Getting onto the foredeck through the windshield of our express cruiser to drop the fenders has been an issue for the first 6 years we have owned it. Especially if the water is even a bit rough! The Automatic Fenders are the solution! Literally raise and lower the forward fenders from the app on your phone. AWESOME! Every boat is different and the automatic fenders team is there for consultation to fine tune your installation. A+++ on customer service! Great concept! Great product! Great customer service!

By far one of the best investments Ive made on my boat. I often go out by myself and the front fenders are not easily accessible on my 30ft cruiser so its super convenient (not to mention necessary for safety) to just use my phone. Plus, the support is unbeatable! When I damaged one of the solar units while docking in high winds, AF charged me for one but shipped a full set because they wanted me to have the newest model on both sides. I really cant say enough great things about Automatic Boat Fenders!

After boating for many years we came across a real game changer. A product that allows you to deploy your fenders without leaving the helm. Works Great! Looks Great on our 340 Sea Ray Express! The fenders are controlled by an App on your cell phone. No more going out on the fore deck in slippery and rough conditions. Install was less than one hour. What a well thought out product!!!

I purchased the Automatic Fender in 2019 after i purchased a 34’ Sea Ray. I no longer had a walkthrough windshield so my co-captain or i had to walk around the outside of the boat to set or remove the fenders. However, they would’ve been just as useful, if not better for my previous 28’, rather than climbing through the windshield.Install: I did not want to pay to get the system setup and run all the electronics and potentially installing it wrong. I was completely wrong. Install was simple, even for a novice handyman like me. It took a screwdriver and tightening down a four or so screws, then getting it set right. They are powered by solar panels so there are no wires to connect. The instructions are easy to follow and took about an hour.Note: the system requires fenders with the hole through the middle to tie the lines.Application / functions: The application is simple. It takes cellphone with bluetooth. I can set my dock settings and hit a button that takes it to that deploys them to that setting every time i dock the boat. When i leave the marina, one button (dock deploy) on my cell from the helm, and up come the fenders to tuck under the railing.Also nice, they are out of the way. I threw away the $200 or so wire, tacky fender holders. They do they get thrown on the floor and stepped over all day. They do not take up any of that precious space on the boat.Deploying during tying up is a great feature. Again, press and hold the button on the app, let off the button to stop, and set them to any boat size. You can let your co-captain worry about catching and tying lines from the bow.Price: They are pricy, but I would argue they are worth it, for large yachts and smaller boats. I do not own a flybridge, but I think they would be an even better purchase for those!!! It has made leaving the marina, tying up and docking much less of a hassle.Overall: I would highly recommend these to anyone. I haven’t regretted it. I have had no issues and they work as advertised. Excellent product!!!
