand grease all over the front quarter panel. The fluid had gotten wind blown on the highway and ran down and back. I do have pictures of both. Sloppy work like that does not lean toward a person having faith in the work being done.

I purchased my Buick in 2013 from Haselwood, apparently since my warranty is expired I am required to wait six weeks before they’ll have a chance to look at it. I let the service desk know that it is un-drivable, however they’re not in a position to get me in sooner or recommend any assistance in finding a mechanic.I love my Buick and have had it serviced at the dealer since I purchased it. It appears that I’m no longer a valued customer. I’ll be taking my business to Tacoma or Seattle in the future.

General Manager has never reached out. I checked my spam folder as well. Removing a star.I was looking at a SUV on their website. The price was locked but that was okay. Type in your information and it unlocks and shows you the price. Later I send a message asking if its still available. I get an email back stating yes it is still available and here is your special online vehicle price $3,000 more than the actual online listed price. With that Ill be going elsewhere. I expected the price to either be the same as what I saw online for the vehicle or maybe just a little less than the unlocked price. No the $3,000 higher price did not include the taxes and other fees because that part of the email was highlighted.

Check engine light came on my 2021 2500HD Denali. The truck only has 2500 miles on it. Called service to get an appointment. Ha, what a joke. You are either on hold for an hour or you choose to accept a callback (which never comes). When we finally spoke to someone in service, the earliest appointment was over 30 days out. 30 days for a check engine light that recommended I dont drive the truck? Really? They wouldnt work with me to figure out something sooner. I called the other GM dealership in Kitsap County and even though they couldnt get me an appointment quick, they worked with me to drop off my truck and they would see about getting to it if they had a chance. 3 days later I had my truck back with the issue resolved. Haselwood used to be my go to dealer. Not sure what happened.

Update: We dropped the vehicle off at the dealership without an appointment and they fixed the problem after three days in the shop. I updated the rating from 1/5 to 3/5. If this is the only issue I will revise the rating upward again. Once my wife started working with the Bill the Service Manager things improved significantly. He was nice to work with; however, Im still not sure about the overall reliability of the vehicle. It should not have required service at 3k miles.I purchased a new Chevrolet 2500 LTZ in the middle of February 2021 with a sticker price over $76K. Problems started on either 4/8 or 4/9/21 with around 3K miles on the truck. The outdoor temperature periodically register -40 degrees outside when it is in the 50s, which messes up the heating and cooling in the truck. Next the check engine light comes on a trip or two later. Call this dealership and the soonest they can get us in is 4 weeks out. Fine, not a big deal to live with the current issues. Next problem comes up is the service DEF warning. I added the DEF provided by the dealership when purchased. The light went away for a few days and then the light came back on 4/18. Now the truck is going to gradually reduce the speed it can go after certain mileage amounts that you travel. I stopped by the dealership and they are able to move my appointment up to 4/29/21, but there is nothing else I can do now but cancel our camping trip that we had scheduled for 4/24 - 4/25, and limit the amount of miles we drive the truck.

They found ways to make it cheaper, get all the warranties and coverage, and toilet the time to show me all the cars in all the lots in my price range. I still chose the first car they showed me. I was well taken care of, comfortable, and they worked with me. Sales, finances, insurance department were all wonderful. I purchased a used vehicle from here that came with a cracked windshield. It was agreed that windshield would be replaced at no cost to me. I was told service department would be in touch no later than 2 weeks. Well after complaints we finally heard from them 3 months later. Scheduled my windshield replacement, which required me to drive 3 hours and get child care, all for them to tell me after multiple reminder emails and calls that the appointment was scheduled incorrectly and they dont have a windshield. After complaints to management, all they can say is sorry and offer to reschedule. My family purchased 2 cars here this year, we wont be purchasing from here again.

I will say that the experience I had with sales and finance went smoothly. My interaction with Evan was very pleasant and I appreciated how he listened to me on everything related to what I was looking for and made the experience much better in this transaction. I had to leave a few times early and was patient throughout the process and no rush. I called twice before I drove fifty miles to have an oil change. I called to get a price on the nine oil change, three windshield wiper replacement package. Both times I was quoted $342.00, but when I got to the dealership, I had to wait over an hour to get service and was then told the price was close to $600.00. I then chose to just get one oil change for $74.95 but it took another three hours for that to get done. Then i had to correct them on the price. All in all it was a bad experience, and I will not be returning. If you even care.

