Mainline always has the best prices. Heating oil burns a little dirty but if you know how to keep your sensor clean, you shouldnt have any problems.

I always shop around for my oil and usually they have a good price but most of the time other people beat it. Today as I was shopping around for oil prices I called them and the lady said to me that I havent gotten oil there since 2016 and who was my oil provider. I told her I usually go with whoever has the best price. She put me on hold and some guy answered and I said I needed a price on oil and he gave me a price which was good and just hung up on me. I guess they think that you have to be loyal to them no matter what even if someone else is cheaper. Regardless even if they were the cheapest I would not go with them anymore. There is no excuse for being rude to customers especially when they are pricing around. Customer service in business means a lot to me and they have none, so today is the last time I will call them for anything. I guess I hurt their feelings like I was cheating on them.

I have been with mainline for awhile praying they continue to be loyal.I’ve spoken to men and women when I ordered even the fathers and sons particularly fond of the young lady Wanda she’s very helpful and seems genuine.Also delivery guy David.

Mainline Fuel has delivered heating oil to us for years - always come within a couple of days when called for a delivery, even in bad weather. They know their business and make so little noise I wouldnt know theyre here if the dog didnt bark.But even better, they recently provided a furnace repair just one day after I asked, relieving my worry about frozen water pipes in the cold spell.Knowledgeable, polite repairmen worked quickly. Charge was a little less than other outfits wanted for emergency visit - if they would come at all, or even bother to return my call.Mainlines only flub -- no one could tell me why a furnace always breaks down, on a weekend!! just as freezing temps arrive.

Have been getting my heating oil from Mainline fuel for years. Bill and all his drivers are very friendly and their prices are always the best. I Will continue to deal with him.

They are friendly and always deliver on time however they only offer a payment plan if you own ur home if u rent it they dont offer this option to you and if you are a single parent with multiple children and the only source of income it makes it a pain to have to get oil every 2 weeks when u can only afford $150 which is only 50 gallons at a time because u have to pay for food household needs and other bills out of ur paycheck...I think this is unfair.

Very friendly prompt service and good quality

They are very rude. especially the drivers. They never have an exact time when they come and get very agitated when you ask for a time frame. I spoke to a driver at 3:55 when he told me he was at my house and I told him I was on my way home. He said he wouldn’t wait more then 5 minute. I got to my drive at 4:03 and he was gone. They sometimes call 10-15 min ahead. Never going here again.

Horrible, horrible and horrible, deposited $650 usually put $200 worth every 2 months in the winter and the winter last maybe 3 months and all off a sudden my account credit is gone. Mind u my house is based on electric including my hot water and my heat is only oil. Will not recommend them to any one.

Do not go to Main line fuel for your fuel needs! The owner is rude, nasty, and non-professional. I had a situation regarding a credit instead of explaining why this situation was the way it was he was very rude, nasty, and argumentative. To be a Christian Company what a laugh! They are not a example of Christianity! DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED IN THIS MANNER! We will not be returning to this non-Christian fuel company for sure!

This company is the worst pruces are ok but the customer service is the worst the people are rude and very disrespectful.....I wanted to price different oil companies and they were unreceptive to say the least and annoyed that I wanted the best priced and most prompt service.... Filled my house with oil smoke, when I called was told they will not conduct business with me & hung up. STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE! My house smelled of oil for weeks.

INCOMPETENT SERVICE MESSY SPILLS OF FUEL IN MY YARD MY HOUSE SMELLS OF FUEL AND WHEN I CALLED THEM AT 9AM THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT HERE BETWEEN 2:30PM AND 4PM IT IS NOW 5:20PM AND THEY ARE NOT HERE AND WHEN I CALL I GET VOICEMAIL TERRIBLE SERVICE IGNORANT PEOPLE ON THE PHONE.. THE GUY SPILLED OIL ALL OVER THE GROUND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME HE DID IT GOT PAID AND LEFT SO NOW I GUESS I WILL CALL THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY AND MY LAWYER .. WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY AND THE WAY THEY TREAT A CUSTOMER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE MY SUGGESTION IS CALL ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU WANT THINGS DONE RIGHT .. I BEEN WAITING FOR 8 AND A HALF HOURS AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL BACK STILL

Mainline is amazing. I had an oil emergency (my fault for not checking the oil level earlier), called them on saturday, the woman told me they couldnt come that day but could come the next day. They promptly came and saved us from going empty! This was in that freezing spell so im forever grateful they went out of their way to fill oir tank up. I will be returning customer for sure. Each time i deal with them theyve been kind, professional prompt and answer any of my questions. 5*+++
