I was not impressed. The sales lady was all smoke and mirrors and buttering us up. She was telling us long winded stories that had no relation to building or buying a house. She constantly assumed what we wanted and took us to a house we did not like. She kept telling us that she can see us in the house, when we said we really didnt like it. Our intentions were to shop around and see what the compny offered, really all they said they were a-z company and that they wanted $500 to start. When we refused to pay the $500 they then questioned if we were serious and if we could afford the $500 . wasnt really impressed.

If I could give no stars I would! This has been the most stressful process! They promised to sell me a home and help me develop the land to put it on. They continued to try to discourage me from developing because its too much work. Even though I had enough money! And I was pre approved! They took my down payment on for the house. Their contractors Cloudy Bay Construction refused to communicate with me! I had to extend my feasibility period because they couldnt get it done in 30 days. Finally we got a bid and it was in our price range. Then through a series of crypt emails and text messages they cant sell me a home anymore..... I even went and found a different contractor to develop the land. This is the worst experience in customer service Ive ever had! Instead of being honest and saying my project was too big for them to complete they strung me along for MONTHS until I had 5 days left in feasibility period before telling me they cant help me.

I read reviews last night and even though I saw so many bad ones I decided to call anyways talked to a guy named bob rudest worst customer service ever not to mention for a manufacturered home only it’s 442,000 not including land. Definitely will not be trying out this place and based on other reviews they’re very rude which I totally agree with now. If you’re reading this review and thinking about trying them out like I did don’t waste your time

Well I had planned on purchasing and my feasibility fell through right away. I had read bad reviews about a lot of MFR dealers not refunding your Refundable Deposit but FHB simply advised to come in when I can to process it. (I live 2:30 hours away) and that they cannot process refunds over the phone. So I was on my way there an was going to be late and called them to find out if they would wait for me and they told me they only mail checks for refunds. I was then worried I was going to get the runaround but a week later the refund arrived in the mail. I would do business with FHB in the future.

Give them a look see if you want a new model home

On the second year and it’s still not done. All contracted workers such as cleaners did poor work and had to come back and repeat their work. Owner (wayne?) complained repeatedly about his money being tied up and how much it was costing him. Meanwhile the house is still not done. Will absolutely not recommend this location for any quality work or experience

Me and my husband was looking into buying a manufactured home. When I first called the company I spoke with the owner I told him our initial budget was 180 because that’s what our lender at the time approved us for. He told us it was plenty of money to work with and to come in. So long story short we came it did a tour of the homes which are beautiful btw. When we spoke to the sales rep he was all interested in working with us, but once I told him our budget was 180 he said that wasn’t enough to get anything and kind of became dismissive. He then said we should talk to another lender and he had somebody in mind that he would pass our information off to. This was in March and we still haven’t heard back I even emailed a couple of times. We ended up finding a VA lender who is absolutely amazing and was Re approved for 400 and ended up buying a new construction home. So anyways thanks for being jerks because it all worked out in the end.

Weve been working with Future Homes for a while and find that the owner Dwane and his wife Abby are great people to work with. Their salesman Rob, is extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and easy to talk to. If youre looking for professionalism and honest hard working people to get you the best deal on your home, I highly recommend going to this dealership.

My fiance and I had such an awful experience at this place. We currently live out of state, but were on a trip staying about 1 hr and 45 mins away from this place. We wanted to take a trip down as we are in the market for a new manufactured home as we plan to move to Washington soon. We arrive and are greeted by Rob, who immediately proceeds to tell us hes leaving early because its his Friday and we only have a few minutes to look at the homes so we better hurry. Granted, we arrive at around 4:45pm and they dont close until 6. He gives us a key and an info packet and shoves us out the door. We already knew just by his attitude, we were not going to work with this place. Stressed and trying to hurry, we go through the models on the lot. If youre looking for a place that has nicely staged homes, this isnt it. There was furniture your grandmother had before you were even born inside these homes. Now we can look past that, but for these homes being on display, you do expect them to look nice if they are staged. If youre going to stage like that, I dont understand even staging at all. After we were done looking at all of the homes and trying to hurry back inside, he was talking to someone else, but clearly had no interest in talking about our experience or asking if we had any questions. He told us from across the office to grab any info sheets about the models we liked, and then proceeded with an attitude to point theyre over there as if we had no clue where they were in the first place, when we actually seen them immediately after he had said so. We grabbed the info sheets, left, and immediately threw everything away when we got back. What a joke of a business and a waste of time. If you have no interest in helping out your customers, dont expect to make a sale. I hope this place goes out of business with the way theyre treating people. We went to another place in a different city and they treated us very well. Sat down to answer all of our questions, didnt make us feel rushed, thats the way it should be. Do not go to this place unless you want to be shooed away.

