READ YOUR CONTRACT THOROUGHLYin the event that you add another line/device to a plan and for some reason you no longer want that device or number associated with your account and want to close it, the only way to do it is to fully pay off the financing associated with that number/plan. You cannot transfer the financing to a line where a device is already paid off, you instead must keep the phone active and on a plan while financing the device, unless you pay off the device fully. They lock you in, give you false information left and right, telling you that something is possible then letting you run into a brick wall.I just paid them $700 in order to do this, customer service can’t be trusted and they don’t always know what they’re talking about.
During covid, I could understand. However all occupancy and mask mandates have been removed. I was just kicked out of the store for occupancy limits when they had three customers in the store. Its a good thing the Bangor Mall boulevard store isnt like this nor Id be finding a new carrier.
Andi, Rob, Alex and the other staff at the Brewer Maine U S Cellular Store a big thank you for helping me unlocking my phone. Even though somehow my pictures and contacts were not saved they just transferred my contacts and some of my pictures from my old phone. They took the time to do this with someone who thought she was up to date on how to save pictures and contacts. A Big Thank You to All !!!!
I went with my friend who was purchasing a new phone because she was quite anxious about it. The woman she worked with, Priscilla, was a rude, condescending, arrogant and terrible to work with. I understand how difficult it is to work in customer service but my friend is one of the most polite and kind people. We dont ever plan on going back. She was rude when she did speak to her and spent more time talking to the customers her coworker was working with. Very unimpressed with the customer service at this location. Just go the extra few miles into bangor, it will probably be worth it.

I purchased a new V60 ThinQ at the Ellsworth. Me.location on Nov.5th and still getting the run around for getting my second screen that came with it! Pending shipping three times! I have had several associates check on it for me and have been told it will ship next day . Still no phone ...angry customer loosing interest in this lack of delivery to my address that the bill always makes it there, but not this phone! Come on GET IT TOGETHER US CELLULAR!!!!

This has been one of the rudest locations i have delt with. I called asking for a lg v60 case and the woman on the phone was useless and told me i would never get one. Later i found from corporate they were shipping on may 25th. She should be fired.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I upgraded my phone and plan. I was told my bill would be less than I currently pay. Being surprised by that situation I asked over and over even though Im getting a new phone my monthly bill is going to be less? I was reassured that was the case. I received my bill and it is double what he said it would be. Went to the store. Andi said it was proration and my bill will be 80.00 more than I was told! When I asked them to switch the plan back I was told thats not possible. They could o my offer a discount. No hidden fees. Just incorrect ones.

Gee the staff was great. One paticular gentleman was very efficient. High Quality equiptment. What a surprise to find out I had such a high tech phone. Gee I feel rediculous. Did not even know. I was going crazy. I threw my phone into a corner fifteen feet away one day. It still works great. The quality of the video and photograpy is outstanding.
The employees here are really nice, but the wait time is another thing. I have waited for a couple hours at this place just to pay a bill.
