After an extremely lengthy back-and-forth with a sales representative, we got our vacuum hoist on order. The lead time was initially communicated as 8 weeks in January. The hoist wasnt received until May. We also paid for, and never received, parking stands and spare parts for this hoist. Last, but certainly not least, the hoist was built incorrectly and didnt match the drawings that were provided! After an exhaustive attempt to return this equipment, I stopped getting any communication from the sales rep and was unable to return this $8,000 boat anchor. Poor experience from start to finish. Would not recommend.
