Rhea Little’s Tire and Auto is the best of the best! My family has been so fortunate to have had this shop as our “go to” resource for so many car and tire issues for over 15 years now. Although our car and tire issues have been numerous and varied in nature, the service we have received from Rhea Little’s has consistently been top notch. Hands down the best mechanics with years of experience. Every time you walk through the door you are met with courtesy and professionalism. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They truly care about their customers and that is why you see reviews from people who have been using their services for years. I asked Rhea to inspect the front driver side suspension of my truck because I had concerns that the bearings in the hub were worn out. His techs and Rhea himself inspected and test drove the truck multiple times and could not detect a problem. They spent several hours checking the truck but could not find a problem. I was only charged a minimal amont of labor and Rhea himself walked me through all of the testing they performed. I found that he was very honest with his assessment.

I stopped into Mr. Littles shop this morning because my low tire pressure warning light came on during my drive to work. Having never been here before I had no idea what to expect. These very kind and professional men spent about 30-45 minutes trying to diagnose the problem. fortunately for me, there was not a problem and they simply aired up all the tires and sent me on my way. They would not even charge me for the time they spent on my vehicle!!I feel very fortunate to have found these good and honest folks. after reading some of the other reviews, I learned I had actually stumbled into a gem of a car shop. When im in the area and need a car repair, Rhea Little will be my first call.thank you for your kind help today.

Had a flat while driving through town on the way to my mother’s funeral. Called them and explained the situation. They fit me in immediately and were able to repair the tire (due to nail) for minimal cost. I really appreciated their prompt and courteous service during such a stressful time.

Called to have them install tie rod ends/align. Guy on phone asked what kind of vehicle first. After I answered him w vehicle info (27yo truck), he asked if I already had the parts. I said, “yes.” Then he said, “they don’t like when customers bring in their own parts.” So, I can only assume, 1. They didn’t want to work on an old truck. 2. They are pocketing $$ off of part sales- other reputable shops do Not do this. Or… 3. Liability? But it’s pretty easy to verify part #’s and that parts are new when customers bring them in. I only purchase OEM AC Delco/AC Delco Professional for the truck.

When we sprung a pretty big leak in one of our tires, these guys helped us out. Unfortunately their jacks wouldnt have been able to lift the weight of our truck, so they graciously filled the tire with air so we could make it to a place that could repair the problem. Its obvious they just want to help whoever rolls in!

They do great work at reasonable prices and they pay attention to all the little details. Theyre also the nicest bunch of folks.

I just picked up my car today after taking it to Rhea based on recommendations from several neighbors. From my experience, I can wholeheartedly agree that Rhea is a trustworthy and fair place to take your vehicle. I am not a very mechanically minded person when it comes to cars (as many people are not) so I often have no idea what something should cost. Luckily, my brother owns an auto repair shop in another state so I was able to have him call to discuss the work that was being done. He found the costs to be very reasonable and in my opinion that is one of the top things that is necessary when trying to pick a mechanic. In addition, I had multiple discussions with Scott and found him to be upfront and easy going. I am happy to have been recommended Rhea and I can confidently say that I have a mechanic that I trust to be fair in pricing and honest and they will be getting my business in the future.

I needed a front wheel bearing assembly replaced in my truck several months back. I called around to several shops in town and Rhea Littles came in the lowest for anticipated cost of repair. They not only were able to replace the bearing in a few hours but the cost ended up coming in lower than what I was originally quoted over the phone. This is a highly recommended, no-frills, honest repair shop that is worth going to. Thank you!

Fast service and great customer service

Having car trouble is never fun, but I feel a little bit better since I started taking my car to this body shop. They are polite, kind, helpful, honest and they do a great job. I took my car in for a brake issue and they looked into it and realized it was a recall and sent me back to the Dealership so it could be done for free. They didn’t hesitate where others would have taken advantage of the situation. They continue to give great service and customer service each time!

I had to take my car in for replacement and ended up getting all 4 replaced. Rhea (as always) took time to explain everything and give me several options. I would gladly give 10 stars. The excellence in customer care and quality work are why after 12 years of taking care of me and my cars I will continue to go to Rhea Little for anything I need automotive related!

Had Emissions ck engine light question as already had code description, provided info and fixed it myself by cleaning gas cap. Also previously Changed front wheel hub at reasonble price, time. also fixed engine splash shield under car. All as agreed, time and price.

I chose this shop because of the reviews, they are honest and very knowledgeable. I would suggest anyone who cares about their vehicle go to Rheas and stay away from those shops like valvoline that are being ran by children.

Fair and friendly service! Nobody likes spending money on a mechanic, but Rhea and his employees seem thorough and the pricing is fair. Their cost is probably on par with most mechanics, but Im happy to bring them my business anytime its needed.

