Fast service, always get my orders right. Hardly busy when I order & if it is they move fast.

I go at least once a week in the morning and the service is good. On top of that, they have the softest doughnuts from Dunkin Donuts that I have ever had.

I usually go to this spot but recently with there evening shift theyve done terrible they make you repeat the order 4 times and laugh at you and still give you the wrong coffee tasting like faucet water. Management better do better with your staff before your usual clientele goes somewhere else smh.

Not the cleanest place atleast thru the drive thru both garbage cans had stuff coming out of it with tons of bees!! When I received my donuts the frosting was all over my munchkins not cool!! Definitely need to pay more attention on how they do things

I went here with my daughter, she wanted a strawberry banana smoothies. The lady said we had no bananas... Now says my daughter cant get what she wanted I ask her does she want anything else. The lady on drive-through rudely told me to hurry up because we have people in line. Last time coming here.... Ill go to Andys :)

Service here is very bad. Staff is rude. As I pulled up to order there were employees laughing over the woman taking my order. She also seemed to be in a rush to know what I wanted although there wasnt a single car in front or behind me. Ive been here a few times and have had bad experiences each time. Tonight, my caramel macchiato was extremely sweet, not made properly, along with munchkins which were very dry. Going through the drive through we noticed one worker not wearing a mask. Waste of money. The one on 95th next to BP is way better. This location looks very appealing but is in fact the opposite.

Twice there were 5 people working only paying attention to them. First time waited 8 minutes to get someone to notice me. Second time paid 6 something for a triple scoop of ice cream it was nearly a double if that!

I went to the Dunkin Donuts that is with the Baskin Robbins. Amazing donuts. Super fresh and so yummy. I saw the ice creams while I was waiting for my coffee. Definately will stop for Baskin Robbins next.

Late night staff is horrible, gave me a watery blast with to much Carmel in the cup, I get back in line he dumps the watery drink into a new cup. Next time Ill take my business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service and awesome ice cream and dunkin donuts is wonderful,parla and coworkers are sweeter than the deserts and delicious coffee, it was cold in location during the bad weather we had but the fabulous crew made it so pleasant to be there.

I stood there for 5 minutes before the worker decides to acknowledge me and then walks away in the middle of my order $7 for two scoops of ice cream what a shame!

I just went there to buy banana split because my wife hadnt had one in over a year, after standing in line for 5 minutes I get up there and the guy tells me all the bananas are bad. So I look at bananas it was at least 15 bananas, that makes no sense should be fired for not staying on top of things.

Horrible and ignorant staff... Will never go here again. They try to sell you a combo meal. You say sure, then cheat you out of the hash browns every time. Rip off artist.
