Great customer service loved the location, bought cookies about two days ago and just finished up the last one. When I went to bite into it everything was good but I got towards the middle and pulled out a piece of piping bag plastic out of my mouth from the bite I took. Very disappointed in that ☹️

The Reese’s should stick around forever! It’s the most glorious cookie! The location is clean and smells great. Pleasant experiences when I’ve visited! The app is easy to use, too!

One of the few places in Brentwood open late for that after dinner sweet tooth. Got the sugar/Twix/and Reeses. And they were all amazing. Will have to stop by earlier in the day to try out some of the seasonal/other varieties!

Cookies are amazing! I was greeted when I came in also. However, something must be done about the content of staff conversation and volume level. I am absolutely not exaggerating when I say the staff was screaming, and everyone was having side conversations at once. Even my elementary students are more self-aware. Other customers were leaning in close to be able to hear each other…It is extremely echo-y in the store too. Please address this!

Incredible. Ingenious. Indescribably good. Every! Single! Week!!Crumbl never disappoints, and always has me asking “How did they even think of this?!” while enjoying every bite of the cookies. I mean come on, who else can pull off a Cornbread cookie?! These cookies are 100% worth it.

We picked these up right before closing and they were so tasty. Moist but not too soft, warm but more importantly, HUGE cookies. The red velvet was amazzzzing. We picked this place in the middle of the night and were going to order online but then decided to just go inside. This is a nice location also, very clean and neat

I called to let them know that the cookies they left on the porch were covered with ants. The gentleman said that has never happened and just kept making excuses. I know the cookies are delicious since I’ve had them before but this was such a sad experience. They were a gift from my daughter for her fathers birthday but unfortunately they didn’t knock out anything and just left the cute pick box on the porch. At least the ants were happy! No offer to help make it right. Sad

Last 4 times they have been out of 3/6 flavors . Unreal actually . Not sure if this is poor mgmt or poor daily prep. The one in west end is never out of cookies . Not once. Also was app was not accepting curb side orders. I work in fast food I get it. But this place needs help.

Store was closed on a Sunday afternoon at 3 pm. Ok that’s fine but the young lady with glasses was making a throat cut gesture when we went to the door and was, I’m sure saying some nasty comment. Also the sign at the street said they were open.. Won’t be back.

Literally THE best sugar cookie you will ever eat!

My first time in the menu is limited but the cookies we got we absolutely delicious. Churro and chocolate strawberry cheesecake we also got a reg iced sugar cookie and an animal cracker cookie. All hugh and yum!

I tried the sugar cookie and the chocolate chip. Meh. I don’t get the hype. The staff was friendly and cool though.

Have always really loved crumbl cookies but with my most recent order, I ordered a dozen cookies for my dad for Father’s Day and three of them had a whipped cream type topping which melted and leaked all over the other cookies causing them all to be gross and soggy before I even opened the lid of the box. Would suggest that if you have cookies with this type of topping you have it on the side or box those separately to prevent from ruining all of the cookies. Nobody wanted to eat the cookies because they were soggy.

Smells SO GOOD when you walk in! I love the cookies displayed on the counter (wanted to grab one right away). I could not believe how huge they were! Cookies are gigantic, soft, delicious but not overly sweet. It will take me a couple days to eat 1 cookie! The Chilled Sugar cookies are not only pretty, they smell and taste devine! I believe its an almond flavor? YUM!!! Staff was busy working, yet all said hello and thanked me. The store is inviting and spotless. Will be back for more, ditching the other cookie place i used to shop!

I got the iced sugar cookie and Raspberry cheesecake ice cream. It was about $8 total. The cookie was sooo soft and fluffy, I couldnt finish it all at once. It taste homemade! The ice cream was delicious! But, Im paying for it because Im lactose intolerant. But it was worth it! 🤣🤩🤩🤩🤩

Amazing customer service!! After terrible initial experience with delivery company (DoorDash) where we suspect the driver stole the cookies (to be fair, it would be hard to resist these cookies!!😆), Crumbl made it right and sent a second batch. They were super apologetic even though it wasnt their fault. Highly recommend them and, though I will likely never have them delivered again, I will definitely be ordering more for pick up in the future!!

The service is always fast and accurate. The cookies are delicious. This might not be good for my waistline, but it is for my taste buds! My absolute favorite is Cornbread, but they really do have something for everyone with their ever rotating menu! (Shout out to honey graham cracker, smores brownie, lemon poppyseed, waffle, churro, and SO MANY MORE!!!)

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I have only been to Crumbl twice, and both times I ordered and paid for my cookies 2 hours before the pick up time, only to arrive and be told that they were all out of what I ordered. Once was for my dad’s birthday so I had nothing to bring him. They gave me a refund, but weren’t even willing to give me a free cookie. Drove home empty handed and upset both times.
