This storage unit is the best! We were moving and needed a unit. The availability was great they had several units that they showed us right away. The customer service was so professional and really above and beyond. Offering us water while waiting for our reservation paperwork that was quick and easy. Shout out to Martina! My experience at Acorn was great. Both times I was at Acorn I was treated with courtesy and friendliness. The staff was professional and knowledgeable.

Those girls are working really hard in that office. They expressed that they are short staffed and apologized, they tried their best to help everyone who came in. Good place. Safe storage.

Facilities are clean, secure and well-kept and the staff is helpful and competent. Having to sign up standing outside the office because something something covid is an idiotic business choice.

This place is so freaking awesome, I cant express how thankful I was being a tenant with them, definitely appreciate the staff and facility

As far as storage units go, Acorn is a class act. Place is clean, safe, secure......and expensive. I’m not saying Acorn is any more than others in the same market. I’m just saying, do you really need to spend up to $300 dollars a month to store stuff that is likely not affecting your life other than blowing 4 grand a year.

I have used Acorn Storage in Brentwood for 71/2 years. I just recently moved out. I was told by the women there that when I was totally moved out that I would get a refund. I payed for the whole month of January and moved out on the 5th. I was told too bad I dont get any refund. I payed $365.00 for 5 days. Dont bother with this storage unit because they only care about the money.

Lady worked very hard to help us. But hampered by outdated onboarding system. Acorn would do well to partner up with someone like DocuSign. It took way too long to get us set up.

My girl has been storing here for a few months and has never had any issues. Wish I could remember the name of the guy who has helped us the past couple times we’ve came in to pay. Very respectful and professional every time. Not sure if he’s the manager but wouldn’t be surprised if he is. 10/10 recommend storing here and highly suggest handling your business with the tattooed gentleman behind the counter.

Always have a wonderful experience every time I visit this location. Josh and Darryl are always helpful, friendly, and extremely detailed in their answers to any questions I may have. I have stopped by twice with questions regarding their move in specialand how to go about acquiring a unit and I have left the facility both times having no confusion on the process. Would definitely recommend this location to family and friends and look forward to storing eith them in my upcoming move thanks to these two workers.

Very attentive staff. Love when someone picks up the phone on the 1st ring to answer your questions! Clean newer facility, safe area and great security. Very accessible units. Also really like the large aisles. Really easy to maneuver around the property!

Great place with state of the art security. I felt safe the whole time my assets were there!I wish I could remember the two ladies that helped me. One checked me in and when I was finished another lady helped me. They both were really nice and I’d definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

I was walking over to the office, noticed a guy sitting in a unit playing on his phone. I asked for some help with my sister in laws roll up door in the office. Couple hours later I passed by again & noticed him still sitting in there. When he finally came to help me he smelled of alcohol. I’ve noticed this a few times. I think his name is Eric. Not so helpful, ever. The woman in that facility are extremely attentive. & really sweet. They’ll work with you with whatever you need.

The first impression is when you enter the very clean office and meet the professional and friendly staff - Darryl and all other employees have been so helpful and we are satisfied with the maintenance of the entire facility.We feel our possessions are in good hands.

I had great customer service from Ian and Jason. They were so patient and understanding with me and helped me update my information and payment information. I have used them many times and the units are clean and the staff is excellent. I definitely recommend Acorn self storage.

I came in needing boxes to ship holiday items. The office staff, Martina and Josh, not only went above and beyond with their customer service through their friendly demeanors and kind smiles, but they even offered me water and a complimentary reusable bag. To my surprise whaat started as my asking a couple questions regarding their units as they rang me up for my boxes ended up being a half hour conversation that ended in my being given a tour of the facility and a unit! I really appreciated how it didn’t feel as though Josh and Martina were reading off a manuscript and answering all my Questions as if they had already answered the exact ones 20 times prior to my coming in. Instead I got teh sense that they actually cared about what I had to say and they were giving me real facts and knowledge. I’ve been considering storing for the past few months and after my visit here I can assure you I will be giving this facility my business come 2020!Thank you Acorn and your awesome staff!

Prices are on the higher side but it is easily accessible, great location, nice security, online bill pay. Be aware though, they will not honor the coupon they send you by email for registering (1 dollar for first month) if they are near full capacity.
