Very disorganized. Was transferred to three different people. Hold times are terrible.

I took the cash for cars offer ONLY FOR THE CONVENIENCE aspect. I work almost 60 hours every week and it’s hard to find time to sell a car. My car wasn’t worth much anyways, but the pickup process and payment process is completely disorganized. A driver came to pick up my car and handed me the check. BUYER BEWARE. The check clearly stated if it was over a certain amount that there needed to be 2 signatures on the check. The driver signed and drove off so quickly, I didn’t notice until I went to mobile deposit and when my bank denied the deposit, I drove to the bank physically to ask why. The bank said not having a 2nd signature was indeed a HUGE red flag. I called the driver who wrote the check to relay this information and they suggested I forge their signature and give that to the bank. I am in no way shape or form comfortable committing forgery of any kind. My car along with the title of my car and any pertinent auto documents have been with this company for almost 3 weeks now and I still haven’t been able to cash the check because I still don’t have the second signature. Not to mention I have probably been put on hold for almost 2 hours worth of my life trying to get ahold of someone for a less than 30 second signature. This has been one of the most INCONVENIENT processes I have ever gone through. Would not recommend unless you’re comfortable giving your car away for basically free.

This place is not to be trusted, something shaky is definitely is going on here. Fist they try and reel you in by offering a outstanding top of the line deal. To finally lead you to a lie by telling you there’s a lean on the title. I knew that was lie because I paid cash at a dealer ship but that was just them testing me to see I knew anything. After he saw I knew he was lying the he asked for a picture of my title at that point I hung up but he’s a reliable source: Pick-N-Pull on hall st they don’t ask for non of that and everything was same day and in person.
