Love this circle k. Friendly and helpful staff. Only kind of annoying thing is they close the inside around 8pm and you gotta order through the window. Understandable though.

Steals money from people who pump gas ....when the first gas doesnt work...she tells u to come back in and pay again in order for the gas to work.......bank wont dispute it....circle k wont give me my money back......was charged twice...... this is BLLSHT

Ive been going to this station for some time now and have always had good service. Until yesterday when employee told me I was not allowed to buy my purchase and told the manager had told him I wasnt allowed in store. And he yelled it across the store. Left message for manager to call me but so far nothing. But I guess customer service at this station has been bad for a long time. A shame because some of the employees are good people. But it only takes one to make you question why am i spending my money here.

I have lived in the immediate area for a few years now and visit this store daily. I am ALWAYS super friendly and polite because Ive worked in the service industry and know what its like to deal with unpleasant customers. For this reason I feel like the interaction I had with the clerk this morning was not only uncalled for but just plain hurtful. I went in, got my usual drink, and made my way to the counter to pay.I asked if a pack of cigarettes could be added to my total and while searching for the amount myself and EVERYONE else in the store heard her say so tired of trash people coming in here hopped up on drugs I asked if she was referring to me and she gave me a snarl and nod. I was 10¢ short so I left with out the cigarettes. I will no longer be giving ANY of my money to this company. It amazes me how truly mean people can be. She does not know me personally nor know the kind of morning Ive had so I thought more than likely she was having a bad day and decided to handle it in the form of insulting me in front of strangers....hope it made her feel better!

Mr Murry asked me for my ID after he rang up four beers and a bottle of wine. My husband goes up there to Mr Murry to buy one beer and five dollars in quarters, not once did Murry ask him for his ID. WTF is up with that?

The manager on duty was very rude,I waited for 30 minutes and I also recorded her and her rudeness.I tried to spark up conversation with her several times.She had a frown and disgusted look on her face with every gesture towards me.I taped her because every black customer she had she never even said hello.One gentleman on the tape she said good morning to.All of her white customers were greeted and treated like customers.I asked her how long she worked there she said six years.How can a company allow this.I went to the cooler and there she was like I was stealing.It was Sunday morning 8:30-9:00am.I spent more money than anyone while I was there.I hope Circle K helps her check herself.If you dont like blacks or any other ethnic group dont work in customer service,this is 2019 nobody has to go around the back anymore😁also the restroom was disgusting

The customer service at this shell needs major improvement at times.I use this store at least a couple times week.they do shift changes at bad and busy times.some of the employees not all but some or not real friendly at all.I have worked with the public through verious fields for the past almost 20yrs.I have come there to buy gas only too find pumps out of order at times,and at peak times of the day.Some of the employees do not ask would you like receipt or offer you one.The manger who is a older guy would not refund my girlfriend her money on a cell phone cord that she just bought on 3/08/15 between 10:00 and 11:00 pm.the manger who is a older white guy made a racist statement saying your kind steals all the time from here and then trys return it for a refund and rip the store off to my girlfriend. Myself and my girlfriend are a interracial Couple and i found that both offensive and hurtful.Just because one black person or white person stole something does not give you the right too judge,and mistreat all people of a certain color or race.I will not be purchasing gas or conduct business at this location again.

Worst experience ever got charged double.
