This store is for everyone who loves to sew. It has the latest fabrics and tools along with an incredibly talented staff that are beyond helpful. I love the machines and the support that you get. Patrick is incredible at servicing our precious Berninas. Cathy always has wonderful classes and special events. We are truly blessed to have them. They spark our creativity and support it in every way.

Would give them 10 stars if possible. Kathy is wonderful and always helpful when I have questions about a project. Any time my machine is acting up Patrick has it back with in a few days. The shop is lovely, so many fun fabric and patterns.

I have purchased several BERNINA machines from the Sewing Machine Station. The staff is always friendly and helpful and whenever I have had any questions, my answers were always promptly answered. Patrick goes above and beyond helping you get what you need and to make sure your machine is in top condition. I have enjoyed the classes that I have taken at the shop, Cathy and Linda are awesome. Don’t forget the great selection of fabric, supplies and notions! I just wish I lived closer to be able to visit more frequently (although my supportive husband is probably glad we don’t!).

The sales staff in this store are extremely rude. Especially do not take your children in this store as they will reprimand them regardless of their behavior. My kids were simply walking the aisles quietly as I shopped and they yelled at them. I wish I hadn’t given them any of my money and plan to never return. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND. They also have no fabric turn over, it’s always the same inventory. Probably because no one wants to shop there. The store is way over crowded and cluttered, it makes shopping very difficult. This store is not worth stopping at, highly recommend you check out the other amazing quilt shops around town. Don’t waste your time.

Everyone at the Sewing Machine Station is really, really helpful. Another reviewer wrote that their customer service is like “old school” And it is! They take time with you in a timely manner and they have the patience of saints! No question is too small.Also they have excellent classes. They all build on one another. The more you take the more capable you become. My machine had been in two shops, one for 9 months no repair complete. Heard about Pat, talked to him about my machine and he stuck w it until problem found. And he corrected what the other Bernina repairman, no longer working on machines, had left in a mess. My Bernina runs beautifully now and so quiet. Big shout out of thanks to him! It is my travel Bernina & has been a longtime in “time-out” glad it is back in use. 👏🏻👍🏻

Rude!! Refused to even speak with me!!! I was having a problem with my machine. Since they didn’t sell my brand, they would not even listen to my problem!!!! Would not EVER DEAL or REFER ANYONE TO THIS SHOP! If I could, I would give them ZERO STARS!!!

I have been a faithful patron of this store for years. The service is amazing and I have purchased and upgraded 5 machines over the years. I have never been disappointed. Also the fabrics and supplies they offer are the best I have found and I have lived and shopped in 6 different states. I haven’t found anywhere that even comes near this stores quality and offerings.

Berninas are the best machines out there and this dealer offers a lot of support and classes. The service department is tops and also knowledgeable on other brands of machines. Sewing Machine Station is also a good resource for fabric and sewing supplies. I highly recommend them for any sewist whether a beginner or more experienced one.

Ever since I retired and have had time to sew/ quilt all that I want to, I have been a loyal customer of The Sewing Machine Station for almost 12 years, when I first discovered them. They have excellent staff who are very pleasant and knowledgeable, and who will give you all the assistance you need/want in coordinating and choosing fabric/supplies for your current project. They have a large selection of very well organized fabric, thread, tools and notions. The back wall has a large selection of discounted discontinued fabric. They have a large classroom and excellent teachers for their many classes, clubs and guest speakers (all currently virtual). They have touchless ordering /curbside pick-up, just email. They have a large selection of Bernina sewing, long-arm and mid-arm test floor model machines and machine tables. Last, but certainly not least, the service department is excellent. They can repair any model of machine in a very reasonable amount of time. They annually attend classes on the Bernina new models. I feel very lucky to have The Sewing Machine Station available to me, and count the owners & staff among my friends.

I like that they are so knowledgeable about their products. There is always someone available to help the customers. I love the classes.

Just moved to Tennessee and was so glad to find this shop.. unfortunately I have had three visits hoping for some measure of friendliness and was disappointed all three times. Both owner and staff apparently have other things on their minds. Seemed like I was as a bother.. did not want to check stock on a Bernina manual..instead told me to look on internet. Then could not even give me the correct web address. So.. Ill pass in future.. I wont bother them.

This is only based on my experience: I planned to do business with these folks, but when I called, I was met with the most unfriendly customer service. Dorothy could use an attitude adjustment & maybe more people would be drawn to this business. Rivergate Sewing and Vaccum Center is a great alternative!

The owners and sewing educators at Sewing Machine Station are exceptional in their work ethic and desire to provide excellent services to their customers. The Bernina products they sell are state of the art in the home sewing industry. The store is well stocked with top of the line fabrics and sewing notions. I am the proud owner of the Bernina 880 Sterling edition sewing machine and the 1300 Bernina serger, for which I receive a lifetime 10% discount on supplies at the store. The classes are outstanding and I have met many fellow sewists there. ☆☆☆☆☆

I give this business top marks for customer service. My sewing machine had a reoccurring issue and it was dealt with promptly and graciously. I sew a lot and my machine is used frequently. I will continue to use this business for all my sewing machine maintenance needs. Very impressive!

I just bought the AccuQuilt Go Big cutting system and multiple cutting mats. And the Go Me was so resonantly priced with the rebates and discounts, I got that one too! (Travel size). I can’t wait to try it out.I’ve been wanting one of these systems, but concerned about just going out and buying one. Kathy and Patrick invited Anita, with AccuQuilt, to come into their class area and instruct us on how they work It gave me the opportunity to see how the machine operates and what options were available. Bought my Bernina 770qe from them. Have taken several classes, love them all. The owners are wonderful. Anytime my machine needed a repair they did the repair quickly. Even loaned me a machine for a class.

Walked in with questions of how to operate a machine I bought back in December (6 months ago) anf the woman was willing to take the time with me even though she had a scheduled appointment coming in in 10 mins. Ridiculously expensive. Took at least 10 days to even hear what was wrong..then to tell me it still needs to be fixed. Better off finding an expert to do fix your machine under the table with these rates.
