I found out last minute that my serpentine belt was about to go at an oil change across town. Rick at Morall got me in immediately and replaced the belt. Fair pricing and a comfortable, clean, and modern waiting room! Highly recommend!

This is the only place I trust my van to go to. I have an old 2006 and its hard for me to find someone willing and not overly price to fix it. She old lots goes wrong with older car and there always so help full. If I had anything bad to say its only I wish there hours would be longer but Im ok with even that really because there all hard workers

These guys are amazing. Long story short I made a rookie mistake involving a questionable gas can and wound up with diesel in my gas tank. The dealership quote started at $2500. Some elbow grease, a good bit of ingenuity and $300 later Im back on the road. Moral had my car ready with 24hrs and kept us informed throughout the process. Ive got nothing but gratitude to these guys, they helped my dodge a $2500 bullet and Ill recommend everyone I know from now on.

Ive had wonderful experiences every time Ive taken my car here. Very honest, and very fair in prices. I paid $175 for work that VIP quoted me $357 for!! And it it only took 30 minutes, when VIP said it would take 2 1/2 hours. Very, VERY pleased. If youre looking for an honest and knowledgeable team to work on your car, look no further. Morall is definitely the place to go. And sometimes, if youre lucky, theres puppies in the waiting area to play with while you wait. What more could you want!? :)

Don’t waste your time. Brought a vehicle here as advised by a dealership we’d bought a truck from that was having issues. We wasted three trips here and they repeatedly told us the issue was fixed when it wasn’t. Ended up bringing it elsewhere only to find out that there was serious issues with the transmission. The truck was junk anyway and the dealership ended up taking it back, but I definitely felt like this place was unprofessional and maybe even working with the dealership to save themselves money. Don’t recommend.

Kurt, Rich & the guys at Morall Brake are always extremely helpful and accommodating for any and all of my vehicles needs. They go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I always leave well taken care of and in a safe vehicle.

Waited for a half hour in their office at the customer service desk to schedule a Simple inspection and they just looked at me and ignored me... no one ever said a word. No one ever asked how they could help, what i needed, anything. Maybe they were busy but thats no excuse to be rude. Not to mention they have the Tv playing a bunch of nudity in the waiting area and nobody there even blinks. Ill Never go back.

I cant express how wonderful our experiences at Morral Brake have been. They are amazing. As a parent, having a safe vehicle is top on my priority. The great crew at Morrall Brake not only checks over our vehicles to make sure they are in tip top shape, they are able to repair items on our Volvo at a fraction of the cost of specialty mechanics. For instance, our AC wasnt working great in our XC90 and I brought it into Morrall Brake who figured out it needed a reset in the software and they only charged me to refill the coolant as opposed to 2 other places we called to inquire, one being Darlings Volvo who told us just to look at the vehicle, they would charge us $200 PLUS they had never heard of needing to update software and said it wouldnt work to fix the issue. Morrall Brake updated the system and the AC runs perfectly now. I cant imagine what it would have cost us to go to the dealership to have them try all sorts of things and lie to us about what really needed to be done. It is rare to trust a mechanic and we trust all of our vehicles with Morrall. If you are looking for a mechanic who is priced fairly, wont give you the run around like other places do and make your cars safety their priority, we highly recommend Morrall Brake!

*edit-the owner seems cool but the mechanic is an idiot. Both my car and my boyfriends car came back worse after being fixed
