They did a wonderful job scanning 100s of pictures and slides for me. They were able to fix pictures that had turned a little red so that the colors looked much better. The gentleman at the service counter was very helpful. I give them my highest recommendation.

Great Price, High-Quality Product, and Fantastic Customer Service!I turned to Transfer Lab to author and duplicate 400 DVDs with interactive menu, multiple video titles, and closed captioning for a very discerning client—and they did an outstanding job! Ron provided very personalized attention, walking me through the entire production process and helping fine-tune elements of the disks to make them perfect. He was even in touch with me when needed over the weekends. Their price was excellent (significantly less than a local vendor in the Washington, DC area where I am located) and they delivered the disks ahead of schedule. A great place for transferring old home movie films!i didn’t want my items shipped out to some unknown location. transfer lab was recommended by a co-worker who had used them for converting some videotapes.I like the fact that they’re not secretive about the process and equipment they use to do the work. In fact, while I was there I asked if I could see the systems they use to digitize film and they actually let me see there film transfer scanner in action.These are really nice people and did a really good job. The movie file they provided on a thumb drive looks great. If you have old film you need converted to digital, I highly recommend them.

Wow! Took them a bunch of old vcr tapes to put on a jump drive. Done in about 2 weeks. 73 tapes total. Service was awesome, and best off all I didn’t have to mail them out. Y’all do great work!

These guys are good! They managed to extract dozens of old songs (my only copies!) from 20-year-old DATs that had degraded to the point where my DAT player no longer recognized them. I recommend them highly.

My experience with this company was really great! They turned my 37 home VCR tapes in to digital mp4 files, so that I could make clips of them in iMovie. I was pleased to find out that it didnt matter what type of tape I gave them to convert. I got a discount for combining the 3 types of tapes I had (VHS, Hi8 and MiniDV). The files looked amazing. I couldnt believe they were able to make such old tapes look so clear, especially my old VHSs. I especially appreciate how helpful Ron my customer service rep was. He was so helpful answering my questions and giving me tips on uploading the files to a Youtube account. An excellent experience from start to finish. Thanks Transfer Lab!!!
