This particular Menards location has to be the super size Menards in comparison with the other locations in the Chicagoland area!Their staff seem to be generally made up of young people but they were all helpful and friendly!This is a great place to find what youre looking for or merely to get in your steps🚶🏿‍♀️🚶🏿

Talking about customer service ( Chris ) the store manager in this location.I was shopping for a clear U shape plastic 16 mm channels and I drove for 45 minutes just to get to the store, Any ways the plastic channels are damaged and the store manger said no discount at all and they are on back order for weeks …… talking about attitude and ignores I wasn’t looking for a free items just as a convenience and to complete the job that I started from a simple common sense and a customer service attitude and a simple service that he can give at least 10% discount just to make things happening I didn’t see that one in this location with Chris management definitely this location is not recommended and I think you have to be re-evaluated as a manager .

Always a good time. I always say they always have random stuff no one ever buys.. Well today I needed several of those random products!!. Great garden selection, actually great selection on just about everything.. a lot of room to shop always clean and neat. Plenty of employees that are helpful and never any checkout lines to wait in.

This Menard is awesome. I didnt knew that they Cary milk .baying material for job for next day that is very helpful to get that milk way back 🏡

The store is nice and well organized. The issue is the staff. Some are walking around like zombies.When asking a staff/ team member for assistance I found it unusual that she indicated to me that she is busy. I waited as I watched her just walk around the electrical and lighting department several times. After 20 minutes and she walking by me several times, not once to acknowledge or say oh do you still need assistance. Customer service is what makes a store what it is. If you don’t care about customer service this place may be the place for you. I go to the hardware store to get what I may need but at times, you find some alternative and would like to ask. If no service representative is willing to assist, the store loses money and the customer really leaves with out getting the right solution. I am seldom unhappy or Unsatisfied but how the worker/ workers at this menards were was very disturbing and really made me feel uneasy. What if I was an elderly person or someone who really lacked knowledge of some sorts and needed assistance.

They had what we needed, customer service was good and check out was quick.

I needed a battery for my garage door opener. The customer service was excellent. I opened the clicker but didnt see where the battery was. The guy informed me I had to open it all the way and there was the battery. He took it out for me told me the type of battery I needed and directed me to aisle 2 where the batteries are located. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember all their names. Just know that I am a grateful, appreciative and satisfied customer.

Great place to shop. Wide selection of products at fair prices. Return policy is outstanding. Have been a customer for more than 15 years. Never had any problem with returns.

Messed up my order 2 times had to drive back and forth for no reason. Wasting people’s time. Workers have no idea what they are doing. Worst experience ever. Workers are operating at a preschool level.

Terrible experience here tonight. They recently updated there tax exempt process and after shopping for over an hour, ALDO from customer service was unwilling to help. We spend thousands here on an annual basis, and I’ve never had an experience like tonight. I’m unsure if Aldo was tired or if this is the typical service he provides. With today’s employment market being so competitive for management, Menards, you can do better.

Very big store Im sure they have everything one can look for here. I went to purchase entry door for my home. Menards lost my business because they dont step up installation. After spending upwards of $5000 I wouldve still been responsible for finding somebody to come and install. Their competitor got my business with installation!! Nice store although

I gave it 3 star because the selection. The lowrating is in large part due to poor service done here. Good luck finding someone to help you navigate the aisles. Especially in the outdoor section.

It has been a while since I visited the Menards store in Bridgeview. I went there today to pickup a faucet for my kitchen sink, and was pleasantly surprised at how the store still presents itself so invitingly. Even though I just had to pickup the faucet, I still spent time going through the store and window shopping the rest of the aisles.

I like this place but I came to buy a medicine cabinet on 4/30/21 .They suppose to have it for me on 5/13/21.Now they said the saler hasnt sent it to them yet and that they ll have it until July 31st.this is 65 days after I placed the order.No reliability by Menards.The bath department manager promised to call in 2 days,its. been 4 days and I have not received a call,very incompetent.

Quick run to buy 3 peppers for garden. Walked in to garden center, met by an associate, walked me to the veggie garden plants, no peppers, said there were new arrivals, walked me over, no luck but associate what helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. 5 ☆

Walked around for an hr trying to find 3m command hooks. Every employee sent me in a different direction. I think most were just trying to get rid of me. They all acted as if i was bothering them. Never found them there but 5mins in home depot found & done.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful one store had sold out of the item I was looking for,they looked it up found another store that had it. I went there they were pleasant helpful. I got my item got assistance with my item to the car and I was on my way. No complaints cashier also reminded me to get my rebate slip.

The pick up and shipping services is so amazing. I bought a kit of 12x12 pergola but didnt fit the cemented part of our backyard, husband was pessimistic about adjustments so i had to return it. Went to the help desk in bridgeview and told them my story, they said they normally dont pick up stuff for return to store from home but they said maybe i can go and speak to the pick up and shipping dept and see what they can do. So they led me to that dept. Spoke to the guy and he made life so easy for me. He took my receipt and scheduled me for pick up. That was three days ago and today the stuff were picked up via forklift without sweat. So amazing!There was a fee but not bad at all ☺️

I got what I wanted in short order. I asked a woman worker where something in the food aisle was and she took me to the product and was very pleasant about it. I really like the Menards in Bridgeview.

