I wish Sherman Williams would stand by its product. I have my entire home, inside and out with Sherman Williams paint. One color, Black Bean, was obviously bad. We had everything professionally painted and have had no issues but that color. It peels, it scratches and after just a couple of months it has reduced all the way to the primer. NO issues with the other colors on similar surfaces and this is in ALL areas we painted with the color only. I have called, I have emailed, and no one will return my calls. After spending thousands on Sherman Williams paint and thousands more to have it painted, I now have to pay thousands again for more paint and more labor. I wish they would just stand by the product and verify that the batch I got was bad and refund me for that batch. Horrible service!

Well done, there were only 2 people working and they handled 6 people all wanting a special paint and I was out of there in10 min.

Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, sincere and helpful, she was also able to perfect a complicated color match I needed. I am extremely grateful and will use them for all my home improvement painting needs.

I was amazed by not only the friendliness of the gentleman who worked at the store, but there knowledge was great. I was able to get colors that could work throughout my house. I picked a color I liked and he was able to get me an accent wall and a bathroom color. He was so great I them picked kitchen color. All the colors have been wonderful and look like the sample paper. The paint itself was easy to apply without dripping all over. It covered well in 1-2 layers. Besides paint I was able to get all the other items I needed to paint. The store had everything!!
