Employees and owner are very nice and the inside is kept very clean and organized

This is the worst place if you are a minority. The guy does not wear mask and makes comments you may be homeless if you try to use the rest room. I feel sorry for other workers here. Please continue to the next one..

Usually the staff is really helpful except for the guy working this evening. The last place that my husband used his card was at chevron last night. When I called to see if a card was turned in the gentleman just said “no”, I then said well it would have been for last night, he replied “I don’t know.” He just seemed very short and not helpful at all. I had to insist that he check he said ok and after 5 short seconds said “no.” I then reiterated back to him the name and what type of card it was he said “no.” again and then hung up. I dont understand why he was so short and not so apt to help but I’m honestly blown away.

The male employee who works at night is always rude, not helpful at all and is on the phone every time. While getting gas and drinks he was rude about using the trash can located by the garbage can to place garbage from my car? Isn’t that what it’s for? Definitely won’t be spending money at this location any longer.

Stopped in for a soda & the woman working that evening was unbelievably rude!!

Very disappointed with the new owner. Cant even keep the towel stocked outside in all 4 staions. And when i asked for some i was told to use the napkins inside... Defeats the purpose of paying out side and cleaning my windows... And then when i asked for paper towel the said Look.. 15 min later nothing.

Recently under new management with all new employees.....They are very rude and short with everyone that walks in...I now go out of my way to a different gas station .

I just had the worst time there ever the guy was rude and unhelping the lotto machine was being a pain and had already put 20$ in the machine and the guy wouldnt help me kept telling me that I was burnt and i had to sit there and wait or let the next person get it after 30 mins of standing there listening to this guy tell me how this happens to people all the time youd think youd have a sign up saying such a thing or isnt the whole reason of gas stations to make stuff convient and fast i dont get making me stand there for that long potentially couldve been standing there an hr with no help.. Finally a friend I was with got tired of waiti g and unplugged the machine and aftet we listened to him say what a horrible mistake we just made amd that I just lost my money and Ill be lucky if its there the machine came back on and it was there and finally we could leave just wasnt a very friendly visit

Found on fb!! BEWEARDONT USE THIS PLACEWe just pulled into the Chevron across from Oyster Bay Inn on Kitsap Way. There was an accident at that intersection right before we got here. The employees at the gas station were in the parking lot, screaming at the people in the accident to leave the property. I got out and went to the sidewalk where they were to see if they needed something that I could go in and get for them.We had a first aid kit and gave gauze to one driver, we heard the employees yelling at the other driver for trying to get ice, his passenger needed ice for an injured hand. My daughter offered to go instead because the issue seemed to be that they didnt want injured people on their property.The employees seemed angry she was helping, charged her $1 for ice and said she couldnt have a small bag but then said they could charge her for one (knowing it was for an injury). She paid for both and left. Once the police and EMTs arrived, my daughter went in to buy the drink she wanted. One employee said dont be mad, her friend is back. to the other as she walked in. She told them she didnt know the victim but was just trying to help. They told her they dont let people come in and buy things more than once.Sorry for the long post but who TF gets mad at someone for trying to help an injured person!? 🤦‍♀️
