Fresh, quality ingredients, friendly service.I highly recommend if you like authentic Mexican food. I really liked their rice because you can tell its freshly cooked. My dinner to go is steak taco, a side of rice and delicious ice cream 😋

This place is definitely underrated. Food was great, price is good and the service is excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal from fish to steak. It was all good. They also have an awesome desert and ice cream Station. This place is a hidden gem 💎. I was skeptical when I walked in because the place was empty when we came in but thats mainly due to the fact that the location isnt ideal, its hidden in the back of an empty plaza. But if you are ever in the area and feeling Mexican food, I 100% recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be back again.

Love their homemade desserts!!!Just for amount of selections available in st. Louis they get my rating. I have found another place that does all of thier products in-house. Ice cream has a really great. The fruit juices taste amazing. Tasted their fruit juice, coconut, and strawberry juices. All tasted really good. Fairly price.The staff is great and are extremely helpful and friendly. A little hard to see from the street. But worth your time to stop by

I’ve been to this place many times and I ALWAYS love the food and paletas they have. I 100% recommend this place for new comers.

The food was pretty authentic. The staff friendly. It was reasonably priced. I ordered the burrito, I assumed it came with rice and beans, it didnt. So $8 for only a burrito seemed high, but as it turned out, I was stuffed eating just that burrito. Good food all around.

You can order tacos from next door. I recommend the al pastor and the cabeza (cheek). Great service, cute shop. I didnt try any ice cream or other treats but it all looked and smelled really good.

There service was great but I had put a one star because when my family and I went to get some ice cream the banana split tasted like pure milk and no flavor, the banana was too smushy and was near moldy color. The Dorilocos had no flavor it was like someone just poured something on a plate and sold it. Everything else was fine but those were the ones we personally tried. And not to throw any “shade” but it just was not a great experience.

Cheap authentic Mexican ice cream and food made in house. Family owned and operated. A few small tables inside. No outdoor seating area. Its a must try place when summer is sizzling.

Came on New Year’s Eve. Great dance floor with a good dj playing authentic music. Great margaritas & queso. Good salsa & service. My husband, 9 year old son, and 3 year old daughter had a great family time and yummy food.

Last few times that weve eaten here inhave gotten sick. Plus they charged us almost $20 for 3 cups of freaking corn! Ridiculous. Will not be returning.

A hidden Oasis, a place that gives hope to the community a true rendition of Mexican fare. an honest, not pretentious and reasonably priced food. Always friendly service and tasty food. It will not disappoint. tacos al pastor and chorizo are remarkable, the rum and raisins ice cream is delectable. It is always a pleasure to go there.

Homemade popsicles and ice cream. Absolutely delicious! Also have tacos and the likes. Glad I decided to go try! I live about 35-40 minutes away so bought some dry ice and a cooler so I could have these paletas whenever I want to. Took home about 15 of them in different flavors.

Im usually hesitant when Mexican restaurants are highly rated in St. Louis - most of the time the food seems toned down for the locals. Not so with Paleteria La Gloria! With a large selection of agua fresca drinks like tamarindo and jamaica the drinks perfectly complement the delicious varieties of tortas and tacos.A fresh made to order lunch/dinner would not be complete without dessert - and this is where Paleteria really shines! A full selection of house made ice cream, frozen bananas, and other frozen treats are great in the summer time (and in the dead of winter). Homemade, freshly fried churros are also available - but order them with your food, they can take a short while to be shaped, cooked, and covered with cinnamon and sugar.I love this place! The prices are very reasonable, the food is always good, and the portions are sizable.

Good selection of Mexican style ice cream and snacks

We ate hear for lunch and I had a torta with tongue. I like eating meats that are new to me and this one was tender. The elotes (street corn) were also nice. My lunch guest had a chorizo quesadilla that was also delicious. I cant wait to go back there to try their ice cream, ice cream bars, horchata, and gazpacho fruit salad. I talked to the owner and he buys the mix for the ice cream pre-made but does the custom flavoring himself. The flavors labelled on the counter were very tempting but the torta and free chips and salsa were plenty. The salsa that comes with the chips are much spicier than most table salsas.

We drove 30 min out to come here and what we got was just terrible! everything was so soggy and had a bad taste, i was really nice to the lady when i told her what was wrong with my (chicharon preparado) and when we told the owner she was rude about it and was like well your almost done with it soo? like really lol serve your clients right.

Fabuloso !! Excellent selection of flavorful homemade ice cream! A wide range of latin snacks, including Mangoniadas ! They also have a food menu full of delicious items including tacos, tortas, and much more. They have birria on the weekend (I dont know if this is temporary or always, it was yummy tho ). Highly recommend it ! Enjoy!!!
