Came in late yesterday, the person at the counter was very professional and knew everything about whatever guns I asked about. The prices they have are the normal prices of the gun, which I think is awesome, some places are upping there prices and are out of ammo. This place isnt one of them and they dont cut corners. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a firearm.

I found Glaser Arms and went in with questions and got nothing but quick one word answers as if I was bothering them so I left. Later on I figured maybe it was just someone having a bad day so I sent them several questions on Facebook messenger. After about 4 days I got nothing then, finally I could see that they had read my messages but they never responded. After another week of no responses to my questions I asked again and got a similar quick one word response. Fast worward to a few days ago I called them up asking about a specific but very common rifle and if they had any in stock, the guy told me they didnt have any and that they could sell me one as soon as they came in. The guy then hung up on me never offering to take my name or number so he could contact me when they came in. Clearly they had no interest in my business. I went over to Antioch Armory where they were very helpful, knowledgeable and a much better selection of stuff in stock. They ended up having the rifle I wanted I got it. Ill be taking my business to Antioch Armory from now on. Too bad because I live about 2 minutes from Glaser Arms.

I live locally and recently made my first visit there. I needed an FFL transfer for a hand gun I bought online. I emailed several times beforehand asking questions and he always responded quickly. Zach is a young guy, Very professional and courteous. Looks like a one-man shop where he does maintenance and repair in the back.

As a beginner into the world of firearms, I felt supported and welcomed with all my questions.

I had a muzzle brake installed by them, dropped off rifle and less than 4 hours later got the call that it was done. Perfectly level with my properly leveled scope. For $60 I couldve bought a low quality barrel vise and spent the time installing the brake myself but I dont foresee a need for a barrel vise in the near future so best to have a local shop take care of it, and they definitely did the job better than I wouldve.Im terrible with names, but thank you to the man who did the work for me and thank you for the recommendations.

I have purchased several firearms from Zach. His prices are more than fair and the customer service he provides is well above other local gun stores. I have also had Zach do work on my guns and he has always done an excellent job in a timely manner. I would recommend Glaser Arms to anyone looking to buy a firearm.

No signs, whatsoever indicating the store whereabouts? Asked neighbouring tenants and they told us this business is located in the back of the building (see photo). No business name, no posted hours, no phone number. : (

I filled out paperwork today and begun my 10 day wait. I love California...Zach was very helpful. There was no line so he had some time to help a first time gun buyer understand his new KSG-NR FFL transfer. The transfer is 50$ from a web purchase. I am glad I went there! I would recommend this business and Zach. Good man. The stores inventory was shockingly low. 3 long guns on the wall. No ammo that I could see. I will support his shop.

The owner is s top notch great guy who really knows his guns! You don’t get service like this anymore, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. It’s the kind of place you find in other gun loving states.

Zach is one of a dying breed of professionals left in this industry. Knowledgeable, thorough, and above all ethical. Dedicated to his clientele, Glaser Arms offers a level of personal service you just dont see anymore. You wont have the pimple-faced kid at Big5 explain to you the finer points of this firearm or that firearm. They are driven by numbers. Zach shows a genuine interest in making sure you are informed about your purchase, and that you are happy with your purchase. I have no plans to go through any other channel for my next purchase.

Zach is great and he knows his stuff. Only place in town or nearby that I feel comfortable I am getting a good and fair deal. His new shop is larger but he kept it a small shop feel, which I appreciate.

I have yet to make any purchases at this location, but the few times that I have been in this shop have been extremely pleasant. Always a great interaction and hospitality that is unmatched!
