I had to get all 4 tires changed, I spent a couple hundred dollars at discount tires. The following day, I had a friend who manages a local tire shop nearby tell me that they could have given me a cheaper price. I called discount tires in Brentwood asking if they would try to beat the deal or if I could have some sort of refund (I have no idea about anything car related) and I believe the employee that was working with me was named Darren and he offered to reimburse the difference of the other tire shop if I bring a quote in. So the following day, I went ahead and brought the cheaper quote in and Darren gladly reimbursed me the difference, but then provided a detailed explanation of how discount tires offered me a better deal with larger mileage, warranty, etc. compared to the competing tire shop where the quote was cheaper, but did not come with other important necessities like mileage, warranty, etc.Over all, the customer service goes over and beyond with their guests and I really appreciate that.

Every experience I have at this discount is a great one. It is unreasonable for a customer to show up mid day Saturday and expect to not have to wait. I showed up around noon on Saturday and Jesus greeted and assisted me. He was very polite and friendly and asked me about my day etc. He explained everything he was going to check when we walked out to my car at check in. He let me know that the wait would be a while and that I could wait, leave my car, come back at my assigned time or make a new appointment. I decided to make an appointment on a different day due to the long wait. I appreciated his customer service and very upbeat and kind disposition. Thanks for getting me set up for next time, Jesus!

Make an appointment!The customer service was great. I dealt with Jesus and Todd. Both were very professional and helped me to get what I needed. Unfortunately, the back up of cars was long and due to other commitments I had today, I could not stay to get my tires replaced. I cant comment on the tires themselves.I showed up around 11:20 to have them look at one of my tires that had a slow leak. After checking the tires, the tread was borderline and I agreed to having the four tires replaced instead. At 11:38 AM, Jesus estimated the job would be done in 1 hour, 45 minutes due to there being 9 cars ahead of me. He wrote down a Promise By time of 2:15 PM after I said thatd be great as long as I can leave by 2:30 PM. At 2:15, my car hadnt been pulled into the garage yet. Todd was understanding to situation and retrieved my keys and credited the charge on my card.Unfortunately, had I received a more accurate time estimate in the beginning, I wouldve made an appointment for a later date and saved myself 2 1/2 hours of sitting there. Ill probably be back because I think they have good prices on tires, but I will be making an appointment in the future.

I will come back to a future Discount Tire for when I need to replace all my tires.Most places try to sell you a tire but this place, does not do that. If they can fix your damaged tire, theyll do so and not pretend your tire cannot be fixed.I highly recommend coming to this place for any tire replacements, tire fixing, tire balancing, etc. This place does not offer tire aligning but besides that, this place is great.To add icing on the cake, this is one of the few places that offer a certificate for repair, refund or replacement. (Covers refund for tire replacement due to material and workmanship or non-repairable demage. Certificate applies to the tire thread depth down to 3/32 remaining or 3 years from date of purchase, whichever occurs first.)

Im a little bit disappointed in the care at which the young kids treated my vehicles. They appear to be rushing too much to get the job done. Slow down and do it right, please. Twice now they have destroyed the wheel center caps on our Jeep vehicles. These things just plug in and are easy to remove and re-insert. In both cases they have broken off the mounting tabs.

Upon arriving at the store, there was a sign in a bay with my name where I pulled up was greeted by Maxwell then my car was taken in and I was leaving in 30 mintues. Highly Recommend.

I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience here and Jesus especially was a HUGE help!I came in due to one of my tires going practically flat yesterday and I’m so glad I did!! My two front tires were worn to the point of wires showing, and the back two worn but not quite as bad. While Jesus was looking at my tires he asked if I had been experiencing any other issues like vibration issues and I said yes but I had it looked at a couple months ago and was told that a small “starfish shaped disk” in my steering column was needing replaced and it was going to be several hundred dollars so I never did. He told me that with replacing my tires it should take care of that issue. And it did!! Not only did he SHOW ME what was going on with my tires but when trying to pick what option of tires to go with he spoke with my father to explain it to him as well and even though it was close to closing time my car was taken care of (very quickly I might add!) and my new tires we put on. I was thrilled with the service I received from the moment I called at lunch time to the moment I was walked out to my car!! Then to find that the shaking and vibrating no longer happened I couldn’t be happier!!! Thank you guys so much for taking care of me tonight! You guys are amazing!!!! Definitely will be recommending you to everyone I can!!

