Amy and the rest of the staff where amazing. Very knowledgeable, and spent the time to make sure we picked the right bed for us.

The sales person was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Not too keen on having to wait a month for delivery.

The sales rep (DeAndrea) was very helpful. We went in pretty much knowing what we were looking for (pillow for our sleep number bed). She explained what each one was and benefits and listened to our needs.

Sara, Jasmine and Amy were amazing! They were so helpful and patient with me. Sara worked with me on 3 separate visits to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. Amy spoke with me on the phone and in-store to help me get a better understanding of the product that I was interested in and Jasmine helped me purchase some comfy pillows. These ladies are the best! I felt so comfortable... No pushy sales people! I loved my experience!

The Sleep number staff are so amazing. Amy is a sweetheart and Jasmine is too. I felt right at home. Amy took her time with me I didnt feel like I was under any pressure to buy. I actually visited the store 3 or 4 times before I purchased my sleep number bed. And each time that i visited the store they were so nice and welcoming.. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

We have purchased two beds in five years from this store. Brad, the manager helped us this time. He called us when there was a sale going on that we could not pass up. He remembered what we wanted in this new bed. That made me smile!!! Thank you Brad !

First let me start out by saying that I have no affiliation with Sleep Number, nor am I being compensated for this review - we have already bought our mattress and I was just asked to share our experience, so here it is. We have been looking for a new mattress for a few months now. On our way to dinner one evening we ventured into the sleep number showroom in Brentwood, CA (it had become a little more critical to find a mattress to replace our 15 year old mattress because my back was really bothering me). Amy greeted us as we came in and began her demonstration of the sleep number mattresses - if you have never gone into a sleep number store you really should - you will learn an amazing amount about how you sleep and the pressure points in your sleep position. I was blown away by the technology that these thing have - they are truly an investment in your health not just in your sleep. Long story short - we bought one of the beds and give Amy all positive marks because she was so informative and answered every question that we had. Go see Amy if you are looking for a new mattress - you wont regret it.

My boyfriend and I came in hoping to find the perfect bed for our new home. Rachel met us with a smile and explained our options to help find what worked for us! I felt listened to and appreciated as a customer. We were able to receive 36 months financing 0% interest!!! The payments are extremely manageable for a bed that will last 25 years! today, I went to sign the final paperwork and Nyking helped process the application. He was so professional, kind, and had the perfect sense of humor/personality! I am so excited to have a new sleep number for my boyfriend and I! Thank you Rachel and Nyking for all your hard work and help!!

Customer service here was terrible. I walked in at 8:58pm (my fault for coming in right before closing, I admit) and asked How do I purchase a mattress? when the woman in blue (I assume employee) stood. She responded with a curt Just turn around and walk right back out. I understand it was right before closing, but the front door was unlocked so I thought I could at least ask a couple questions. She could have at least asked me to leave since she was about to close up. Her response was incredibly rude and unmerited, and leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth after a pleasant night. I doubt Ill go back to this store.

Short and to the point..The bed is great. Of course after spending $7k I would hope it would be.Point: Bed is about 6 months old. We got the adjustable base without the massage or night light feature.After about 4 months the foot elevation feature started making a knocking noise every time you raised and lowered it. This started on the right side, now the left side is making this noise. Its LOUD enough be very annoying. So we went to the location where we bought the bed and they referred us to a number for service. Interesting to note at this time is the person working at the store had the same problem but it went away.Here is the part that irritates me a little..It took almost three weeks even to hear from the service company which name is Leggett and Platt. One would expect that after paying that much for a bed, there shouldnt be any problems for quite awhile, not to mention the time it took to be contacted.The service tech just called to make an appointment....I will write another review after the service to see how it all works out.Again, bed is nice, be weary of the quality and issues with the base. If youre thinking about getting one..ask. I hope they fix this issue for future buyers.
