Its Home Depot....but I thought this store was great. Bright and clean and surprisingly not busy especially on a Saturday after a major storm. I have never been to this store so I dont know if its typically not busy...
The only Home Depot that carries 8 ft long railroad ties..we drove here for an hour today to get them but had trouble securing them to the roof rack despite using multiple straps. Staff, Dave, went out of his way after the store had already closed, for half an hour on his own time to help us secure them to the car. He did not accept a tip. What a sweetheart! What a great service! Thank you so much!

This Home Depot is not close to my home, but for 3 1/2 years, every time I visit family that way, I always stop. Ive never even seen the same employees or maybe dont remember them but everyone that works at this store has been extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love this location and wish it was closer. Thank you all for all you do.

Decent hardware store. Has a large selection a tools and resources for everyday projects to large construction. Prices are reasonable and service is good. Would reccomend.

Was told by cashier no veterans discounts on sale items. This is the 2nd time this same cashier refused VA discount. Checked with customer service about this. They said that was not true. They checked my receipt and said I should have received the discountI wonder how many other veterans were denied the discount by this same cashier....Home Depot.....please train your employees better
I wish I could give zero stars. Every single time I buy something online for in store pick up they call me to tell me they actually don’t have the item. Now my money is tied up for 3-5 days. They never keep up with their inventory.
Very disappointed. Ordered $1,200.00 of fence paid and said it was in stock rented a truck to go pick it up not instock. Wait it gets better. The are going to ship it to my home to compensate me for renting a truck. Scheduled delivery shows up with 9 pieces of a 29 piece order. I cancelled the order. Gonna try and buy direct or check Lowes. Two wasted days

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot they have many different items some what you would not expect there such as laundry detergent fabric softener is now they even have car motor oil and other items that they didnt used to carry which makes it more of a one-stop-shop then it used to be still many things that they do not have but its getting better and better also I have purchased on this visit exterior trim and wood and shutters
Horrible customer service. Management is extremely pathetic they shouldn’t even be managing a McDonald’s. Employees are clueless. And they tell you one thing when you call but when you get there you get a totally different response. Avoid! Go to Dartmouth, Seekonk, Wareham, Somerset.. any of the others
Ordered a gas range online to be delivered through this location, backordered initially but after that they just didnt show up 3 times in a row and had to call THEM each time just to have them continue to say oh sorry tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Obviously it was never going to show up so I canceled it and now nobody can figure out how to refund my money. Over $700 out for over 2 months and nothing to show for it.

Plenty of home repairs to work on, but not stressful because of the shopping and purchasing experience We always have here. Other Home Depot stores as well. What nice associates. Great job!
I recently purchased a new zero turn from the Bridgewater Homedepot. It had two flat tires when I finally got it home. I called the online center because I ordered the mower through them. They then put me in touch with John the manager at the Bridgewater store because it was the stores responsibility to resolve the issue. John told me he would pick up the mower and drop off a new one or send a repair person to my residence. I am comfortable changing out the tires so I told him I just wanted replacement tires shipped to me and I would take care of the rest. John said he would follow up the next day and give me a resolution. I went there to pick up additional parts the next day and asked to speak with John in persons, to my surprise he came right down and informed me the mower company is going to send out two new tires and he offered me fix a flat for the time being until they came in. He also offered me 10% off my purchase that day to which I declined. The store is clearly understaffed based on the fact that no one wants to work anymore and John along with his team handled my problem with ease.
I was standing at the paint counter for like 20 min no one came up to me this the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been too...... how about hire more employees so the counter isn’t unattended when a break is happening make sense?

Several times I have had Drew the employee help me find items. Each time he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. If he wasnt sure he immediately called someone who would know the answer. He is a great employee and and stands out as a fine young man.Thank you Drew.
HORRIBLE !!! I use to love home depot not anymore I found tiles I loved to get for my home they said had 57 cases I was told they would put them on hold went to store noone new were they were Frustrated I choose and spent over 1k for different ones. PART 2 Home depot uses a third party delivery that says they will deliver and bring in your home they dont do this now its been a week in a half got the run around about threshold delivery Angry now I will never go to a home depot again dont order anything from them!!

As long as I still see registers open and are able to see a person at the regular register as well as at the contractors register I will not complain, but when Home Depots putting people out of work and wants customers to do there work by scanning there own items, it will be time for me to ether go to Lowes or just do what Home Depots does, order all my stuff online and not deal with a company that is not interested in there own people or even there customers. These time are hard enough. Home Depot take care of your workers because they take care of your customers. Your computers dont care about customers.

Store was clean and staff very helpful. The only thing wrong is Home Depot does not transfer goods. The Norwood store was out of stock. I had to drive a half-hour to Braintree.

Today 9-1-20 I was verbally assaulted by an employee and the threatened when he said he was going to break my face! Made a formal complaint to management and the assistant tried to downplay the whole situation! Where I come from that kind of behavior is unacceptable and not tolerated in the workplace! So if you need a job and like to threaten people... I guess HD is a good choice! Just be careful, under Ma. state law...threats of bodily harm is considered a felony! And punishable by fines and jail time! Good Luck!