Discount Tire closed at 6pm tonight, the night before Thanksgiving. I arrived at 5:30p. Once I parked I was immediately greeted by Jean Luc who assessed all four of my tires, helped me determine which new tires were most appropriate, and then he made sure his team installed my new tires before closing. I am so grateful. Jean Luc also helped me get my account organized again, adding this new-to-me car to my DT account. The customer service and professionalism at Discount Tire in Cool Springs is unmatched. I am cannot more highly recommend this store and their staff.

The Discount Tire guys are great and really know how to win over customers. Most recently I took a new car in with a screw stuck in the tire. They patched my tire for free and even shined up the tires.I have used Discount Tire company for over 10 years and they have never let me down. The prices are decent and the staff are always very friendly and up front.

Best Discount Tire I’ve ever been to. Walked in with a nail in my tire and it was fully taken care of. They noticed my front tires were super bare and worked with me on price around the holidays to make sure I could get safe tires on my car in my budget. Can’t say enough great things about how I was treated here!

1st time customer. Wanted tires rotated and balanced. Made appt., friendly employee took my car right in. 30 minutes later it was done for NO CHARGE! They didnt try to sell me anything and said I wasnt quite ready for tires. Co-worker recommend them and I see why! Will definitely be using them in 5,000 or so miles when I need tires.

Got a flat tire and put on a spare and came here. The guys up front were able to check things out for me real quick. I had already looked up what tires I wanted in advance online before coming and they were able to get me 4 on for a good rate with the free 45k warranty.

A consistently pleasant and positive experience!!! We have been using Discount Tires for years and I am never disappointed. The guys who answer the phone are super friendly and helpful. I called today to have a tire repaired on my son’s car and was told that as long as I was here by 6:00 that they would take care of me. I arrived at 5:35, and they were slammed, so I very much appreciated them staying an extra hour to take care of me promptly. That convenience greatly reduced my stress and inconvenience of this car issue.

Courteous, professional, good prices. Call first to make an appointment and see how busy they are. I was told to come in at 2 and it took an hour before they finished. Also, if only purchasing 2 tires, make sure the new ones go on the back. They said they do this and didnt this time so I had them roll it back in.

Matt was great! We had issues with a previous service at a San Antonio location, but Matt made sure our tires were properly balanced and rotated. He apologized for the poor service even though it wasnt even his location. They even had our vehicle ready 20 minutes earlier than projected.

The employee that checked me in was super nice. Appt was at 4, I got there at 3:30 due to time. Didn’t mind waiting, 4:35 they pulled my truck in. I removed the center caps on all 4 due to they were not sure how to remove them last time. I’ll be dang, someone tried to install them or what but they broke and piece off and then stuck it back in the truck on the floor board. Didn’t notice until I got home to install caps, nice job guys.

I had an appointment at 5:30. I thought I was going to be late due to traffic, so I called around 5:10 to let them know. The technician told me as long as I got there before 6 they would take care of me, no matter how long it took. I got there and they were slammed due to the horrible weather. People arrived after 6 (when they close), and they kept taking additional customers in and kept a cheerful attitude. I got out of there around 6:45, and the install was perfect.There was one really annoying customer who came in at 6:45. They told her the car would be ready between 6:45 and 7:00. She seemed put off by the fact it wasnt ready at 6:45. The technician kept his cool, spoke politely and respectfully to this lady, and defused the situation. I really wanted to mention to her the 5 minutes that the technician spent talking with her was 5 minutes he wasnt in the garage working on cars.This really is an amazing tire shop. I wish more businesses could replicate Discount Tires secret sauce.