Traveled an hour for a meeting and the agent was vague and confusing. He didnt tour homes with us to answer questions, just handed us a key. -seemed like he didnt want to answer any specific questions about pricing. He was like a car salesman who wasnt being straightforward. Said he would mail us a packet - never did. Didnt return any emails either... Too bad because the homes looked promising. We just found another retailer of fleetwood homes and saved money anyway.

I purchased a home from Future Homes and moved in November 2018. It was 5 months later than promised. The set up was a mess of people coming for an hour here and an hour there because they were so busy selling homes they couldnt set them up in a timely manner. (That is a quote from the set up people.) In November 2019 it was time for the one year warranty period. I hired a building inspector to go through the house and submitted it to Future Homes in mid November 2019. Its now 1/29/2020. They sent a handy man in late December to do sheet rock repair and after 2 days of shoddy work I asked Future Homes to not have him come back. I have spoke to the owner Dwane and I hear the right words but no actions. Update we are make progress with Future Homes. I look forward to getting our warranty work completed.

We are currently working with Rob Flath and he has been exceptional on the entire sales and design processes. He Is always available, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to get me through the last 3 months of Covid disruption, he was the reinforcement I needed. From day one we hit it off and everything he said he would do...he has done. We revised the project at least 7 times and he was always very receptive of all the changes... as we continued to change our minds or upgrade different items in our future home... I am Kevin Field of course I wanted the best price and service for the budget I have. Im a disabled combat veteran and dont make much. I have talked with manufactured homes businesses from Port Angeles to the direct manufacturersin Olympia and Oregon.I researched and purchased a home with Future Homes. the help with set up they provided was 2nd to none. they answered questions and provided support beyond expectation.I have since upgraded and the service they provide is excellent. they answer my questions within the day and help me acquire the services I need.I absolutely recommend Future Homes if you are looking for a great home and a business who will support you 100%.

We were there January 15. The website advertises modular homes, but the guy on duty said they havent offered them for years! The rep started praising Trump, saying the economy has never been so great! That seemed pretty tacky and unprofessional! He also made no effort to sell his homes. The homes looked cheaply put up, compared to two other places we had looked! Terrible customer service! It would be better to have an answering machine in charge! We won-t go back!

The husband and I have looked at other manufactured home dealers all around puget sound. And well we keep coming back to future homes! The staff are amazing and so helpful! Their models are always open and ready to view! They have the bear selection of models we have seen thus far! We will definitely be buying our first home from them!

Reached out to them to inquire about the pricing on several different models. The response I got was unprofessional and did not answer my question, when I inquired further about pricing they failed to respond at all. Purchasing a House is a big undertaking and when a company can not even respond properly to a query it makes a Person uneasy.

Its like buying from a Used Car lot. Thats the best way to describe it. Guys there never followed up on a $160k purchase. Built a real house instead.

My family was unimpressed with their customer service. We tried to work with them for several weeks but it was pretty clear they werent interested in working with us because we werent wealthy retirees. In the end we just bought an already exhisting house that fit our needs & ended up being nicer anyway.

Take a part homes for you to put together somewhere else and hope for the best and no earthquakes 🤞

We spent six months dealing with this company. We were working with the owner himself. We had agreed to do a land home package, buying 2.5 acres from Dwayne (the owner) we put up earnest money and waisted so much time and energy customizing one of their largest units FOR NOTHING because the owner forgot and sold the property to a agent (what a joke)Jokes on them truly because his agent buyer backed out last minute and we WOULDNT BUY A HOTDOG (or a home) FROM THEM AGAIN wouldnt recomend anyone else to buy from them either.We found a beautiful home and lived happily ever afterPs there are reputable dealers who offer better quality and better prices all over.

Our home was purchased from this company and hasn’t been placed for more than 8 years so you can tell they definitely cut corners.. mostly small things but who knows what else i’m missing! From almost all of the trim falling off around the inside OR outside windows, missing caulking everywhere (even in all bathrooms), missing screws for large vinyl trim above large windows, etc. the list goes on! If you’re going to spend your money I’d make sure it’s quality first!!! Not to mention the manager was totally rude after I emailed him pictures and he returned my call. He kept to talking over me and asked me to “shut up” which I declined so he hung up. I am appalled. I simply called to give them feedback in hopes they’d make sure the next house was put together EXACTLY how it should be since I am now going back and fixing the corners that were cut!

Good place to try to find a mobile home.

Came in and looked at models this summer, was ready to get everything rolling. The gentleman helping me told me he would look for property for me since i wasn’t sure what to look for. He texted me one listing and I let him know I didn’t like the location and I was afraid it was out of my price range. He told me he would keep looking. I called several times over the next weeks and never got a reply. I ended up purchasing a house instead of getting a modular home. The amount of time Future Homes had wasted took away any chance of getting a home built in the time frame I had.
