This is hands down my go-to shop if I need a gift for my mother or mother-in-law. Or a teacher. Or a girlfriend... or.. or... you get the idea. Lots of unique and really cool items. Theyre a little pricey, and yeah, Im sure you could find some of their items at amazon.com for less money. But the gift-wrapping + great customer service make up for it.And I mean really, does Jeff Bezos need any more of my money? I feel much better about shopping local and supporting small businesses, even if I end up paying more.

The best store EVER!!!! The employees working here are always so helpful and have such a good attitude. I always find what I need here. 5 stars for sure. Exceptional customer service. I will always return!

I will not return to this store! For one I was not greeted upon entering. The employees were to busy having a side conversation. Second, I was followed by an employee the entire time I shopped. I have worked in retail and understand loss prevention. However this employee didn’t make herself very conspicuous. She would touch something on a table while staring at me and not even look down. Anywhere I moved she was right there. Not bothering to ask if I needed help. But instead to watch me and make sure I didn’t steal anything. I had every intention of purchasing a gift. However I left with nothing and will not return

Frustrated. Store will not refund purchase price or exchange value on seasonal gifts. There was no visible policy on returns. Person at checkout had to instruct a clerk who was chatting with another to assist me. Very poor business practices - no stars.

I was so excited to take my sweet little daughter here before eating at Puffy Muffin. No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help. A saleswoman walked by us several times and ignored us. We were in there for several minutes. I left this on your Instagram and instead of addressing it, you deleted my comment. So disappointing. And yes the prices are high as other people stated. But usually with high prices, you get excellent service. Not the case here.

Went in to buy my Mom a birthday present and felt extremely uncomfortable. I understand that I look young but I didn’t enjoy being watched like I was going to steal everything in the store. All other customers were asked if they needed help except me and the sales woman proceeded to eye me while fake adjusting a display. I ended up leaving because I was so disappointed and refuse to spend money where ageism is an issue.
