Went by the warehouse to check it out. The chair wasn’t quite right for me, but I was feeling pretty desperate for an improvement. Racheal was awesome about helping me find the right chair. I am very happy with my experience and will refer others.

Found them initially on Craigslist while looking for an office chair for work from home. they have a wide selection of ergonomic chairs and office chairs available both used and new. the staff and owner are both friendly and very knowledgeable providing context for which chairs would be better as conference room chairs vs workhorse chairs. very friendly and easy to make an appointment to try out the different chairs. ended up with a steelcase leap v2 and it has been a great addition. they also have tables and other furniture like cabinet and shelves

Have been looking for weeks for a used Herman Miller Aeron or a Steelcase Leap and finally found this place. Went in and was greeted by Rachael who had no issue answering any of my questions. She also guided me towards the best chair for my stature which ended up being the Steelcase leap. Gave me a great deal on it and I couldnt be happier. I have been working from home since mid-March on a small desk someone had given me a few years back. It served its purpose to pay bills and such and it didnt get much use. The last couple of months I noticed my knees were extremely painful. I could barely get up and down stairs. It wasnt until I went on vacation and the pain was gone, that I realized my desk was too small for every day use 10-12 hours/day.Enter Better Office Furniture. I was on a quest to find a used desk that would serve my purpose, starting with Melissa, checking height measurements on available desks. When I visited the warehouse, Rachel showed me around to look at the available ones. We soon realized they would not fit through my door. All this time, Salena was checking in to see how things were going. When she learned of my dilemma, she was on it in a flash. She suggested a new desk for approximately the same price that her associates could deliver and assemble. I AM MORE THAN EXTREMELY PLEASED. In a day and age when customer service is fading away, this company certainly has an extremely high standard. Great customer service and extremely fair pricing. What I liked best is that they talked to me to find out what I really needed instead of what I thought I wanted. The last office chair I purchased was an office supply special that had to be majorly repaired 4 times in two and a half years with a wait of 3 to 10 weeks for replacement parts. Enough! As much time as I spend at my desk, having a chair that is kind to my body is important.