Never Been there before, the place is huge and I was told by 3 different people, 3 different spots for what I was looking for... never found my item. Never again

Is there a point when a store is too large? Its next to impossible to be in and out unless what you want is on the main floor and close to the doors. Theres a massive selection, but the trade off if feeling like you need GPS. The garden center is OK - not a lot of variety, plus theres no longer a separate check-out for it - you have to lug your stuff into the store. The employees are always helpful and go out of their way to help you find stuff. Since the store is so large, if you expect every employee to know where everything is - or sometimes even close - forget it.

It is a very well Stocked, Clean store, easy to locate the products you are looking for and most of the staff very attentive and helpful.

I have 3 Menards close by but I prefer this location mainly because the customer service at this location is much better, especially the lady who works in cabinets department I think her name is seema she is very cooperative and helpful I have completed couple of projects and bought almost all the materials from this location never had a issue with returns or service.

Always clean and organized. Quick to get you out. Every time I go there I leave with something I didnt know I needed.

Have never been treated so badly in a store asked multiple people for help in finding an item and was passed around from one to another. Finally said something to asst manager at desk and was told that store is short handed and I should realize that. She was unable to help me. Menards needs to get more qualified people to work in stores.

I noticed some Led garage lights that were priced at $24.95 last month .Menards started their 11% rebate and raised the price to $28.95 so they made more money during the sale. I buy many things their but limit them to consumables, never the garbage they try to pass off as tools

My father has been going here for years to get materials needed. The only main issue is that out in the yard, some materials were stacked on other things. We had to either wonder around to find a another stack uncovered, or move the other stuff off. Otherwise, fantastic one stop shop.

They need to get their billing a lot cooler than it is.

We.had been to home depot and everything was out of stock, no one there to help. So we went to menards and met Rick in the bath area, he hooked us up .we got everything we needed even went and.climbed a ladder to look for our medicine Cabinet! Great customer service!!!!!!

I dont normally rate national hardware stores, but this menards is different. Three store was clean, the employees were friendly and the whole store had beautiful piano music playing. It wasnt just a classical radio station playing through the speakers. There was a live pianist on the second floor serenading the store tunes ranging from classical Beethoven to piano renditions of The Scorpions. The pianist really made the experience stand apart from any other hardware store.

Samual in sinks/plumbing department.helped me out with everything on my list even things that were not in his department. We were in and out without skipping a beat no hassle. Great employee

I went on the app, ordered 4 paver stones and when I went to pick them up they said they could not pick them. Please tell me why you dont have something on your website saying you cant pick them up. You wasted my time having to go in and get a refund. I didnt have time to go outside and get them myself, so had to waste more time the next day to go get them. Never again will I waste my time on ordering ahead for pick up again.

Danette Lamb from the flooring department is wonderful! She was able to help me with custom cutting blinds for my home! Was always very careful and precise with cutting! Never wanted to give me a damaged product. If you need anything custom I recommend seeking her help!!

Had to pick up some lumber and cut a key. I called ahead and they said for a fee they will cut the wood there. So I showed up and the guy at the counter said Menards doesnt let employees cut wood anymore? The key cutting is not done by people. There is 1 self-service machine to cut keys for the entire store. I was waiting but the person in front of me set the machine to cut 13 keys and I couldnt wait. Other than that they had everything I needed and employees are all happy to help. But if youre cutting keys go to Ace they still have people doing it for you.

I had the first-time ever worst experience by dealing with one of the store managers named ALEXIS CRAMER in Bridgeview, IL Store last night.She is very rude and having super bad attitude in dealing with customers. She communicates with attitude bad and in negative way, aggressively and not professionally as well. I have no idea how Menards is hiring such rude employee in one of our lovely store. She barely want to talk with customers and have heard this from so many different people I know in the area as this was not the first time though but at least it was for me until I had it yesterday. SUPER BAD ATTITUDE MANAGER NAMED ALEXIS CRAMER.Comparing to other staff, she doesnt deserve to be in the store or at least to represent the management.I want this complaint to be elevated and escalated to the top and higher management in the Menards Corporate to look at it diligently, seriously and urgently as loosing customers is not for sure one of targets that any well-reputed company like MENARDS is looking for.

I went to Menards to purchase a water purifier pitcher and a couple water supply lines for a kitchen faucet. Once I walked to that section an employee offered to assist me with any questions. I declined because I knew where to find the faucet lines and the pitchers were displayed so you can see all the info . Also the cashier was nice and courteous! Over all smooth shopping experience.

This is one of the nicest Menards I have been to. Parking is relatively convenient and the store layout is convenient as well. Its stocked well and help is easy to find. Shopping there is usually a pleasant experience. Check it out.

I picked up 2 qts of paint, 50 ft of air compressor hose, with fittings, 3- 8 boards, $88

The lumber yard was not organized properly causing an issue at the register that resulted in the GM attacking, making fun of and calling the police on a mentally and physically disabled person. When corporate was informed they dismissed it. I will never set foot in there again.

This is the biggest Menards Ive ever been to. The second floor here makes it twice as big as all the rest.

DO NOT buy your appliances here! Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s; you can thank me later. The manager staff (Nicole) is very unprofessional does not give a single f. as to where your appliances are or when they are going to get here. We literally waited 2 months for our refrigerator and they’re telling us they have no information on when it’s coming or if we even payed for it 😂😂😂. Please, for your own sake and sanity, do not buy any appliances here.
