Waited in line at St Lois airport.Finally my turn.I would like a lox and cream cheese please.We don’t got no lox.Tuna salad? NoChicken salad ? NoWhat kind of business lists things on it’s menu with pictures in lights even but makes no effort to stock it.This airport food situation in ridiculous. Figgin a holes.

It has been long since I got back to STL, and I miss so much the lox bagel here. I used to get one mid night while I wait at the Starbucks for my early morning flights. The guy serving this morning is SUPER nice too!

I was excited to actually have the opportunity to get breakfast as opposed to an airport snack. There was no one there, and the restroom sign was up which I was happy to wait the five minutes. Another employee comes up with items to stock, and yells in the back “you have a customer up here”. An older lady comes out from the back, and completely ignores the fact that I am there clearly ready to order. The person with supplies continued to try and point out that I was right there and she just continued to ask them about random supplies. This went on for over two minutes. I have no problem waiting. But to just ignore a paying customer, not even a good morning, or please give me a second and just throw a side eye and act like I’m not there. Beyond rude.

Waiting on a flight. Went to purchase. Was told they were closed.It was 8:19PM. I had forgotten that is a VERY popular closing time for most businesses. ALL the lights were on. No times posted that I could see. Noticed about 1/2 hour before they were putting out new sandwhiches. Which means they will be a day old by the time they open up tomorrow. There was no, So sorry etc. Or anything. The bar is still open serving drinks. I think tyhey just wanted to get out of there. It wasnt the busiest night. But oh well. Do yourself a favor and buy your food somewhere else!

Service was SO fast! Egg and sausage breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Glad we chose this place over other options in the airport.

The service was very bad and confusing and the sandwich was also terrible. Would definitely not recommend.

We just tried to get a sandwich before our flight. They only had ingredients for one type of sandwich. The area for dining was absolutely filthy. No thanks!

I ordered a twice toasted bagel with cream cheese. 4 sandwich orders behind me were done first. My wrapper was covered in sandwich oil. Bagel hardly toasted once, definitely not twice. The amount of cream cheese doesn’t even cover the bagel. Too bad. I would not recommend. I ordered Asiago bagel and veggie cream cheese

Delicious food, a little expensive if you are hungry. I ordered a panini, a bagel, and a bottle of water, $15. Everything was delicious.

Food was ok at best, very expensive, cashier was rude.

Ate here multiple times while volunteering at the airport. The cinnamon crunch bagel with butter and cream cheese was great. Best Ive had since NYC. The Italian Trio and the Chicken Pesto Panini were good too. Service was good. For an airport spot, it is what it is.

I got the BLT, the Lettuce had brown parts barley any tomatoes, i asked for mayo and I cant even taste it. 1 person working at 130 pm... was only accepting cash...

Decent service & good bagels. I ordered the turkey club but they were out of baguettes so I had it on a white bagel. Not disappointed at all. It was good.

Best bagel shop in the world❤️ i love all the bagels. You can get it however you want & what ever you want on it. Employees are awesome.

The most unprofessional and downright rudest staff and customer service I have ever seen. The experience was so awful many people were leaving the line as this woman screamed at the guests and when the guests ordered she accused them of having an attitude for stating their order. I couldn’t believe it!! Would never recommend this place to anyone and I can only hope for future guests sake that management does not turn blind eyes to horrendous staff working there today.

I waited in line, drawn in by the menus organic hot teas. I was disappointed but understanding when I reached the counter and was told the only flavor they had in was green tea.Then I was given a packet of Dunkin Donuts Harmony Leaf green tea. No pretense of organic labeling on the package.Im not a snob. I dont NEED organic tea at an airport. But if Im promised organic tea, and charged an organic price, I expect selection and deliverance on that promise.First and last time using this Great American Bagel.

Bland sandwiches

Horrible staff.Average food at twice the price or should be.We ordered 2 bagels buy they made a third and said we ordered it when there was only 2 of us and no one else in the restaurant. The. They demanded we pay for good we clearly did not order. Basically stealing from people.When we walked in no one else was there and we stood at the counter for a full minute before an employee looked up to ask what we wanted.Never go here, just watch out for this place.

Terrible customer service. Three employees behind the counter making snarkey remarks and asking questions after you place your order. They do not write it down and asked three different questions relative to my order! Avoid this in St. Louis airport!! Aweful establishment. It needs to go. Bring in another sandwich shop like Potbellys.

Good bagels and sandwiches, expensive of course

When everyone at the airport is closed, this little bagle throws a wrench in Hungers nefarious plans with a Italian Triple Meat Sandwich On An Asiago Bagel so good itll make you wanna leap for joy. 10/10 would go again.

Ex-employee I completely agree with everyone this could be a great place to grab a fast bit to eat its very tasty and quick if the right people or person is on the line lol.

Food was okay, I mean, it’s airport food. Nothing amazing about it.Only one girl was working the register and filling orders. The manager came up to the front and just watched the girl try to get everyone checked out on her own. He didn’t bother to help her fill orders or offer to check anyone out who had already ordered. He just stood there... watching her. Poor girl. Awful management.

I never do reviews, but the service and staff at the Great American Bagel Bakery at the St Louis Airport was so horrible that I felt it warranted a review. Took forever to get my sandwich, accused me of not actually ordering it (I had the receipt in my hand) couldnt accept cash (cc only) and were snippy and rude about all of it. Congrats, you were my last impression of St. Louis before flying home.

The store in the airport is the worst. The employees act like they have to work there and have terrible dispositions. I have been there numerous times and it’s always the same very slow and you get an attitude from the staff!

Not bad morning bagel sandwiches. Not great either. Go to is the St. Louis Sunrise with bacon, egg, and cheddar on an everything bagel.Open 24 hours...the lady there in the morning looks like her shift was that long.

Really rude staff! I frequently travel through STL but I will never go here again after the rudeness from the two staff members working tonight. Not only were they rude to customers but they were rude to each other. AND THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING. Save your money and go Anywhere else!

Avoid this place...gave my order away to someone else and instead of remaking mine lied to me and gave me something different and with items im allergic to.

Im pretty certain the bagel was old, because it was stale. I thought she didnt toast it, so she made me another and toasted it twice for me. But again the chewy texture reminded me of an old bagel, dry and chewy, flavorless except for the over salted topping. Ill never choose here.

Paid $9.99 for a panini sandwitch. It was absolutely the most pathetic sandwitch I have ever seen. Complete waste of money.

Ordered an asiago bagel, asked for it toasted and regular cream cheese. Overpaid, brought it on board the plane and it wasnt even warm. Not toasted, very doughy, inattentive staff, Bad experience. Ill be going to Starbucks next time for breakfast

I will not ever visit Great American Bagel again! The lady who waited on me was far too rude and hateful to ever be employed in the service industry. I will not be treated that way, nor will I patronize a company who would hire such an individual to represent them.
