Extremely poor customer service. You pay premium first class price for the equipment but you get the third class customer service. Emails and texts go unanswered for days if at all. If owner is out of town and you need their service theres no back up. Communication regarding true cost of equipment and programming is vague. Our intercom, music zones and phone app features are only partly functional and it has taken weeks to correct the issues. Still waiting....Do not recommend. Go with different company.
