The employees helped remove the top from my filter and clean it for me. I could then buy a new filter. I appreciate there help and they are very quick and efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes

Good service at Great Escape. Prices compatible with similar vendors. They do try to recommend a higher level item than is necessary, but they know their stuff.

I had an issue with my pump for my swimming pool earlier this summer. I went to the great escape in Bridgeview and was assisted by John. John tried numerous attempts to save my current pump and even brought Jerry the store manager along. They tried all options to save the pump on the showroom floor, blew a fuse 3X and ended up with a cloud of smoke in all effort to save my pump... Now thats service! Hats off, these guys get 5 stars in my book. In an all out effort, I ended up buying a new one and other accessories that day. I am completely satisfied with the effort and customer service I received from this team.Thank you, Marcus L
