My husband has been a client of Shea Hearing Aid Center in Brentwood, TN for several years, and I recently became a client. We are impressed with the friendly, professional atmosphere and with the expertise of our audiologist, Paige. The technology used in tweaking the hearing aids is a great advantage. I especially like that my hearing aid was ordered in a color that blends with my hair and fair skin-just another way to ensure customer satisfaction!We definitely recommend this center for those who have hearing loss.

When I received my hearing aids last Monday I was pleased with the immediate results and was excited about the future progress I would experience in the days ahead. I have been going to the Shea Hearing Clinic in Brentwood for around 2 years and am very pleased with the service. I live more than 90 miles away, but the drive is worth it. Connie, at the front desk, is very accommodating in getting me as soon as possible if needed. Paige, my audiologist, is attentive to my hearing needs and is very patient working with me to fine tune my devices so I have optimal hearing. I never feel rushed and she takes the time to listen so together we ensure I leave there with the best hearing possible.

I knew I had hearing damage due to jet engines and weapons fire but I didnt realize how severe it was until I visited Shea Hearing. Once they placed the aids in my ears, it became an emotional moment. I couldnt believe how much I was missing. This office has great staff that are always willing to help you hear better. Today I had a small problem with my hearing aids, even though I didnt have an appointment and without impacting those that did have an appointment, with only a very easy modest wait, they were able to accommodate me. My hearing aids settings were corrected and I left happy and able to hear. When considering a hearing provider, all of them will sell you a unit, but only a few like Shea Hearing Aid Center focus on patient service after the sale. Thank you Paige!

My experience started when I saw them make an offer on FaceBook for free exams. I replied and set up an appointment. I will admit I was thinking yeah I will get in there and then there would be some high pressure sales pitch. To my surprise. NONE at all. Paige was very detailed on asking me why I was there. We discussed I was also investigating if I would qualify for VA compensation benefits. But I knew that more than likely I would have to visit the VA for that. After the actual hearing test she stated she really believed I would qualify. There was no sales pitch at all. I was the one that asked well if I dont qualify for VA what were some of the basic options they offered. She gave me a brief rundown. But I could see she was more interested in offering to help in which direction I decided to go. This place is completely awesome.

Every time I have been there I have had a great experience. Paige and Connie are outstanding. They are very professional, efficient, and courteous!

The team at Shea Hearing Aid Center in Brentwood is the best. Very professional, competent and knowledgeable. Not only do they fit you correctly but the maintenance (check-ups, repair, etc) is probably the best part. I hope I never need any more but if I do, I know where I am going.

I had set up an appointment with Shea hearing Aid Center that I missed. Unfortunately, I didnt put the appointment on my schedule and I didnt get the reminder call that I was told was made to me the day before. I apologize for my lack of organization. However, I received a call this morning from a woman whose tone in speaking to me seemed to indicate that she either thought that I was a 3 year old or that it was her duty to scold me for missing the appointment. I will get tested and get proper treatment for my hearing but because of her it will not be at Shea. Or, Ill learn American Sign Language. I wish you all well.

I have nothing but good things to say about Shea Hearing. They have a good staff who have always been there for me. I am always amazed at their patience when it comes to such high tech personal problems whenever they may arise.

The professional staff of the Shea Hearing Aid Center, in Brentwood, TN keeps me hearing as well as is possible, even over the telephone. I began going to Sheas main office in Memphis years ago. Then the Brentwood office opened. This office is just as good as the main one.With the advent of digital aids, I sometimes forget how deaf I am.
