I use this service a minimum of twice a week. The entire team goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. My food orders have always been on time, food orders correct, and hot. The team always accommodates adding special items not listed on the menu and makes multiple stops at different vendors to complete my order. I would give them ten stars if I could. I used Nashville Delivers tonight to order from Ozeki. The order was delivered promptly but was incorrect. Brandon, Theresa and Michael were incredibly attentive in making sure that the correct order was put into the system again and delivered as quickly as possible. This is the type of personalized service that you can miss out on with other delivery services. I would recommend using this food delivery service, especially in Nolensville and the surrounding areas as they are the only ones that will deliver from some of these restaurants, not to mention the great customer service that they provide with every order.

Tried them out to get our favorite pizza - and sure, it took over an hour, but they were very transparent about the timing so not an issue. Also, since Google Maps doesnt work for our address, it was really nice that the driver called to ask where we were. I ordered a $ customization for my salad, and even though the restaurant got it wrong, when I contacted ND about it, they responded the next day - and not only credited the $ but also the delivery fee. I was impressed and will definitely be using them again!

This company has been an absolute godsend to me! I cannot say enough good things about them. Their customer service is 200% I have used them for groceries, restaurant orders, liquor deliveries, and errands they have always been courteous, professional and kind! I love the fact that when I place an order with this company they actually pick up the phone and call me to confirm the order the other companies do not do this. I have been using this service since October of last year and I love them!

Best customer service and selection of foods. Their level of communication far exceeded my expectations and continues to do so every time. Even have cheaper delivery fees than any other service and they have free delivery fee deals all the time. Minimums are higher, but it all balances out and worth it. Oh and let’s not forget their service includes liquor stores! If you haven’t tried them, you absolutely should. The owner even called me on my first order.

I havent used this service so I am not going to lower their score. I was really excited when I found them, and wanted to support this sort of business. But when I went to make an order from one of my favorite restaurants and saw that what I always get was $3 more if I order from Nashville delivered goods instead of the actual restaurant it made me look at other prices and they are higher on all the menus I looked at. I understand the $6 delivery charge, but I do not understand the hiked up food prices.

Weve used this delivery service 3 times in the past 2 weeks. The drivers are courteous and prompt and the restaurant orders were correct. The communication on order status is great! Ive used other delivery options but Nashville Delivers is the best.

This service was suggested to me, by another local company and I must say that I was not disappointed. I was in the process of moving so I didnt have time to go and get food. I ordered my phone online and I got a phone call shortly after from one of the owners (Sean) to make sure my food was accurate, which was great that I didnt have to deal with an automated service! The food was delivered in a timely manner in almost 5:00 week day traffic and it was still hot and fresh! I will definitely be using their service again!

Living somewhat in the sticks for the past four years, its been hard to even find pizza places that deliver. It was awesome to have Chuys delivered. For people that arent close to the hot spots, the pricing difference/delivery fees are very welcomed to be able to get some of our favorite restaurant food delivered. I expected it to be way more expensive. Ordered around 9:00p.m. and was delivered right at 10:00. I couldnt have picked up an order quicker if I would have ordered it myself. Very happy this is finally available!

We used this service several times, always good service and the order has always been correct, but they charge extra for each item, then a delivery charge, and now an 18% gratuity!?Mandatory gratuity just means they dont pay their employees properly, but cant keep good people because they cant live on the tips, so they impose irrationally high gratuity to compensate.The problem is that 18% is the low end of a tip for a full service restaurant. Refilling drinks, getting napkins, cleaning up, and the like. Way too much to drive a bag to my house.