I bought a used truck that had a worn front differential. I had it for a week or so and had to use 4 wheel drive. The car made front gear noise so I came in and Jesse Roksa welcomed me. It was quickly diagnosed and he found a car to drive free of charge for the time the truck was repaired. The seals, gears, and bearings were replaced free of charge in the front differential which was almost $740. The service department really shines at Haselwood Chevy more than any other part of the dealer. Thank you for excellent customer service. I will be returning for future repair.

Purchased a key and FOB for a 2015 Silverado at the dealer for a total of $239 which included $10 to cut the key. Had an appointment for 2 weeks out. When I got to the dealer I was told it could take 4 hours to cut key and program key and FOB because they would have to find someone to do it. And then another $178 for labor. So it took almost 2 hours of my time. I would think since I had an appointment someone would have been scheduled to do the work when I got there. Seems reasonable to me. And then another $178 to cut and program. Over $400 for a key and FOB. No wonder I know so many people that dont go to a dealer to get work done on their vehicles. I stay away from them as much as possible.

It’s worth mentioning that these guys are way better than the Toyota dealer above them. The sales person was nice and courteous and wasn’t trying to oversell me or hound me which was really nice. I’m not a fan of pushy salespeople. Also got good value on my 2018 Prius trade in.As for this place, the reason why I’m currently rating them at 3 stars is for a number of reasons:1. It took some doing to get my Costco auto program pricing from them and there were several pricing mistakes when we bought our bolt (like attempting to charge us tax when it was exempt from it) but they did remove it2. The vehicle when we did get past the financing department was dusty in the interior, badly detailed on the exterior with several scratches, scuff marks, and two rock chips on the passenger side door. Those were all listed on the “we owe” sheet for the exterior issues to be fixed but no one was calling me to get it dealt with. They just kept telling me during three separate calls “someone will call you about that” so I had to annoy the parts department who was super helpful because the service department was rude. they had about 9 business days before they hit the 30 day limit on the time frame that they could do anything so that’s why I was having to go annoy anyone I could to get it dealt with because it seemed they were trying to run out the clock on the we owe contract. Read that we owe sheet people! Anything past the 30days they will not honor by contract! It would have cost me 350 for the repairs if I didn’t come in and make them get me an appointment to hve it dealt with and they didn’t bother to clean the whole car, just the areas that needed work done. Seemed lazy but at least the areas were fixed.3. The car didn’t have the tire inflator kit nor the cargo cover when we went to inspect it. I again had to point it out to the people at the dealership and have it added to the “we owe” sheet. The tire inflator kit if I didn’t point it out would have cost me 150, and the cargo cover an additional 300. It took them 3 weeks to get both in and wanted to schedule an install date for the cargo cover almost a month and a half outside of the “we owe” date. Obviously getting tired of dealing with them I just installed it myself. Took me 20min to do myself. It would have taken them probably less than 5min to do it.4. Lastly, and they aren’t losing a star for it because it’s more the dmv of WA that’s dragging their feet. I’m still waiting on my license plate. My temporary expires June 30th and they told me I have to come back in to get it extended while they wait for my plates to come in.

I was greeted when I walked through the door. The service rep was friendly, professional, personable and knowledgeable. After going over the paperwork he showed me to the waiting area pointing out where the coffee, tea and water was, and also where the restrooms were located. The waiting area was clean & pleasant. Seating was spaced in accordance with COVID-19 protocols. The time it took to service my car was what I was told and the cost was what I was told when I signed the service work order. The service rep went over what the service techs did and what they found during their inspection. After paying the service rep walked me to my car. It was a very pleasant experience.

