Throughout the entire process they were easy to reach snd answered questions thoughtfully. I feel that my ring is exactly what I was imagining and will be something that I will cherish for a lifetime. The next time I get any kind of jewelry, they will be the first place I go to.

Hands down the best jewelry experience I have had in my life. My wedding ring is absolutely stunning. I had an idea and they made it come to life flawlessly. I referred my best friend as well and she loves her results. My mother and many others that I know have used Romantique for several pieces of jewelry, this was my first personal experience of what will definitely be my go to jeweler.

We love Romantique! I was lucky enough to be given my grandmothers wedding set and when I got engaged, I went to them to purchase a stone and make the set my own. They showed me everything I asked for and helped me pick a stone that was perfect and had it reset and back to me in less than a week. I have gone to them for maintenance since then and I cant recommend their fast, friendly, reasonably priced services and items, enough! I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

My family has gone to Romantique for various things over the years, and recently I asked my now fiance to marry me, and Romantique was my first choice! They didnt disappoint :) my fiance and I went in together to look at rings, and the people working werent pushy at all and made sure she was getting the ring that she wanted. They did a fantastic job setting a diamond that has been in her family for many years into the ring she picked out. Its beautiful! Love this place! I went in there not knowing what I wanted, I knew I wanted a white gold band or dipping of rhodium. The salespeople were so friendly and helpful. I decided to get a white gold band that they recommended. I was calling and checking up, they never got annoyed or mad. Great deals, great work! Have been recommending people there since!

Recently, my mom passed away and I had a ring of my momss that they sized for me so that I could wear it in honor of her. I visited Romantique Jewelers on May 1st, 2013 to browse their selection of watches and bracelets. I wanted to buy my wife a bracelet for her first Mothers Day. I was amazed by the selection of jewelry. They have just about everything you could ask for. The sales associate was very nice, patient and not pushy at all, as I have experienced at other jewelry stores. The prices are unbelievable. I would highly recommend!

I’ve taken my necklace to be fixed 3 times and it broke in the exact same place within a few days. So that tells me that someone’s not actually fixing the problem. I don’t get it. I’m out of money when the problem never got fixed. Very disappointed. 3 times I’m done

Waited 2 weeks past the day the ring should have been ready. I had to leave a family event on Christmas Eve to go pick it up from them. Was treated very unprofessionally when picking the ring up. I did recommend them to everybody before this but now I wont. No sense of urgency. Rude woman with short hair. Terrible customer service all around. Was promised calls back with updates on the rings shipment in and never received calls back. I do not and will not recommend or go to this place ever again.

I will not jewelry shop anywhere else than Romantique. They have the friendliest staff & they have created 3 custom made pieces for me that have been PERFECT!

Took a watch in for a battery replacement and they broke off the hand from opening the back. They replaced it with a larger hand that did not match the other one. They also returned the watch with the band not connected. If they had any quaility control this would not have been returned like this. We have done business with them for years, this is what happens when the children take over the family business. We are very unhappy with the service and will not return.
