I had hem embroider the headrests of my new truck. I had nothing but a great experience with them from start to finish. They were quick to respond to any email I sent with a question and provided everything in a timely fashion

I had a similar experience. On June 4th I dropped off artwork, gave them the digital file, and the t-shirts that I needed the artwork printed on. I was told that they would be done in a week. I came back a week later and was told that they had been busy with a huge order and that they would be done by Friday. Each day for a week I stopped by and was told tomorrow. Now it was June 19th and I was getting desperate. I was told they were preparing the screen. That afternoon I got a call from Lisa asking IF I HAD EVER GIVEN THEM THE ARTWORK. I personally brought the art on a thumb drive, was told they would be ready the NEXT DAY. On June 21st, I walked in PICKED UP THE TWO AS YET UNPRINTED SHIRTS and took them to MARKS ART who had them done that afternoon. DO NOT EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS SHOP.

Do NOT go here. DO NOT!! I wish I could give NO stars. I dropped off 6 jackets 3 weeks ago (end of December) he said hed have them ready in 1 week. Then it was oh, Im sorry but it will be another few days. It has been 3 weeks now and he has not even started them yet. I asked when he will and he said Monday. So I said I would be there Wednesday to get them and all of a sudden, he might not be done yet. He may start them on Wednesday.. terrible!!

I needed some samples for a client and not only did I get 1 sample done the next day, but Mr. Fred went through the trouble of showing me the same art on 2 other colors of shirt so I could see the differences. Be it silk screen or direct to garment I have a new GO-TO for my apparel printing needs. Lisa is awesome too. She took time out of her day to network with a fellow small business owner. I plan on doing lots of business with Black Rock Print Shop!For those who do not know they suffered a fire recently but have undergone renovations and are in full swing despite this set back. Like the fiery Phoenix, from the ashes they rise again!

Poor service, poor communication, Three weeks after I placed my order nothing no shirts. Nothing but broken promises. Had to finally ask for a refund. Even with that the Salesperson could not care less he lost my business. I can not see them lasting.

Waste of time! From the moment I called and did not receive proper information i shouldve known not to waste my time and drive out to bridgeport. Went to the place and there was no sales rep, so I gave the guys that were there a description of my order 100+ Tshirts and 24 polo shirts for my company. The design guy was very prompt and got back to me that same afternoon, their sales staff on the other hand never got back to me with pricing or nothing so I ended up bringing my business elsewhere.Over all it was a waste of my time.

I came to Black rock Print Shop 4 weeks prior to have them embroider a series of hats that I brought in. I let them know that I would be in Florida for the next two weeks and be back for the Holidays before departing back to FL. I was told it would take 3-5 days once they recieved the art. Upon agreeing on the price I emailed the art and was surprised not to hear from them the following week. I called and was informed they had not received the art and was told it may have gone into the spam box. I decided to resend and confirm receipt of the email.Upon getting back from Florida I called to see the status of the order and was told it was in the line up and would be ready Friday before the New Year. I let him know I was leaving back to FL on the following Wednesday and he assured me it would be ready.January 2nd I called to make sure everything was good to go and what my balance was. Low and behold the young lady was suprised saying she was awaiting art! I said i spoke to the gentelman last week who said everything was all set to go! She placed me on hold and a minute later came back and said they were not ready. So with that I let her know I would be by to pick up my products. She tells me as I come in that she could do them now and be ready at 6p. At this point I could see they would rush the order through and most likely do a subpar job!Needless to say the order was never done and the young lady has the audacity to tell me she hopes I give them another chance!With all due respect I will never walk through their doors again. If you can not embroider 10 hats in 4 weeks with a deadline why would I give you or company another chance. Ironically my shop in Florida will get it done next day for me at 30% less

Unprofessional, unresponsive. My order has been ready for days after being almost a week late and now the store has been closed for 3 days. Since they changed to Teelab and lost Fred that place SUCKS. Id never use them again6-15-17Now that Teelab is no longer partners with the original location, which is now Black Rock print shop. And Mr. Fred is back. Black Rock print shop is doing their thing. Treating their customers with a personal touch which goes a long way in my book. That is the place to go for your printing apparel needs .

The absolute worst people to do business with! Unreliable, double backs on their word frequently when making a deadline. All i wanted was 1 product, 3 months went by and they still couldnt manage to deliver. Still to this day i havent received the design and quite frankly i just gave up on them, I would never recommend the TeeLab to anyone i know.