Im not sure what to say about Haselwood at this point other than I will not refer anyone and I hope I never need to rely on them for anything related to my 2021 Tahoe. Quick story so you understand what you are getting into when buying a car from Haselwood. The sales experience was fine nothing out of the norm it wasnt until they got my money that the customer service basically is non existent. They called me on June 8th which was they day after my temp plates expired (June 7th, 2021) to inform me that my license plates had come in. I was unaware that my temp was expired, my fault, but when I realized it was expired I obviously needed to get my plates ASAP. I called on Sunday June 13th to get the issue resolved and get my plates mailed to me this is when the fun began. First of all it took me an entire day to finally talk to Nolan in finance who said no problem we will get your plates mailed tomorrow (Monday June 14th) and we will make sure they get to you same day. Ok cool problem solved not! I call on Monday because my plates obviously did not arrive on Monday. Sales guy told me yes they were mailed if they dont get to you by Wednesday give us a call. Ok 2 more days I can deal with it no problem. Wednesday comes and guess what no plates. So I call to figure out whats going on. I talk to the receptionist and clearly Im frustrated at this point and Im like did you send them via snail mail which she laughs no problem it was funny but then tells me well it can take 4-5 days to get your plates. So I say excuse me Nolan said I would have them Monday its Wednesday and your telling me it could still be longer. Then I said who should I send my tickets to should I get pulled over which she responded with saying have a good day and hung up on me. So I call back obviously because that is extremely un professional. So then I talk to Will in service who finally seems like the guy whos going to get things done. Nope said he would call back which he did once then said I will talk to the director of finance to figure something out then crickets. So I have no plates an expired Temp and Ive been telling everyone at Haselwood this for over 4 days and I still have no answers other than well we mailed them but could not provide me a tracking number. Oh and dont leave anyone at Haselwood a voicemail they will not return your call. So now its Thursday still nothing so I have to call again. This time the receptionist actually finds the tracking number and here is the best part the plates were not mailed until the 17th (Thursday). So this whole time Ive been calling since Sunday June 13th thinking my plates were mailed trying to figure out where they are while driving around illegally leaving message after message making call after call being lied to and hung up on to find out they just got mailed. Long story short dont bother buying a car here unless you dont care about service! Absolutely worst service ever and you can look at my profile this is probably the first review Ive ever written because Im a pretty easy going person and understand things happen just communicate and dont lie to me. Oh and Reggie the GM I left him a message yesterday saying I was going to put this review up if he didnt call me back and guess what crickets. If I could return the car I probably would and seriously buy it from somewhere else but I love the Tahoe if you are on the market for one just dont buy it from Haselwood!

Worst dealer ever. I’m from California was trying to buy a 2010 Camaro from them. I received no help whatsoever from the internet sales to the finance people and also the in-house sales. I submitted my credit app and also send photos of my drivers license and insurance card. I was told that someone would reach out and no one did. I called so many times and my call was not returned. In the end I went and found another car to purchase at Rodland Toyota in Everett. These people know how to treat customers. They even picked me up at the airport in Seattle. This is what I call customer service.

My first experience with Haselwood was not the best. I did not get a 5 star welcome and I walked in ready to buy a corvette no questions asked, pay sticker price and drive home fast. But not one person talked to me, I had to engage them at the counter and still that was a questionable experience. So I left unhappy. Gave it a few weeks, told no one about my experience and decided its time for a truck. I test drove a few from Toyota, ford, and even the chevy colorado, this time they were pretty good, about a 4 star. The 3rd time though, man did I catch them on a good day. I got the 5 star treatment, the great welcome, learned my name, found the exact truck I wanted and needed. On top of buying exactly what I wanted they even got me a great finance deal instead of tossing me into the high interest pool of numbers just to make a quick buck on the back end. Even after I bought the truck I had someone walk me through every single button and feature. Every special trim or modification that made my truck unique. They really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase before leaving. Its this type of stuff that makes me want to buy another car from them in the future. Its 4 star for the rough start. But even my wife likes the truck :)

The sales team work is amazing! I started on the internet looking for this exact truck. Lora was the first contact, She gave me updates on when the truck would be in. I heard from a Mary Katherine, more updates and responces. Then Chris was the closer, friendly and super helpful. I flew in from Alaska, walked in the dealership and every person there was friendly and made sure we where getting help. Chris walked me around the truck showing me all the details of this GMC Denali. He handed me over to Branden in Finance. Branden was a professional, going over the details of the deal and warrenties. He was easy to understand and answered all questions directly. Over all a great experiance. I will be buying again in the future and I will look here first!

When we purchased out vehicle in August of 2019, we also purchased the oil change package because it sounded like such a great deal. However, there was apparently an expiration date attached to that package that we were not made aware of at the time of purchase. We assumed when we arrived on Saturday that we still had 4 changes remaining on our account. We hadnt been notified that they were soon to expire or in fact expired. My husband was told that they had expired and there was nothing that could be done about it. So we are basically out of luck for the remaining oil changes that we paid for in advance. Seems to me there should be no expiration date on something you purchase like that if you still own the vehicle. Also, it took way too long for my husband to be notified that the compressor for pumping in the new oil had gone out. Luckily they had enough cans around the shop to top off our vehicle, but the wait time was crazy as was the lack of communication. We also werent told ahead of time that the recall fix was going to take up to two hours. My husband wasnt informed until he arrived for the oil change and recall fix. He was there from 9:30 am until 1:00 pm. We just felt that the communication and lack of notification was disappointing. We usually have good experiences when we come for service, but this one left a very bad taste in our mouth.

