Cornell was more than willing to meet with us and answer all our questions, was always available by phone or text and stayed on top of the process from start to finish. The measurement team, the install teams, were fantastic and super professional! Everyone wanted to make sure we were pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend giving Rocky Top a call and we will definitely use them for our next project!!

We are very pleased with our experience with Rocky Tops and it started with Matt, who was so helpful and patient with me looking at all the countertops and narrowing it down to 3. Took me a week to finally decide on the Mikado Calcutta Tree and I am so happy with it! It looks fabulous in our kitchen!! We also got the huge single sink, which I also love. The measuring went smoothly for the template. Install by Jose and Nelson was a challenge in a few spots, the sink I loved was too big!! They figured out how to get it in and secure it, so I was happy! It took longer than expected to install all the pieces but they made sure it was done correctly and we really appreciated it. Sorry they were late getting to their next install. I highly recommend Rocky Tops!

Kelsey is an outstanding sales associate, who is very patient and fast to reply with detailed, thoughtful guidance, and the company sets up very quick install plans. We were able to install our material within two weeks of purchase, which was fantastic. They ensure high-quality, detailed work and put the customer first! We could not be more pleased with the outcome in our kitchen with our new countertops! We would definitely return to this company in the future.

The process of going to the showroom, seeing all the stone options, and placing our order was flawless. They were highly recommended. Scheduling for the template and install went smoothly. The actual install was a mess. They left a gouge in our new hardwood floors that that tried to claim our dogs left (we’ve had dogs for years, and even on the floors we had until two weeks ago they never left gouges - this was not a scratch like dog nails can leave, this was clearly something else). They didn’t mount our dishwasher so we had to call them back out for that. There were some plumbing issues, though I will give them credit for sending someone out the same night as the install to address those. Overall, I think the issue was the install crew we got assigned to. Our salesperson was very helpful, and the main office folks who contacted us for scheduling were great. However, all in all, I can’t say I would highly recommend them to a friend. If the install issues hadn’t occurred, they’d have gotten five stars - unfortunately install is a pretty big part of the equation here.

I walked in to Rocky Tops Custom Countertops totally defeated after another company first lost, then broke my slab. Cornell quickly assured me that he would make sure I got what I wanted and would be 100% happy. Well he kept his promise! Every single person I interacted with from this company was top notch and very honest and respectful. I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We looked at every place you could think of to find countertops and felt like everyone was handing us more BS about why they are better. One day we took a ride to Rocky Top Counter tops and met with Cornell he was the first honest guy who gave us just facts he was not pushy told us what they could do for us and the rest is history We signed the deal before we left the store that day and they were excellent to work with right up to Alex and his installation team. He then led me to the most beautiful slab of quartzite Id ever seen. Im grateful he took into account alternative materials, because were absolutely in love with the way our counters look. We are very pleased with the product and service from Cornell at Rocky Tops. When two-thirds of our house got destroyed from a burst toilet supply line leak while on vacation, we were faced with an uninhabitable house and an unplanned rebuild and remodel. Cornell steered us well in choosing a product and fulfilled his promise on the front end to get us measured and installed within 2 weeks of getting our kitchen cabinets installed. We should be back in our house before Thanksgiving! And we love our new countertops. Cornell was very responsive and helpful throughout the process and I highly recommend him and Rocky Tops.

Cornell Craciun and the crew at Rocky Tops did an amazing job. I had a lot of questions and uncertainty about our project going in. Cornells patient care for me helped me make all the right decisions. He walked my wife and I around the slabs in their warehouse to make sure we were in love with our choice. After spending months looking for sinks and a new faucet online I ultimately decided to go with options they had available at their store in Brentwood. By the time the job was done and I was standing in my finished kitchen and nearly wept with joy, so please with all of our decisions and the quality of the work. Do yourself a favor and call them as you get started on your project. They were always accommodating of my needs and concerns (including COVID-related considerations) and NEVER pushy. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

After having a so-so and another horrible experience with counter-top companies here in Nashville. It was a delight to find Rocky Top Custom Countertops. Differences I found there before buying:They answered the phone during business hours.They were polite and knowledgable.They took time to answer initial questions.And by they, specifically I mean Cornell. A lot of places talk a good game, very few follow through and deliver. After that first call I felt Cornell really got what I was talking about, and within an hour had texted me several excellent options of stone that he thought might be a solution. I then made an appointment, at which time Cornell incouraged me to bring a sample of my floor tile, shower marble and vanity colors. When I arrived he showed me the stones he had sent and a few others in different price ranges. I found the perfect piece for our Master Bath. The process was professional, helpful and detailed. The installation crew was friendly, clean and efficient. I cannot recommend Rocky Top highly enough. If you need countertops and some professional help, Cornell will partner with you and together you can make a stunning addition to your home.Delighted Dave

We were wary about the 5 star reviews, but genuinely they are 5 stars which is a far cry from the experiences others we know had who used different countertop companies. Cornell has been awesome to work with, honest with feedback with no sales pressure and always available for questions. The install teams we had were professional and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Overall, competitive pricing though slightly higher than others but definitely well worth it for the peace of mind you get for the awesome job the team did. They fabricate all of the granite themselves, so you only need to deal with one team to get cabinets, cabinet design (the designer is detailed and patient!), every possible type of counter top and a showroom full of tile. Most importantly, they stand behind their work - they have been right on top of any issues the moment we call.

Ellen/Sherwood does not offer customer service after the sale/installation. They installed faulty products in our new home in Westhaven (Franklin, TN). I have called and left messages for over FOUR months with the staff and managers. The one contact person (Keith) who finally called me back has promised to send someone out and look at the mistake but nothing has happened. Basically, once they get your money they do not care about the quality of the product or the installation. If you are building a nice new home or renovating I strongly do not recommend Ellen/Sherwood for your kitchen or bathroom granite/marble needs.
