Samantha and Antoinette were very helpful at the Brentwood Location. I came in thinking that I had to pay a ton of fees in order to switch carriers. They helped me switch carriers for $200, found a great family plan, and ordered my new iPhone Pro Max that same day, which then only took a week for it to come in, they left a voicemail letting me know it was ready. I only regret not backing up all my videos, or else I would of spent an hour there instead of 4 lol. Great carrier, A+ on quality, A++ with customer service.

I had no idea this location was even here and because of the amazing service I got today I will do as much of my business there as I can. I was made to feel like a valued person and they really took the time to listen to me about what I use my products for.

Antoinette appeared to be working by herself and was with another customer. She politely and cheerfully welcomed me and offered her assistance in a mk.ent. I picked out my accessory and she multitasker my purchase while continuing to work on the screen protector for the other customer. She was professional, relaxed and had appropriate discourse. More of type of employees please