We have been taking our cars here for years now. On more than one occasion, they have finished a job for LESS than the estimate (when does that ever happen!?!?). Also, a couple times Ive gone in because of a strange noise and instead of taking advantage of my mechanical ignorance, they fixed the problem in just a couple minutes for free. I would have NEVER known it was a simple, easy fix, but they did and they had the integrity and kindness to help me out. Basically, I trust their work and their character. Thankful I have a mechanic that I can say that about!

As a young pregnant female, I probably appear to be one of the most vulnerable customers an auto repair business may encounter. However, I never once felt like I was looked down upon or treated any differently than a male client. They were able to repair my tire very quickly--even giving me the screw as a keepsake. I appreciate the speediness and respect with with I was treated. I will be back and tell my friends!

Great for evening walk

I have been here on a couple of occasions. They are all very friendly and very honest. I recently had some car problems and brought my car in and they were busy and couldnt look at it until Monday but still came out to listen and diagnose my car to ease my mind. It turned out to be a computer problem so I had to take it to the dealership but Rhea called and spoke to his contact and wrote notes for me to take to the dealership. They take the extra effort to make you feel like family.

I called Rhea Little auto repair at 7:00 a.m. and explained the problem that I was having with my 2008 Honda Crv. I took the car in at 8:00 am, they diagnosed the problem at 8:15, and had the car repaired by 10:15 a.m. I was blown away. These are the nicest, most honest, highly skilled people I have ever dealt with Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their work is excellent.I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Little Rhea. I recently changed out my alternator but needed to get my drive belt tightened up, so I took my car into Little Rhea and they had it ready within an hour and a half. Theres no upsell or gimmicky deals; just great work by guys who know what theyre doing. I will definitely be back.Also, didnt feel overcharged. Only $57 to tighten belt. Others quoted between $90 and $120 for same job.

They are as honest as the day is long, the prices are fair, the mechanics dont try to find things wrong when you take your car in & they are all so polite & friendly. As a single woman, to be able to trust ones mechanic is the most important thing I look for, and theyve never let me down!

I have used Ray Little in the past and thought he was fair and did good work so when my girlfriends car was miss firing she took it to him. He did a diagnostic test that racked up to $180 because the also road tested it they say. By the way Auto zone will give you a free diagnostic test. They then tell her that one spark plugs and one of her coils are bad but she should replace all four to be safe and that it would cost over $1300. This is a classic case of mechanics trying to take advantage of some one who is not mechanically inclined. So we received two quotes from other reputable shops that came in a little over $500. After a little research we ended up doing the job ourselves because it was so easy, it took us about 45 minutes Ray Little was charging us for 3 hours of labor not sure where they got that number. Shame on you Ray Little you and your garage are pathetic.

Friendly staff and good service

Since google is full of paid reviews right now, especially in the auto care area, I will try to avoid sounding like one. I have used Rhea for years (although its a shame that they wont work on my BMW), and not had a single bad experience. When it comes to mechanical repairs and diagnosis, I have learned the honesty and experience are top priority, so I come to Rhea Little first. But I do like a deal, so I call around, and always in the ballpark, and often better, than other shops -- example, a front wheel bearing was almost $100 cheaper than everywhere else I called. This may be the last family business in Brentwood, and it is certainly the best. Just praying that Rhea has a son to carry on the shop for a third generation so that it never goes away.

I have used Rhea Littles shop for many years now. The true test came when our Suburban had an issue pulling up to Disney World in Florida. I had to take it to the on-site car repair place and they told me what they thought was wrong. I called Rhea and he talked over the problem with me and told me what he thought should be done and even what he would charge for it. He also set my mind at ease by telling me the shop has a decent reputation.

Our SUV was having vibration issues when driving at Highway Speeds. It took Rhea Littles shop under an hour to find the issues and fix it. Their entire team helped explain and show us what the issues are and how they intend on fixing the issues. Something the Ford Dealership in Franklin could not do in 4 days. When we took our SUV to the Ford Dealership and they claimed to have fixed the issue. Our car was in the shop for 2 days. When we picked the vehicle up the vibrations were still there and we took the SUV back. Their top Service tech took a test drive. While driving down the highway the vibrations start shaking our kids car seats. He claims this is splitting hairs and you will not get it perfect. Mind you the car seats were shaking badly. Well they take it back for 2 more days and claimed to have finally fixed the issues. However, they did not. Wish we found Rheas shop prior, but we are glad the issues are finally fixed and now our car drives Perfectly.

Overlooked replacing the driver side mirror [what we brought it in for] and never ordered the mirror even after we said we needed it repaired. They said, I quote, We didnt think youd want to spend the money to repair it.
