I have ordered several sofas over the years from Rooms to Go (9 to be exact). I have never been displeased!! Doug was the sales person that has helped me the past two time I have placed sofa orders!! He is amazing!! Professional yet friendly, quick and efficient! As long as Rooms to Go is in business I will shopWith them!!

The place was very expansive and had very reasonable prices with great financing. We dealt with a salesman named Travis Roberts who was fantastic. Was extremely professional without being pushy and it was very much appreciated. We’d recommend him and this store for anyone.

I must say I had a very negative customer experience with the warranty department in Tampa FL. I have been strictly a Rooms To Go customer for almost 5 years and to have that kind of customer service did not sit right with me. I went into my Cool Springs TN location and my store representative Dustin was able to help me find replacement options. Manager Nick took time to listen and understand my frustrations and was so helpful in re-establishing a positive customer relationship with me. I will definitely continue to make my furniture purchases through Rooms To Go. A big thanks to Dustin and manager Nick.

We recently went to Rooms to Go in Brentwood, TN as first time furniture buyers. We are moving into our first home and wanted to finally upgrade some of our old furniture handed down to us from our families. We were greeted at the door by Lucas and he was SO helpful. My 39 week pregnant wife and I went to Rooms-To-Go in Brentwood, TN looking for new living room set. David met us as we came in the door, and asked if he could help us. I told him we were just looking, so he gave me his name and instantly backed off and allowed us our space, which we loved because we are instantly turned off by pushy sales people. We walked around for about 40 mins before we settled on exactly what we wanted. I found David and he proceeded to give us 100% exceptional customer service. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable… and just a good person. Never pushed for a sale, just provided the information and allowed us to choose. He helped us find the best setup for our budget and we were even able to budget in a very very nice entertainment center. We will be going back to Rooms-To-Go in the future and asking for him. It was a terrible experience. We ordered all new furniture for our 3 year olds room. $4600. The salesmen went over the bill and pointed out delivery and set up fee. He stated to my husband be sure to look over it once they set it up and make sure there are no nicks in the furniture and if there are to call them immediately. There website also states the following: “Most of the furniture we offer for delivery is fully assembled and will be set up for you. Some furniture (including, but not limited to, occasional tables, sofa tables, entertainment consoles, some dining tables), however, may require some assembly on your part.” The day of our delivery we moved and sold all furniture that was in my sons room. My son waited for them on the front porch excited for his big boy bed. To our surprise the just left all the furniture on our porch and did not assemble. We ended up getting them to put in our garage. An entire bedroom suit with full bunk beds. My husband called the manager of the store to ask why it wasn’t going to be assembled and he told us we “should not have assumed”. Apparently they do things different than the last time we ordered our oldest sons furniture for $7000 that was delivered and fully set up. No one ever explained there are two different set ups. Although there is a delivery set up fee on our bill . Very disappointing after waiting all day for them to deliver.

Douglas at the Coolsprings location was absolutely great! Helpful, informative, without any pushy sales behavior. He helped us move furniture around so we could see how different patterns and colors went together. The furniture it is also comfortable and durable.

The store the interior an A+ loved the furniture. Amazing bedroom sets as well as living room, dining room and even kids furniture, very stylish and modern just loved it. Very reasonable prices. The decoration pieces lamps, carpets and other accessories were unique. Definitely good place to shop worth the money.

Delivery failed after waiting for 3 months on the product. No one returned phone calls and each person we were able to get a hold of was lying about products location or what actually happened to it. Now have to wait another 3 weeks in order to get it . Had to go back to the store 2 times to get to the manager to actually find out where couch was. Paid cash and asked for money back, but they refund money thru process and send you a check. Can’t even give you money back to your card.

Matt was great. Knew his inventory, not a pushy salesman yet still attentive & helpful. The entire staff had a good camaraderie, which is something you don’t see often in sales but as a customer is an added bonus!

I ordered a sectional couch from here over a month ago and on the day of delivery, I got a call saying that they got a recliner instead of my sectional and would come back later in the day with my furniture. Instead, they failed to reach back out and never brought my furniture after I spent my entire day waiting on its arrival. I have called a countless number of times only to never be assisted and a few days later I ended up driving 45 min to the store to talk to someone who works there. All I got was them saying that someone “would be in touch with me later that day” and call me. The lady working even suggested that I could drive to the dispatch to pick it up myself, which is completely absurd because it’s not my responsibility to fix their mistake and to get my own furniture when it’s supposed to be delivered and assembled by the company. The day passed, and 10 min before they closed I called to ask why nobody has still reached out still only to be told that I should call back/come back tomorrow, which was ridiculous. 3 days have now passed and I still have gotten ZERO assistance with this issue and nobody has gotten in contact with me.

We were looking to furnish a new home and were dismayed to learn of long lead times due to supply chain issues. Quinn, our sales person, was able to help us find just the right pieces, and in cases when delivery would be months off, he was able to steer us to nearly identical pieces that fit into our delivery window. I didnt catch his name but you dont talk about someones child regardless of the situation. Just cause you are in Brentwood doesnt mean youre better than anyone else sir. Had we not had Larry I would have just left. I understand that one customer wouldnt mean anything but still keep your comments about someones children to yourself. We have bought multiple pieces of furniture and accessories at this location. We have had some problems with a few of them, and after getting the run around form the protection plan company, the store manager was able to help us in just 30 after we had been arguing with the PP company for 4 months. The manager resolved our problem better than expected. The sales team and management are tops at this location. They have our continued business!

Wow what a wonderful experience I had today walking into Rooms to Go furniture store. As soon as I walked in the door me and my son was greeted by David (sale rep) he wonderful the entire time. I was so undecided with what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. I thought I was going to get on his nerves, but never once he showed me I did. Now that’s customer service. He even gave my grandchild some candy to calm her down. Eventually we pick out a beautiful bedroom and living set for my new home. And it only took me two hours. Today, we went into Rooms to Go looking for our first husband and wife living room furniture set... upon arrival, Richard kindly introduced himself, pointed us in the right direction of the products we were interested in, and stated that if we needed anything to let him know and we began looking around the store... after spending time looking around, Richard found us again and we told him we were ready for some assistance with a purchase. Went in to the Cool Springs location Memorial Day weekend and spent $2,000 on our daughters bedroom set. Was to be delivered Thursday June 10th (yesterday) was initially told would arrive between 11-2 so I took the day off work to receive. Got a call at 2 saying it will be between 2-6 now. Got a call at 6:45 saying they were stuck at the railroad 5 min from our house. Told them to have the driver call us and we would give alternate directions, they were 6 min from our house. Never got a call and they never showed. Waited till noon today never heard from anyone so called and after being on hold for 32 minutes, they were the rudest most unapologetic people I have ever dealt with. Never once got an I’m sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Was told I would have to just call back today after 4 pm to reschedule my delivery for a different day. Will NEVER EVER again do business with them. Have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life.

We purchased a bedroom suite for my son around the middle of February because they where one of the few places that were able to deliver on March 9th, which is day we moved into a new house. March 9th comes and when everything is delivered a leg on the dresser is broken. Its happens, not mad but the next delivery date was not till 8/12. Not ideal but it is what it is.Well today they came again and again the leg was broken. Not the delivery guys fault. They were great. Called about a replacement and they said it would be October before we would get a new one. I asked since this is the second time this has happened could we get a discount for paying for an item in full in February and now we would not get it until October. They stated they could not give a discount nor move the date up. They would not budge on anything and had the nerve to say we could get a replacement set if we pay for the difference. Needless to say we are getting a full refund and they are coming next week to pick up the other items. I will never buy from them again,not that they care.
