I had a pair of custom sway bar links made here and they did a fantastic job they fit perfectly.

While working in the Bremerton area. I ran into an emergency that needed to be completed before end of day. Richard at Cross Sound Machine said they were backlogged 1-2 days but bring the part in and we’ll take a look. I rushed the part to them at 8:15 am. He confirmed they would be able to squeeze in 1 of the parts needed today to get us functioning. When we dropped in to check on the part he had both ready. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

What a great experience. I needed a new longitudinal nut made for my import knee mill. I did not have the capability to single point metric threads on my lathe so I gave Cross Sound Machine a call to find out if they could turn metric threads. Once I got confirmation took my new material, lead screw and worn out part to Rich. In less than a week I received a call saying my part was complete. When I picked it up, Rich encouraged me to give it a test fit on the lead screw. It was a perfect fit. These guys not only do great work, but the turnaround time was outstanding as well. I definitely know who to call the next time I need any machine work I cannot handle.