It was a bad morning! I went in to get 2 nails removed and didnt have an appointment. The fellow that helped me made it better since he said they could fix my tire and also have all 4 wheels rotated and balanced. It was all done within an hour. The people at this location known what they are doing and provide great service. The prices plus the great service are the reasons why I’ve bought 3 sets of tires from DT over the years.

Took them two hours to change two tires, and they served the 10 people that came in after me - before me. I was one of the last 3 people there at 7pm even though I got there at 4.They did a good job, but its never taken me so long to get tires in my life.

Great people and great service but I was shocked and disappointed today by their recommendation when I brought in my car to re move a screw in the tire. I bought four new tires 8 months ago from this location for a Mercedes E350. The tires have 8 months and 20,000 miles on them and they recommend replacing the two rear tires because of the wear. These tires they sold me are suppose to be good for 50,000 miles. Pirelli tires. Top of the line. And they wanted $200 + to replace them. I love their service but will look for other tires at another retailer in the future. The product is substandard.

Jean Luc greeted me as I entered the building and there was another employee running, literally running in the 90 degree heat to get customers what they needed. Just moved to TN from CA driving cross country. Air pressure in my tires - warning went off. Took it in they not only took the nail out of my tire and patched it but also fixed my broken taillight in under an hour. Super nice people, quick service. I will use them for my oil change next and any other tire service.

So great from the time I walked until the time I left. I had a specific problem with my jeep tires that they were able to help with me and help me in the same day. Also faster than the time quoted which was a great surprise.

I went in for one hour yesterday after I called for a price quote and ended up with a new tire. I was going to go with one used tire somewhere else for my flat, but Chad and Kevin were so amazing I payed for a new tire instead. Chad greeted me with a firm handshake before I even got to the door to see what I needed. The professionalism and kindness shown was better than I could have expected. I have been to a Discount Tire store before which is why I ended up going back because of the service. Chad even asked me if he could take a phone call while he was taking care of me at the counter. Few places have good manners like that anymore, especially a tire shop. The waiting area is comfortable with a Keurig machine for a nice touch. I am going back next week to change out my three tires, because their added warranty is hard to beat. Great job guys!!!

My first time using this business for tires, excellent customer service, prices seemed good, but the wait was rough. I dropped my car off on lunch break around 12pm and we agreed it would be ready when I came back after work at 5:30pm. Well it wasnt. In fact my car had not been moved at all and I had to sit there and wait another hour for it which made me late for another appointment. That was extremely lame and its highly doubtful Ill ever return.

The second I popped out of the door of my car they were there with a friendly good morning and began a superior tire buying experience. This store is incredibly awesome, they were very fast (took them 23 minutes from pulling it in the shop to it being ready for pick up), extremely friendly, and I would not hesitate to send ANYONE there. Prices are below anywhere else, but the service is absolutely top notch.

Discount Tire Brentwood is wonderful! I’ve been to this location twice - one time for low tire pressure and the other for a nail in my tire. In the past I’ve been taken advantage of to upgrade my tires or felt pressured by the associate - but not here!! Everyone is so respectful and great to work with. Plus they never charged me to fix my low pressure for my tires! All they ask is that when the time comes where I’ll need new tires that I will use them - and you better believe I will!! If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy, and respectful tire company then this is it. It’s just a bonus that they do phenomenal work as well!

I highly recommend discount tire. The service is outstanding and the cost for a full set of tires is always significantly less than any other store in the area. There is only one set of Bridgestone tires that I can put on my X5 and they are special order only. Discount Tire has always been able to get them in and installed by the next day whenever I call! Wow is all I can say. There was a screw in the rear tire and when I pulled in to their parking, my heart sank because it was full but I was met promptly and courteously by Jackson. There was no hard sell or pressure to replace the tire. In fact, they fixed that tire for free, and rotated the tires and all within 45 minutes on a busy afternoon.
