The owner Rich tries to charge you to fix something that you already paid for! Maybe if your crew installed things properly in the first place, I wouldnt have to ask you come back and fix something that should already work!

I have been a customer of this company for over 25 years. In that amount of time, my system has worked flawlessly. Any upgrades that had to be done were done promptly and at a fair cost. I just had a new system installed and Richs pricing was the best of the several estimates that I got, and as always the work was done professionally and very neatly. Small company, and nice to deal directly with the owner.

I found the owner Rich to be pleasant enough when I first hired him to wire my home, quite different towards the end where I found him quite arrogant. When it came time to finish though, I was left with an incomplete job. Wires hanging out of the walls with no connectors, a junction box with wires hanging out with no connectors. His crew was sloppy and unprofessional, would not recommend.