Spent 6hrs on the road today with my toddler. Needless to say by the time I got to our house, I was done. Cooking wasnt even remotely an option and thankfully I had used the service before and loved it! Looked up the restaurant, ordered it, got the call confirming my order and in no time dinner was served, my toddler was happy and I didnt have to do much adulting....win win. I live in Nolensville and have used the service twice now. For those of you who live in the Nolensville area, know what a traffic nightmare it is. First, the variety of places you can order is amazing. We ordered from the Wild Ginger in Cool Springs. We ordered at 5:45 and our food got to us by 6:30 To be quite Frank, I dont think I could have driven to Wild Ginger, Parked, and then ordered by 6:30 much less get our food by then. The food was hot and tasted as if they just brought it out from the Kitchen.We gave them another try again, and same results. The service is fast, you leave the tip on the bill, and there are multiple places you can order from. Even the mobile website is easy to use. This company knows what customer service is and that is few and far between these days. You wont regret using them and we will continue to use them.

Great service... particularly on a busy saturday night! Our delivery person called in advance to confirm a substitution we had asked for and then food arrived shortly thereafter... burgers were hot and fries were crispy! Much, much better service than ubereats, grubhub, etc. Nashville Delivers is now our go to delivery service. HIGHLY recommend.

Our first order was delivered accurately, hot and 20 minutes earlier than expected. Cant ask for much better!

Our first experience with this delivery service was horrible because the driver never showed up with our food. They were very nice about. Refunded our money and the owner even called, apologized and gave us 2 free deliveries. We used both of those and the delivery was GREAT! Then on our 4th order the driver again never showed up with our food. Both times we got notification that the driver had left the restaurant with our food and even spoke with a lady letting her know our address doesn’t pull up on GPS because it’s a new subdivision. Both times she said she would let the driver know. We live in a Nolensville, very small town. Restaurant we ordered from is less than 5 minutes from our home. Both times we waited 30-45 mins after getting “driver left restaurant with your food” email, before we called to cancel order. It is apparent this company does not train their drivers appropriately. Why on earth would someone drive around a small town for 45 mins with someone’s food and not call and say “hey I can’t find your house!?” Ridiculous. Stay away from them or risk sitting at home until 8 pm waiting for food that will never arrive, while your family waits hungry and ready for bed!!

It is always hot when you get it, and it includes everything you ordered. And... to the person who said their order was incomplete and it ruined his party...NDG wasnt even open Memorial Day so you LIED. I dont know what your problem is but Jeevan Kypa, JamesCole and possible Carolyn Smith NDG is not to blame for your problems, In fact I doubt you really had problems. Perhaps you felt the need to berate this business for personal reasons.

I have never written a negative review. This was the first time I used this company. I submitted a request for a delivery as their website requests waiting on a price quote as I needed some dog food for my dogs asap that are sick and I need to change foods tonight. There was one store that has what I need in Brentwood. Id rather not drive to Brentwood on a Friday and since they are in Brentwood thought it would be easy for them to come towards downtown. I didnt hear back for 20 minutes so headed to the store myself. The owner called and was nice. I decided to turn around and let them take my order for me after a long conversation and an explanation of how they work and apology. I was told it would be delivered around 4:30. At 4:20 a runner called from the store and said they couldnt find what they were picking up. Since they are at least 30 minutes away I asked about timing. The call got weird and they person got short and very rude because I said the experience was difficult from the beginning and he interrupted me and got belligerent. I needed to be somewhere and leave around 5:30. I would have been back by now if I kept going myself. The person got so rude and I said Id just call the owner back. He yelled, I am an owner too and I am not getting your food and hung up. Wow! Thanks for putting me in a bind. I called the owner and he said he never heard that person talk like that. I seriously doubt it. Even though this owner started off nice, he preceded to talk over me and raise his voice and kept saying we did you a favor and didnt have to do this. You dont say this to a customer. I said please stop raising your voice and he said I am not and you would know if I was raising my voice and hung up. I called back and left a message to say that I would be writing a review and it is not ok to speak to this way. He called back yelling at me saying he did me a favor and kept saying the same thing and talking over me and called me names. I asked him to stop yelling. He said I want you to write a review, just read all our reviews they are great and I will respond to your review. I decide to hang up as I will not be yelled at and threatened. Interestingly both owners handled this very poorly. I am without food for my dogs and cant get there before they close. Im disappointed in myself for giving them a chance. I wish I recorded the call. I am upset and sick in my stomach about how they handled this and treated me.
