Got everything you need male or female...great customer service

DO NOT go to this beauty supply these people are rude and have absolutely no customer service or knowledge. I stood in this store for about 15 minutes waiting to receive my hair item from an employee & when I finally was ready to pay the cashier named Albert pretended to be a manager and told me he closed the register already even though it was nowhere near close time. Absolutely no accommodation. This business is a joke I’ll gladly take my money else where. Everytime I go to this store there’s always an issue! Avoid at all costs if you don’t want a headache or a bad experience

This place is great! the prices are very fair & i came here for the first time & the lady at the cashier was so nice & acted like i came there before ! she was so nice & made me feel so comfortable this is definitely my go - to hair store!!!

The shop has pretty much everything you ever need at very very good prices and pretty damn good quality. Last time I was there I bought a dozen tweezers that I use for holding small screws and they still work fine despite me dropping them hundreds of times. Each one cost about 1 or 2 dollars compared to how the local pharmacy sells tweezers for almost 20 for one.Albert has always been extremely helpful and chill to his customers ever since he was a little man working at the shop. Shop for first time today. Albert owner was very helpful and store was very clean. I bought hot towel machine and towels. I would definitely shop there again.

This store has made me realize that there are still really amazing people out there. A Sunday afternoon I left my wallet at the store. I had not realized I had lost my wallet until the next day that I tried looking for it. I was so worried I had very important documents and all my credit cards. I prayed someone would return it. I called the store and asked if they found it they told me they did. I went as soon as I could. I am so grateful to this store as they even tried to reach me on Facebook to let me know my wallet was there!!!!Thank you so so much !!!!!!

I LOVE this beauty supply store. Their workers Kofi and Juan are very helpful and patient with you to make sure you get exactly what you need and Albert is super cool and informative. They hardly ever let me down !

Thank you, thank you, thank you. My mother was recently diagnosed with cancer and Mi Casa was brought to my attention after a tireless search for someone who would help us find her a wig. We have gone to many other shops who treated us poorly or didnt care about her condition at all and you all made the process a breeze. We walked out with the perfect wig in less than 15 minutes after spending countless hours with exponentially RUDE employees at other stores who didnt care about her at all - they just wanted her to buy their expensive wigs at any cost (wouldnt even let us look at the tags - snatched them out of our hands even!). I cannot recommend this place enough and have been telling all of her doctors to send their cancer patients to Mi Casa. We will be back and thank you again for your help when we needed it most.

Its a nice place to buy hair dye and other beauty essentials. But I am very disappointed with the workers here. There was a homeless man outside not even near the store and a male worker worker speed walked outside the door and started yelling at the homeless man and saying mean things to him. I understand hes not supposed to be standing near the shop but the young man could of asked the man to leave politely. I am very disgusted by the way he handled the situation. Not only that but on my way inside the store the young man almost pushed me and my mother just to go yell at the homeless man... talk about manners. Wow I am truly disgusted. Not sure if I will be going back again.

Great store having s 20% off sale

There is one worker who talks on the phone while ringing you up...he even TOSSED my credit card back to me when he couldve just placed it in my hand...when I said you couldve just placed it in my hand he replied with I dont have to do anything lady....sooo you might get disrespected
