Great store. Very courteous staffing. I dealt with the manager Erick he helped me set up my phone free of charge even though I didnt purchase anything from his store. Then after he gave me a tablet for free and I have internet on it everywhere I go for a cheap price on my monthly bill. This is a great place for the older crowd who arent too good with the new technologies.

I went into this particular store when my phone was not working. They could have fixed the issue, however, I wanted all off my stuff off of the phone first like my pictures and contacts. The manager Eric told me there is no way to access the phone but he will try to do what he can to help me.He spent over an hour resetting all of my email passwords just to check if my contacts and pictures have been backed up. He was capable of saving everything I needed and then even put them onto the new phone which was priced great!Thanks Eric!

I have been to other places for my cell phones but I have never had the top level of customer service that I experienced at this location. Even knowing there is a bigger location down the street my family and I keep coming back here because we find the same phones and tablets but with out waiting for ever and they give us a more personal experience. So I would recommend to everyone to stop by this location first and experience the service they provide.

I recently went there to have my screen on my iPhone 5s replaced and I absolutely loved it ! I was helped by Kassandra and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and smart and fast! Had my phone fixed for me and on my way quickly ! I definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs their phone fixed !!!

I came here and the manager Eric sold me a NEW LG phone for only $1 a month. The most expensive thing I bought was a case and that wasnt expensive at all!Come here he has great deals.

I came to this store having many issues with my iPhone. Somehow there was a profile downloaded onto my phone. Im currently a realtor, and everyone knows how important our phones are to us. Eric the manager looked at my phone and repaired it within minutes at a great deal! This is the only phone store Id ever go to for repairs and Verizon!

Store staff is very knowledgeable and there is almost no wait to be seen. Fast service and they really know what theyre doing. They even offer free tablets once in a while!

Well there was a girl that help us out she was amazing I cant remember her name but she also spoke Spanish. .she even found out that we are getting charged for things we dont even use or knew about she tried to help remove them but when she got on the phone with the main store I guess corporate they were giving her a bad time so anyways we are still getting charged ...and as soon as my contract is over in leaving verizon. .but I recommend this place there very friendly and helpful

This store has helped me learn my phone so much. I am 76 years old and the manager Eric has taught me how to install and delete apps and I can check my emails from my new smart phone. This store helps us old people learn these tricky devices with ease

My Samsung phone had a broken screen so I went to this shop to get it fixed. The manager Erick went over all of my options from getting it fixed, to making an insurance claim and he ended up getting me a new phone for almost the same cost! His store also offers screen repairs with no deductible for two years! The insurance I had wanted me to pay $199. This store is great

I went to the story on May 10th 2018 to see what I can do to get my Google Pixel repaired. A worker Erick ended up getting us into two new Google Pixel 2s as a buy one get one free. Great guy.

I came here to get some new phones and the manager Eric gave me such a great deal. He got all my contacts, pictures, and text messages over when the other place I went to two years ago couldnt!

I brought in my iphone 5c to have the screen repaired. That part was done correctly, no issues there. The problem was that when they returned my phone, the home button no longer worked. I brought it back and they said they would repair it. When I returned to pick it up later that day, they asked if the button had already been damaged, since I had the Assistive Touch virtual button turned on. I said it was not damaged, it was just a preference of mine, as for many people, to have it on. It also lengthens the life of the physical button. Well, they said they replaced the button many times and it still didnt work. They would have to wait for the part to come in from another store to try to fix it. Since this is my work phone, I had to take it and return another day. So far, not too bad.When I returned to have them fix the button, the tech, I believe Kassandra, again asked why I had the Assistive Touch on. At this point, when I had already explained that it was a matter of preference and nothing was wrong with button, it became clear that she did not believe me and did not want to fix the phone. When I insisted that they had to fix it because it was perfectly fine when I brought it it in, her response was, It will be sitting on my desk. I thought that was a rude way of telling me, I wont do anything to your phone.I waited all day for a call back. Nothing. I waited the next day. Nothing. So I called the store and was told a manager would call me back. Nothing. I came in a couple of days later and just picked up my phone. They now said it may be a software issue and I had to take it to the Apple store.Lori, I am glad you read posts here because I want you to know how disappointed and upset I am at how my situation was handled. I felt like I was being called a liar. I was not contacted in a timely manner. And worst of all, I came in with a perfectly functioning button, now it does not work. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

I have AT&T and even though this is a Verizon store they still fixed my phone and computer! I was having issues with my phone and 7 years ago this used to be an AT&T store and Erik helped me out when I asked for directions to where they moved to. I didnt even have to go to the AT&T store to get my phone fixed. Once Im out of contract I will surely come here again.