When my husband and I first arrived, we were fixated on just one make and model. We both then agreed to open our options. When arriving we noticed that all of the workers could answer any questions on spot. Whether big or small. We did not know how big of a car lot it was and then with them having every possible brand you could think of. That was a plus! Brandon Glenn was definitely a big help. From just a simple conversation to customer service. He went above and beyond to find us a family friendly yet sporty looking car. He took his time and made sure we were happy with every every car we looked at. Test driving different brands was also a huge plus! He wasn’t the typical pressuring salesman and he listened to all concerns. Usually when you go to a car lot you think you’ll be pressured into making quick decisions. Not the case, Brandon was patient and took his time with everything. He introduced us to different makes and models and made sure to go over every feature. His budgeting skills are very up to par, we were able to find a car well below our budget. Saving money is always a good thing!!! He’s a hard and dedicated worker with a huge personality. Brandon G. deserves the upmost respect.Brandon in financing was also a huge help, he was able to get us a lower rate which was definitely worth the wait on getting a new car. He also explained every piece of paperwork and was very thorough with signing. He answered all questions and concerns. He was also patient, something we all love when making big purchases. Our car comes with bumper to bumper and free servicing! A big money saver especially during the pandemic! We came in with a 2017 Sonata and left with a 2020 Malibu which was a huge upgrade in system and quality. We appreciate the hospitality and services.

You had my car for a week and you lack communication on what was going on with my car. I always felt you guys were calling at the end of the day and did not have all the facts when they did call. I also felt there was a change in customer service when my boyfriend was with me versus when I was by myself. I definitely felt more listened to when he was around which was not a good thing. If I didn’t have the extra insurance in case something breaks I probably won’t be coming back ever. I’ll never buy a Chevy again just because I don’t want to deal with the service people

What I liked best, in addition to the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of everyone I worked with, are three things: 1) how much they lowered my blood pressure during the buying process, 2) just how utterly easy and uncomplicated they made the process, and 3) how quickly they were able to move it along. In fact, I was done in record time. In addition, their facility was spotless and fully prepared to protect everyone from covid-19. In short, I couldnt be happier with my experience there. My only regret is that I live so far away from this dealership.

I was in on Black Friday to look at SUVs while my truck was in for service. Michael took the time to show me what they had. He was respectful of my time, knowing that I had a follow on commitment and needed to leave at 1300. However once it came time to show me the numbers, in comes another salesman, Evan. He was not concerned about my time, he was only concerned about getting me into a SUV off the lot and make money. He didnt care that their choices were not the ideal SUV for me and my family. He was very pushy for me to just settle for what they have, not lets see if we can locate the on you want. And even though they knew I was a veteran, they didnt honor the GM Military Discount price. If Costco has special pricing, they didnt even honor that, but did include the current Costco $1,000 rebate in the numbers. I was late leaving for my follow on commitment, though I could have been rude and just left right in the middle of it all. Apparently dont care about making/keeping a customer or listening to the customer or providing the customer with a honest, low pressure, sincere car buying experience. I guess Haselwood really only cares about $$$MONEY$$$.

Just moved up from southern California. Rodent made a home in my passenger intake fan area. It was evicted and the car searched for interlopers. I received recommendations on how to deal with it as well as the lovely stench it left behind. Appreciated I could get advice to avoid future interlopers. Update: since purchasing my vehicle i have now spent more time in the dealership then i ever really want to because this car has a never ending oil leak that their service department cant fix. Unfortunately to communication and follow through tends to just abruptly end from one service worker to the other and no one follows up with you. Monday i will be bringing my car in again for the 3rd time to have an oil leak looked at which now looks worse than the first one I noticed. Pictures below show how much oil should not be in your car and what happens to new gaskets when too much oil is added.

Service on my truck was performed fairly quickly, but I wasnt very satisfied with the condition of my truck when I received it back. There was a big greasy mark on the drives side rear door, my seat was moved and not returned to my setting and there was residue left on my steering wheel. I had another appointment to make it to or I would have requested the dealership clean my vehicle. It does make me miss the excellent service I received with my BMW at BMW Northwest. Much improvement needed to even come close to the customer service of other dealerships I have used.

ALL of the employees I interacted with during my purchase were wonderful! Friendly, kind to an old woman who isnt real tech-savvy and very knowledgeable. I really dreaded shopping for a new car until I sat down with Kevin and then Brandon (finance guy). This is, by far, the BEST experience I ever had in purchasing a new vehicle.
