Our company switched from ordering directly from Staples to ordering through guy brown, for Staples. I have no idea why as it has only created issues. Its like, this was a solution to a problem that didnt exist but has created problems of its own. Someone in my company got bamboozled into contracting with this company. Literally, out of the 12 bullet points that was put out on why were adding a middle man, the only one that isnt just a jumble of buzzwords is Overall Savings and I have seen no price difference or savings. I seriously have no idea why this company exists. They must have excellent pitch people.

Worst company ever! Lack of communication, poor management. This company is a joke!

Our office orders supplies from Guy Brown- were based in Rochester, NY. The website is user friendly, the turnaround time between ordering and shipping is fast, and their customer service representatives are always very pleasant and helpful.
