Awesome selections, very unique store. Remember people this is a self service warehouse home decor superstore. They are one of a kind. You are not going to be pampered or have employees shop for you. They do not order, deliver or assemble. What you see is what you get and their assortment is always changing. So if you see something you like, you better get it right now because it may not be there when you come back and you will never be able to get it again. Great prices and friendly employees. I always see something new when I shop there.

This is the worst store Ive been too. I was going to buy some new pillows and home decor. One of my pillows had a different price than the other 2. One was $14.99 (had a manufacturer price tag on it) and the other 2 had a price tag of $19.99 on them. (Price tag from the store. The pillow that had the price tag of $14.99 rung up for $19.99. The manager ONLY willing to change the price of the one pillow to $14.99 and not the other two. I had a buggy full of items. Meaning i was spending a few hundred dollars. And because of this one mix up, they did not get my business. And will never get any business from me ever. This store was actually unorganized and things was on the floor everywhere. The owner or Gm needs to pay more attention to this store and their managers.

I like this store. There are baskets, pillows, picture frames, flower pots, patio furniture, decorations, garden supplies, and more. They have a lot of seasonal items. Catching stuff on clearance is the best. This store is normally not very busy.

I just left there an hour ago and I tried to call to advise them of my experience, but of course, no one answers, and I keep getting a busy signal. They had what I wanted but due to their customer service, I will not go back, and I will spread the word of my bad experience. Two items I had had no bar code or price and so a price check was needed. I went back to show them where I found the one w/ the price, my daughter and sister were w/ me and she told me when I got home how they were talking trash and made her feel very uncomfortable. My daughter, 5, had tears in her eyes b/c she is sensitive. HOW RUDE, not friendly at all, even upon entering the door.

Lots of different types of merchandise. I would consider some of it (particularly furniture items) way over-priced for the quality offered. Then there are also some real bargains. It all depends on what you are looking for.

I spent hours here, they have a great selection of anything you could possibly need for your home. A lot of stuff I really liked. I gave it 4 stars only because the store was a little unorganized and the customer service was pretty average.

If you cant find what youre looking for here (home goods that is), I dont know where you will. All of the stuff is of built with cheaper materials, but fairly well made.

Selection and prices can very. The staff isnt helpful. If you look for them to discount a damaged product they will not to a return. Excited to see what the new At Home on Manchester will bring to the table.

Being someone who has always been interested in Interior Design, This place hit the nail on the proverbial Head . Excellent Inventory and always something new and exciting

I remember it as Garden Ridge, but its still the same old store I grew up going to with my mom. Great place to buy candles, holiday things and kitchenware.

It was not a real sale, stuff was marked up then 20% off not cool

Got a Christmas tree 90% off in February. $300 for $30. Pretty happy.

Somewhat good collection of home items. Honestly though, I felt as if I were walking through a very large garage sale.

Store going out of business. For weeks all was so disorganized and scattered. As all was being sold, products were condensed but most were broken, open or missing pieces. Must items werent priced.The wall decor section was destroyed. Paintings had been vandalized and poorly displayed. Prices were different when rung up then specified on tags.Considering this location is about closed forever, I guess none of this matters but I wouldve spent, found more and been more interested in visiting other stores remaining open.

I love this place for home decor but the Store Manager JIMs attitude sucks. Nothing like the team at the OFallon store. I will continue to drive 30 minutes out of the way to OFallon just for their customer service plus I love their selections and their art section is organized. This store doesnt organize anything. If youre looking for art, it will definitely be a hassle its not organized at all.

Closing soon. Last time I was there it was only 30 percent off area rugs, so they are still turning a profit. That was 3 weeks ago.

Really dislike when they changed over from Garden Ridge. They got rid of most of their floral items.

The employee that assisted us was helpful, but the place has no service desk. I had a defective lamp. Exchanging it was a nightmare. Not impressed.

Always find something I didnt know I needed. They could really use a giant overhaul in the artwork. It is extremely unorganized.

Looked like they are planning on shutting it down? Everything on the shelves was scattered allover, a lot of items had no price marked on them anywhere. There Last Minute items before U checkout are overpriced( especially when U can go across the parking lot to Wal-Mart & get the same item for $2 or $3 cheaper). There Homewear & Kitchenware items are nice, it just depends on what ur looking for & what U want..

They do have a good store close sale, only 20%off but they say 20to 40% off but no 40% off. Not good at all!!!

This place has all kinds of cool stuff for decorating and holidays.

Walked around the store for 2 hours and no one was working the floor. I had to walk back to front registers to all for help. The store was a mess and things were thrown in places. Several things were broken. In the bathroom section there was glad I the floor.

Lots of selection. But the shelves were a mess- in places items were just in a heap from customers going through them and no one ever restacking them.

Went to this location for the going out of business sale. They haave things over priced and also marked somethings up to just to try to break even...I wont be going back

This store seems to be neglected. Isles may be blocked with things that other customers have pulled off of a shelf and left in the way. The staff doesnt bother with picking up the messes. I really dont think Ill bother going back here...
