Great products and friendly, knowledgeable customer service! All of our questions were answered and my 10 year old son was given a lesson on the basics of panning for gold while we were there.

This store has great professional customer service skills. Always friendly with a smile,They have what you need and if not they will help u find it. If the guy doesnt know something he will tell you he wont waste your time and B.S. you around about something he has no personal knowledge on. Very friendly and knowledge, never makes me feel like Ive asked a dumb question I highly recommend this shop!

We went out of our way to stop in to West Coast to shop and buy supplies. On our way we got hung up in two construction jobs and were delayed. We still arrived at the stores door 15 minutes before closing. The doors were locked and no one was available to help us.We try to shop local whenever we can but when businesses do not honor their hours of operation it is extremely frustrating to support them. Amazon has never failed me like West Coast Mining Supply did today.I learned my lesson and will not return.BobEdit and update to my review:Sirs, I did not get any hands on assistance today from your business. I myself have been in business for many years. I understand that honoring my posted hours are the most important aspect in customer relations. If I was not available to assist my guest I hired someone qualified that would.