This was the East Brockton location. Poor quality lumber is the standard. Poor quality people working there. Ask a question get a blank stare. Most times they dont have what I need. I now spend the time going the Avon location, they get it right or Lowes

This store has gone way down hill lately. A few years ago I had nothing but consistent great experiences. Lately, almost every visit is a disappointment. On my last two visits, I asked for assistance, but found associates grossly untrained for the department they work in.

This is the first review I’ve left about a consumer experience for anything, anywhere. If an establishment advertises that it is open until 9:00PM, a customer should be able to anticipate the doors being open until 8:59PM. Last night I needed specific light bulbs and made the decision to drive to this location, realizing it would be tight. I arrived to locked doors at 8:49PM. Another gentleman had already been standing there and simply wanted to return a 5-gallon bottle for a machine rebate. After standing for a few minutes I waved at an employee who happened to come near the exit to straighten something. She made eye contact and quickly turned her back pretending not to see me. As I was driving away in my car at least 2 other people parked in the lot and one other approached the door to find it locked. I have worked retail. I get wanting to clean up and get home after a long day. But locking up over 10 minutes early and refusing to acknowledge upset customers waiting at the door is just lazy and completely unacceptable. End rant.
I went in to buy paint today. The associate in the paint department was extremely helpful, and we got what we needed. I highly recommend.

Used to be the place to go to when you needed something for the house. They still have it, but they dont have anybody to explain about it. Needed something that will get rid of the aunts, nobody was there to help. At the end just bought what seems the right thing.
Conveniently located near Routes 24 and 495, I stop here on the way home for everything from ice melt, caulk, and washer fluid. The staff are also really friendly and helpful.Travellers Tip: Need to make a pit stop? Use their public bathroom, right by the front door near the checkout area. The Honey Dew coffee shop wont let you use their bathroom unless you buy something first.
Think they are my new go to store gave up on ace years ago because they are too small but they seem to know what they are talking about atleast if you have questions then it was Lowes struck out 3 times thus spring and home depot had what I wanted and then theres habor freight dont even get me going about them wish there were more places
Ordered curbside pick-up. They sent me an email saying it was ready. I drove to the store and it wasnt ready. Complete waste of time! Their curbside pick up is broken, lowes does it better

I’m giving them a 1 star because of there warranty company Asurion. I purchased a $3500.00 fridge a little over a year ago it stopped working. 3x weeks 3x service calls later 3x days off from work I still have no fridge!! I’ve spent enough money between the original cost of the warranty, taking 3x days off of work, and eating out for a family of 4x for 3x weeks straight, to go out and buy a new fridge. There warranty company is useless waste of money!!! DO NOT WASTE YA $ ON EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH THERE EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY ASURION!!!!!!

Went in to get wood pellets for pellet stove. Staff was very nice. I have 2 issues. 1 they keep the pellets outside. This time of year they should be in front of store like they have done in prev years. The reason is because they get wet outside and become unusable. I had to return 1 last week because of the wet issue last night i was extremly tired. I cant find my recipt. Firat bag i opened started pourimg tjey looked good and then got a block of wet powder ones. 2nd time in 2 weeks. Upset cause i cant find recipt and need it to return. Now i am stuck with unusable product. Neber mind habimg to make another trip becuase of bad product. They should gibe me 4 bags free cause 2nd time in 2 weeks. I wamt to keep my buisness there nut domt womt to waste gas and time returnimg product agaim espically cause i lost recipt

This store started out well with great service. Most of the employees had knowledge of the trades applicable to the department they worked in and they offered advice. Now theyre just minimum wage young people who do not care whether you buy something or not. Not friendly, dont acknowledge customers or greet them at all. One told me to find someone else to assist me. Yah, right, at Lowes I will from now on.
I am more disappointed each time I walk into this store. Nobody in this place knows anything about their stock or how to use it. 9/10 employees will walk directly by the customer without any type of acknowledgement. Most of the staff are high school/college folks who would rather gossip and talk about shift schedules than offer assistance or do some actual work. Often times I have to sneak between isles to avoid those obnoxious solar salesmen. During the day they have one register open. Anyways, Today I was overcharged for an item and was told I had to walk over to customer service for the correction. (my item was a 16 foot piece of lumber...not easy to trek across the store with). The customer service representative was rude, made me feel like I was lying about the overcharge, then pawned me off on one of the associates at a register. The kid at the register says, to me, so what am I doing here?, to which the customer service rep replies, Ill just do it...he then proceeds to talk about how the initial employee who overcharged me is so stupid. Then accidentally drops my change on the floor and says OOPS! while I pick it up. Support your local hardware store folks, forget this place.I bumped it to 2 stars because the Paint lady is very nice, along with an older gentleman who makes an effort towards Customer Service.
You can find whatever you need for home improvement here. It is well organized with a polite and helpful staff. And the best part is it is dog friendly
I am a contractor who is in the store almost daily between 6am and 7am to get my materials quickly and then get to the jobsite. Every day I come in and Lee greets me with a smile and a friendly hello. I wish more of my retail interactions were with people like her. Your help is friendly and courteous and the most knowledgeable of the surrounding stores.
