We bought my daughters school violin here and they did a wonderful job with walking us through the sale. We purchased a new model on a rent to own plan; it was a great option since we werent sure how long she might play. Since then Ive stopped in for drum sticks or guitar strings, its always a pleasant visit. Highly recommended!

The manager Matt really helped me out getting set up for remote teaching. He knew everything about the audio equipment I needed to get a home studio running so I could help my students. He was super helpful, kind, and patient with me while he explained everything. Ill definitely be coming back!

Eric was the store rep 8/13/17. We just left after having been there for almost an hour about 50 minutes only to buy some violin rosin which was $2 and change. We waited and was placed on the back burner as he assisted other customers who had come after us we had already been waiting a long time to be seen in the first place and then the customers that came in after us were tended to before we were. I will never visit their store again its very slow in there and you will not get the assistance that you need in a timely manner thats for sure if you have an extra few hours to waste out of your day I will suggest going to their music and art store. We ended up leaving and I cant believe I say it is long as I did

I recently stopped by to look for a box to ship a cello out of state. Im was embarrassed to have to ask, but not only did I feel welcomed, the two guys who were there went out of their way to find me the box. In fact, the box was a box specifically for a cello. Then the two of them explained how to pack it, and threw in an awesome amount of packing for us. Ill tell you this, if I ever need anything else in regards to music, this is my store. Someday I hope to have one of this fancy electronic pianos. Thank you, Music and Arts. I was able to pack and ship the Cello the same day!

I was looking for Sheet music for a particular song. I called to see if they had it in the store. The lady on the phone said she could download and send it to me via Email! First of all what amazing customer service. I do not live close so having to drive there was not going to be fun. I got to pay over the phone and received it in an email. I just want to say thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awesome!!!!!!!! I will be telling everyone!!

What what a friendly place i was having issues at a nearby Guitar Center -who promised after leaving my Guitar from early morning to the next day Guitar center in Bridgeton could not get a simple set of strings on my guitar even when i expressed the importance on the guitar being ready for Saturday night when i arrived at GC let me put my surprised look on no new strings i had the old strings and new excuses why they failed -which brings me to Music and Arts Matt when hearing of my frustration at the customer service of GC Matt free of charge restrung my Guitar in less than 15 minutes cleaned tuned and ready for my evening Thank you Matt in the world of corporate greed there is a a place that look upon its customers as people and not just Dollars Thank you so Much Matt you are a gentleman .
