Placed an order for some 7 inch baseboard in mid September with delivery. I have called at least 20 times in the last month and I know they receive trucks often with the baseboard I ordered. There is 0 communication from them...whats worse is when I call, I get a run around excuse of short staff or no delivery drivers. I get told I will get a call with an update and it never comes. When you call...they sound annoyed rather than ready to give good service. Today was the last straw when I escalated to management and the call magically dropped and they do not answer the phone immediately after. I have no choice now other than seek a refund and find a company that values customer service.

Direct to contractor sales.Love this place.People are professional.Best poplar trim going. Paints up beautifully.Any materials for inside a beautifully trimmed home. Interior doors stair parts, moldings.

I wish I could place a review of zero stars.This company has been a nightmare to work with.We ordered a house full of interior doors for our remodel and 50% of them were the wrong measurements, including the barn door we ordered.From initial measurements and order, to final delivery of correct doors, the entire process took six months. The barn door is still incorrect even after being delivered a second time but our contractor made it work because we simply did not want to deal with them again.Products were delivered without notice of any kind and were left out in the weather because we were away for a weekend. Had we had known that doors were being delivered, we would have made arrangements for a different delivery date.There were many times that we were told to expect deliveries on certain days but product never showed up and was always delivered unannounced.The entire process has delayed our remodel by weeks if not months.After voicing our complaints with one of the managers, (we refused to contact the salesman again because of lack of returned correspondence and simple incompetence to schedule delivery of correct items) they offered a partial refund of an insulting $200. This was less than 10% of our order that had taken months to deliver completely.We told them how disappointing that refund was so they offered us $300 instead... Not worth the constant headache and stress from delayed construction.To cap off this entire circus of a company, when they sent our refund, they made it out to a “Christina Bell”.My wife’s name is Krista...This was after she had been in constant contact with a manager for literally months.They did not even have enough respect for us to remember their customer’s name. Especially a customer who has communicated with them constantly via text and phone calls.I would rather someone chisel their own doors out of a tree than recommend this company.From what we’ve seen, they’re not fit to run a coffee shop.

Great service with good prices.

This is not a business of integrity at all. They have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in 25 years of doing construction business. First the sales person they sent out did not do the take off correct. And he quit, after we had placed the order. Then when we finally got a new sales representative named Mike, who never came out to follow up. We have not gotten a straight answer at any time from Mike. Never get a delivery when he says. It usually is a week later then he says. He has said we could get something and then days later when we call him to follow up and then tells us we cannot get that. We have had product we special ordered that took 3 months. We had base that was a special order item and many pieces were not useable, so there was no rush to get us any new base and once again no time line on when the product would be delivered. Not a single person in that office cares one single bit about giving us a truthful answer. And one guy told me “well we can tell you what you want to hear”. My response was, how about the truth and how about caring.

As a home builder, Cox is a go-to for my trim and doors. They have a great selection of wood species options and trim profiles. There hasn’t been anything I’ve needed that they can’t get for me! Great folks over there! :)
